Staff is very helpful and nice! However, putting in self checkouts is HORRIBLE! And your coupons are totally USELESS not valid for ANYTHING!!! I’m a gold member but due to your coupon NOT being valid, I will most likely be shopping elsewhere! 😟

The women behind the customer service counter are awful. They move so fast so you can't see what everything is ringing up. God forbid you even ask what is what you'll get an eye roll and a few huffs and puffs. I was charged for an item that I didn't receive and tried to explain it was from the night before when i asked for a price check, I was charged for it even though I didn't want or get the item. The lady rolls her eyes and did a half cocky laugh before she said "well hun I don't know what you want me to do about it but I have no proof of what you're saying" smh wow. The amount of money i spend in that store is just crazy to be treated that way. By the way kohls, you still owe me $62. Smh

I had a great time shopping here yesterday! All kinds of deals. The items on clearance were fabulous, not shabby or worn. There is one woman I must say stood out to me whose name is Roe. Wonderful, pleasant and helpful. She took her time to explain deals and membership to me. She is the epitome of what a representative for an establishment should be. I had a fabulous time here and will return! Thanks Roe!

Self checkout needs improvement. Signs on floor forming 2 lanes.. something. I don’t think corporate thought too much about it. The area is very small, it’s pretty much 1 line for both areas. There is a mix of customers in different age groups. Not everyone is going to want to do self checkout. So you have people waiting in 1 line for too long, not everyone might feel comfortable asking the person in front of them which checkout they’re doing.

This kohls has a sephora which is nice! But the store itself is clean seemed organized and is pretty big. The worker who helped me was so nice too!! Will likely return to this one over the others

Would not suggest ordering online for store pickup. You'll end up going all over the store.Also, don't spend Kohl's cash if you might have to return an item.. I bought a record player for a Christmas gift and ended up having to buy another one because it didn't work. Turns out they both didn't work so I had to return them both. I also returned the items that I bought with the Kohl's cash which I only bought because I had the Kohl's cash but I was forced to keep the Kohl's cash and take it out of the money I paid for the item.

The new check out design is extremely poor and slow. I have always liked Kohls but this will make me think twice before going there next time.

I use this Kohls to return my Amazon items. I like this one much better than the one on West Chester Pike. They are usually friendlier.I love the Sephora in the store too (great move). I just feel like there are rarely knowledgeable reps to assist. They don't really know the products like a stand alone Sephora like Center City.Overall - it's a good store.

Tried on clothes in the fitting room and the worker insisted that I had taken a clothing item. She had found a hanger on the floor and wrongfully accused me of stealing clothes. Security was called and they were taking a while, so I told the lady “I’m leaving” and left. I have never been put in such a situation before.

I got some nice sneakers and clothes. The store is clean, well stocked , and still pricey. What I was annoyed with was this sign that said an additional 30 percent off of already marked down prices .. which would make some stuff like $12.50 ECT .. we were told it was miss leading by an employee and the jacket marked down to 33 dollars was 28 dollars at register.. how is that an extra 30% off the marked down price. The initial mark down was only 20% And it was like that with the whole rack. What annoyed me was being told that the sign was basically a lie and it was never explained how it really worked as the employee didn't fully understand it either .. they need to make their sale signs more clear and not "misleading" ..we were not the only people annoyed after spending time going threw it all looking for correct sizes and styles.

Easy layout and setup, lack of shorts for wear really hampered the experience. I may be fairly wrong for this assessment, but a clothing store should have options. Staff was friendly and store was clean and organized for a clothing store. The negative was more for corporate and not the staff at the location.
