I gotta give Curaleaf Morton a 5 star. The place is amazing it’s always bumping with patients and they still have you in and out. The vibes are always amazing as well. I don’t want to name names but I have to let y’all know that each time I’m in there Cecily, Mike, Timothy, and even the managers always carry great vibes. I love stopping in and chatting with the folks at Cura Morton while I make my purchase. Amazing deals and they always have some sort of swag with purchase. My go to for a reason 💯. I appreciate all yall do ❤️.

I was in pain when I walked in. They couldn’t find me in the system . There were 2 people working up front . It seemed one was training the other. I was becoming frustrated & when asked if I had ever been there…OMG!!! One of the people working suggested to search by my email. GREAT NEWS!!!! It worked . I hadn’t ordered on line & needed to speak to someone for help with my questions.Suddenly , I said in my head, “ Wow he looks like the guy up front that helped me.”Enters Ed!!!!!Ed said he would help me order on line. I asked a lot of questions & Ed patiently answered each one.He was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. He listened & found exactly what I needed . I saw the type of customer service in Ed that I haven’t seen in 30 years. He was happy to help me. He explained things in a way I could understand.Ed’s service was so great , I asked to speak to his manager. I wanted to let the manager & everyone else to know , Ed is an assets to Cureleaf. Phenomenal personality, Ed is certainly the very best in my book!Kim

I had the best experience ever! I was just checked out by the sweetest woman ever I wish I would’ve gotten her name. I went on Valentine’s Day 2024 and she had these cute little roses in her hair. I have A product specialist number, but I’m not sure if that is connected to her or not but it is 68156 she was an older woman with really short like purpleish hair with her little roses in her hair , and she deserves all the good blessings and good karma in the world she was a doll baby. Curaleaf always has the best employees but she takes the cake!

Went in for Black Friday sales and was helped by Meghan. The place was pretty busy as you'd expect, but after placing my order I had a short wait in line and was out of there slightly faster than usual. Meghan was super friendly, and quick as well both of which are very appreciated!

I didn’t get the person name that serviced me but she was polite and quick she was at the register next to the atm today but the security that’s working today is always rude I greet him and show my I’d and when I leave I say something to him and he dont say nothing back he’s never polite I’m not the type to really let stuff like that bother but I never had that problem there

The staff at Morton is better than at any other dispensary I've been to. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and I've never had a bad experience there.The only con is that the parking lot can be tough to get into and is somewhat small.

This has been my closest dispensary since I received my card and has evolved to be a solid spot. Parking can take some planning but only during the most peak times. The service and people are always great and product availability is solid.

I have never once had bad service here. Andrew was extremely helpful today, and even helped someone else waiting who had technical difficulties. The employees at this facility are wonderful! Always happy to help and educate when asked. They couldn’t be more kind and friendly! I’ve been coming regularly for over a year now and haven’t had any complaints! 10/10 recommend this facility for your needs. Won’t go anywhere else!

I'm afraid I don't have the young lady's name who waited on me but, she was very polite, quite knowledgeable & easy to talk to. She made my day because I wasn't feeling well at all when I arrived. But, much to my dismay she gave me options that I didn't even know I had before. So I left a very Satisfied Customer, with options. Your representative is worth her weight in gold and I can say that because I used to work in customer service for many, many years. So, I know how it goes. It's not rocket science to simply care about other people that you are employed to care about. In other words, (please my pardon my verbiage) you just have to give a damn!!good or bad trione purpose for me today I had to come out to go to the store she made it worth my while

Curaleaf is horrible.. their website is absolutely terrible if you like to do online ordering. The filtering system they use is just bad.. you can not narrow down your searches well enough. Also, I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to pick up my orders and its not ready causing me to have to wait for 20+ minutes … By the way.. they wont reserve your orders for you! Whats the point of ordering ahead of time if they dont save my order and i always have to wait??? I’ve also been sold damaged products from here before and been told theres nothing they can do and told me to call the suppliers who do nothing! Now let me tell you about VERILIFE! So much better.. Verilife always saves your order, calls me if they are out if product, and has my order ready to go upon my arrival. Never have I once waited more than 10 mins in Verilife.. Verilife will also replace any damaged product within reasonable time frame. Stop using Curaleaf!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business.

Inside they are very knowledgeable and friendly, but I’ve had 2 different people who were in charge of letting employees know there’s a curbside order sit there a half hour+ without letting anybody know I was parked.
