A more or less brand new Rite Aid. It is very spacious and well designed to find items with isle signs and numbers. So many other Rite Aids are congested and dirty. There is plenty of parking and they are next door to a Wawa. The also have a pharmacy with a drive-thru.

Had no problems until the last visit. They didn't have enough of the antibiotic for my infant daughter with recurring ear infections. They did not give us the full amount and did not inform us at pick up that we would not have enough to last us the full 10 days.Now it's taking so long to get it sorted out that we've missed a couple doses and her ear infection could come back. On top of that they are going to charge us ANOTHER copay for their mistake. This is not how you keep customers, especially customers with young children.

In All my years (beginning 1990's) shopping and dealing with RiteAid (before the name change, under previous to present management), I've received good quality service by All their employees! If or when there was any type of discrepancy, or did not have what I needed, someone would looked into and/or provide an alternate solution!If and when I see an Employee busy doing something, (Patience!) is My Priority! And I have witnessed during my visits, that they Do acknowledge the customers!Thank you RiteAid! :-)

Store is brand new and looks very nice. But cashier Torii E, was incredibly rude. I went to check out. She was stocking stuff on a shelf, she saw me and told me to go to register three. I wait there for a few minutes waiting for a cashier, no one shows up so I ask her if she can call the cashier. She doesn't say anything, slowly, like on purpose as slow as possible to even still count as moving. Rings me up, doesn't say anything besides a sneer when I said I don't need my receipt.

I had the most frustrating experience this afternoon at this store! The woman in front of me at the checkout counter was buying some Diet Coke and presented a coupon. After attempting to scan it several times, the young man behind the counter explained that the coupon was rejected as being "invalid." The coupon, according to the woman, was valid through the 19th. More scanning... same results. Meanwhile, a line was beginning to form. The customer was gracious enough to forgo the Coke purchase so as not to hold up the line any further. However, the employee was not able to remove the items from the register, and explained that the manager was not in the store. The current transaction, and any subsequent transactions, were at a standstill. The clerk then suggested that we take our purchases to the Pharmacy counter. To the back of the store I went, and waited behind a woman who was purchasing some prescription drugs. More scanning problems, as the woman at the register was scanning the bottles which were in a plastic bag. It was not working. So, she proceeded to remove the bottles, scan them, and place them in a paper bag. I was feeling hopeful. Not so fast ... there was one prescription missing, claimed the customer. Off to the multi-tiered rack of hanging plastic bags full of filled prescriptions goes the employee, in search of the missing order. It wasn't looking promising. Meanwhile, a line had formed behind me. Checking my watch (I was on my lunch hour), I decided to again try to check out up front. Surely by now the cash register issue had been solved? No dice. The frustrated employee shrugged his shoulders and apologized, saying he was still unable to use the register. That was it for me. I'd used up not only the bulk of my lunch hour, but any patience I may have had and decided to give up. Sadly, I placed my basket on the floor in the center aisle, and left the store. There would be no iced tea, nuts or candy for me this day.

I went here for the first time today and the guy on register one made me feel so uncomfortable. I went and purchased some pads and when he grabbed it to scan he said “ouch.” Did he really have to make a comment ? The employees should just ask how you doing? Something like that, not make unsolicited comments.

To the “manager” when you made that joke that people are going to start writing bad reviews, you were right! Learn how to speak to people considering your “position” at your job usually requires customer service skills which you clearly lack. When a customer politely asks a question when you and another employee are just standing around talking, they usually don’t expect an attitude or an eye roll considering that’s the bare minimum of your job is to help. Sorry for interrupting your clearly very important conversation! That was my first time making a quick stop at that rite aid and it will definitely be my last. There’s a cvs right across the street with really sweet workers anyway! :)

Items there but not priced correctly, so manager refused to sale to me at price marked on shelf. Took half hour to check out because price marked on shelves (they said changed) but no one updated. Terrible experience , Terrible experience 😩 the pharmacy there is great

My Dr phoned in a prescription, today, a d when I went to pick it up they said they had nothing.I then asked the Dr to send it to the Riteaid in Fairless Hills. Filled without a hitchEvery time I go to this place it is a disaster. Ought to be closed.4 stars to the location in Firless hills

clean and convient location, but no one is ever at the register leaving lines of customers to wait. when they finally show up they don't wear their masks right. (not covering nose, multiple times and multiple employees).

Would rate 0 stars if possible. They wouldn't even sell benedryl to a grown man who rolled out of bed with his allergies killing him all because I had didn't have ID. You don't need ID to buy benedryl in PA!! There's no law, look it up. So I had to go 5 mins up the road to CVS where it was no problem. A minor inconvenience, but just goes to show the people that work here can give you a hard time based on how you look. I wouldn't come back here and will be telling others to avoid.
