I brought my dog here to get a full service groom. Dropping him off was shady because the groomer came outside and never allowed us in. Upon picking him up she was waiting outside for us so again did not allow us in. Upon seeing my dog, he was not even shaved down at all. He was only scissored and had his paw mattes removed. The groomer stated that she could not cut all his nails due to them being spilt. She said I could bring him back in a few weeks and she would redo the nails free of charge since she was unable to cut some due to splitting. Despite not even providing all the services I paid for I was charged even more than advertised price.I sent several messages asking when I can bring him back but they would just leave me on read and never answer. When I finally did get a response I was told that she refused to do nails on my dog unless he was medicated by the vet to calm him because he’s a hazard. I have a sweet and loving mini dachshund…. He’s not a hazard to anyone. When I picked up my dog I was told that he was such a good boy by the groomer. The story got changed up so the groomer did not have to honor her word. Would not recommend this groomer to anyone!

Patty is an awesome person. I don’t trust my babies with many, but Patty I do I know she’ll never do anything wrong. And my one who is skidsh does so well with her. Highly recommend !!

I took our Yorkie-Poo, Guinness, to Patty for the first time today. He looks and smells great, and he was obviously treated very well (he has come home from other groomers feeling traumatized). Thank you, Patty....we'll be back!

I took my “Jadie“ to Patty for the 1st time on Saturday, 6/6. She was so great with my dog. She did a wonderful job on her grooming & was so gentle with her. She is very professional & gives quality service at a great price. I will definitely be taking my “Jadie” back to her.
