My dog recently had surgery done and was very impressed that they texted me with updates while my dog was in surgery. They have been very patient with me throughout the care with all the questions I have asked. Thank you so much Katie and Dana for being so kind and responding so quickly. Everyone I have spoken with has been very kind and pleasant . I would like to thank Dr. Hecht, and Dr. Karen for taking such great care of my fur baby. The staff at the Morrisville office are awesome. I’m so glad I switched to HousePaws.

I switched to HousePaws because they offer a mobile vet service. I have a 3 legged, diabetic, senior dog, and has been having issues walking and I cannot pick her up. She is a large dog and another dog. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating and more than willing to help and give you information you need. I also go into the office with my other dog.

I have been going to HousePaws for quite some time now, and have felt they make my cats comfortable and relaxed under their care, however, Dr. Bays truly went above and beyond with my cat and made sure he was comforted, safe, cared for and played with over the weekend. She made sure we understood everything in "people" language and just knowing she was their for us just made us feel he was safe. I would recommend her to anyone, and she just makes you feel like you have the only pet that matters and in itself is pretty amazing!

I can not speak more highly of Dr Dana who works at house paws.She an amazing vet and goes above and beyond for her four legged patients and their over protective owners/fur parents. Even my temperamental pup loves her along with the my easy going pups. I am so happy we found her! I will not see anyone but her and trust her 100%

HousePaws was quick to check me in when I showed up to my appointment early. They were very gentle even when my cat was hissing at the doctor and checked her thoroughly. It's a small veterinary clinic in the middle of a residential neighborhood with friendly staff (everyone I spoke to), which gives it a welcoming atmosphere in comparison to bigger clinics with long wait times. I can't review their mobile service and hopefully won't ever need it, but the fact they offer it is comforting.

Dr. Dana is the BEST!! Everyone in the office is caring and attentive to our family. They are patient and provide great service. We have used both the in office and mobile appointments available. Dr. Dana came to our home to help with the transition of the lose of our dog.

The best vet ever. I used to be a pet sitter and this was my number one vet recommendation. We started using them with our old cat as the car rides were too stressful for him. No only are the vets amazing and knowledgeable but they can do a lot in your home such as X-rays, blood work, etc.It was so much easier on my cat. Now that we have a new cat after his passing we are switching her to this vet after moving back to the area.I know she will be in the best hands . It’s also worth the small premium for them to come to the house and not stress my baby out. She HATES the car. Seriously cannot stress how surprised we were at how affordable house paws is.I will never use another vet.Don’t gamble on your pets health and get the best care for them here.

We used HousePaws services twice, both for home visits. I highly recommend them. They were on time, professional, listened well and I felt very comfortable with their care. Unfortunately, the second time I needed their services was for an in home euthanasia of my beloved 17 yr old cat. His brother I had to have put to sleep a few years earlier and it was done at another vet's office. I thought that was okay until I had this experience. I can't recommend them enough. They were compassionate, gentle with my cat and gave me all the time I needed. They gave him an intramuscular sedative so he didn't have to go through the discomfort of finding a vein first. He was with me on my lap the whole time and they graciously worked around me. Putting both of them down to end their suffering has been some of the hardest decisions I have had to make and they were so kind to me and patient. I highly recommend House Paws for their veterinary care.

We were looking for a mobile vet that was reasonable and local. After finding HousePaws online we took a leap of faith and gave them a try with our 1 year old dog. The service they provide is personal and you are a part of your pets examine which we preferred. You choose where you want the examination to take place, ensuring your pet is comfortable and at ease, in their own surroundings. Currently, most veterinarian competitors are only offering curbside drop off due to COVID-19, so we were thrilled to be able to be present with our dog throughout the entire service. The staff at HousePaws are professional and offered great advice to all our questions and concerns about our rescue dog. We were able to purchase a bundle package for our dog’s vaccinations and routine tests. That was a huge savings for us and most importantly it was all done in the comfort of our home. Scheduling an appointment with their virtual receptionist online was super easy! They use an app that stores your pets test results which allows you to reference your pets records at any time.I will definitely continue to use HousePaws for our pets routine medical visits in the future!Thank you HousePaws for providing an excellent mobile veterinary service!

Dr. Dana and Remy are the BEST! They were exceptional with our kitty (Mr. Slate) who we rescued from the streets in December. We would not dare place him in a carrier as he is terrified of them. We are very pleased that we now have a vet in place that will come to our home and that our kitty is comfortable with. They are AWESOME! Can't express that enough.

I’ve had an issue with allergies for my dog. I took him in to to the Morrisville location to be seen. The doc at the time, prescribed one weeks worth of antibiotics and apoquel. Gave my dog the meds and was showing signs of improvement but as soon as the antibiotics ran out the flare up cameRight back. So I called and they Prescribed me another weeks worth of a stronger antibiotic for him with the same result. Got better while on the antibiotics but then the flare ups began shortly after the antibiotics ran out. I called to see if we should administer the antibitocs for a longer period and spoke with dr Dana. She told me that since she wasn’t the original doctor to see the dog she would have to re-establish a doctor patient relationship. Mind you the dog was just there a month and a a half ago and this was immediately after I just drove a half an hour to the Morrisville location to pick up more apoquel. I told her that this is extremely frustrating. Her response was that she’d be happy to give me my records if I want to go elsewhere. Thanks Dr. Dana…I will. Please don’t go to this practice, they really don’t care and it seems to start from the top with Dr. Dana.

HousePaws is a fabulous vet service. Their professionalism and care are unparalleled. We recently took our dog in for surgery and we are so happy with the care provided to her. I would never write a negative review for a business that is providing such good care to their clients but I will say that the receptionist who “helped” us on Friday 1/22/21 when we picked her up around 1pm was absolutely unprofessional, rude and not compassionate. The receptionist made a comment along the lines of “some people don’t know how to train their dogs, you can tell when dogs howl like this.” Unbeknownst to her it was my dog who was having a poor reaction to anesthesia. My wife was so sad and scared about what was going on with our dog and this receptionist only makes things worse. As a quality management director for a hospital I know what it’s like to have employees that can ruin a customers experience. This employee took our absolutely amazing experience and stained it with her attitude and unprofessionalism. HousePaws does an absolutely amazing job and their care is superb. We will always come back but hope someone like this never has the opportunity to ruin anyone else’s experience.

Dr. Dana Koch has taken care of my two dogs and cat for a very long time, her love and care for animals is very present when you talk to her. I recently had to end my dog Prince's suffering and she was there in more ways than I can mention. I plan on getting more dogs and HousePaws will be my animals pets as long as they are there. I contacted House Paws after not being able to make an appointment with our vet due to Covid 19 and unsuccessful visit at emergency hospital. Cuddles my beagle had a urinary tract infection. The response time was incredible and the care coordinator said she would speak with the doctor. Dr Dana called me back in about one hour and made an appointment for the next evening. Cuddle’s received an exam and was given two medications. Within 12 hours there was an improvement. Dr. Dana followed up this morning with test results. In my lifetime with my animals I have never experienced such care for my animal. And I have been all over the tristate area as my first beagle was always having symptoms no one could identify. I wish House Paws was there for her!For all the pet lover’s you know how stressful a visit to the vet can be. Cuddles’s walked in and she didn’t want to leave when we were done! Needless to say they are vet moving forward.

I used HousePaws Mobile Vet 6 months ago and had a good experience. So, when it came time for an emergency need for a visit, I went back to them. I did not receive any response to my 3 separate inquires sent in that day. The next day, I called because my pet desperately needed to be seen. He was lethargic and in obvious pain, with noticeable bleeding from a large cyst that was tripling in size as the hours went by. Finally someone called me back, and I was told I could probably bring him in that day, otherwise a mobile service wouldn't be available until 2 days from then. I explained that my pet was 20 years old, not able to stand or walk, and crying in pain so I would NOT transport him. If I did, he would've spent his last hours with strangers and the stress of a 30 minute car ride (he hates the car), that likely would've killed him. I was obviously upset on the phone with the tech, who apologized and told me they couldn't really do anything about it. My boy ended up passing that day. His pain and suffering could've ended hours prior to that if HousePaws cared at all. I would not recommend this service to anyone that needs an emergency visit. They could care less about seeing / hearing about your dying pet.

My cat was suddenly ill and I called several vet offices on a Saturday morning. I was told there were no appointments available and just take her to emergency. I called HousePaws @ the suggestion of a family member. They really went above and beyond to get my cat into the office for a visit. Price was very reasonable! Very professional! And my kitty is all better!
