Relatively clean and almost always has what I need. Half gallons, of half and half(store brand) are frequently sold out and gallons of milk are sometimes sold out. I typically shop later at night because I work third shift. The deli counter is typically well staffed and quite competent.

I gave it two stars only because the older gentleman In the produce section is very nice . He is always helpful and greets you when walking by . I would like to give the store more stars buttttt they fail to check the expiration dates on their products. Example the egg life wraps ,sour cream and the yogurts have been expired. You always have to check the dates on their yogurts . Since dealing with expired products at this location, I did get into the habit of checking the expiration dates. Which is sad because, should I really have to worry about buying something expired . Being I had surgery I was unable to shop for myself. I did send someone else to shop for me on July 20, 2023 . I do enjoy the two good products at this location ,but today when I went to open it I noticed the expiration date said June 30, 2023. Today is July 24, 2023 almost a whole month .,that’s disgusting. I get it sometimes you might miss the expiration date as a worker there , OK I still wouldn’t eat it but dang a whole month. If myself or a family member in my household ate that they could’ve gotten really sick off expired yogurt especially almost a whole month. Y’all gotta step your game up ! Now I know why the worker in that section looks at me when I do shop for myself they’re probably scared I’m gonna find expired yogurt. Yes I could just go to the Giant that is closer but I like this one . I’m not one to give reviews but I’m over the expired food . Please address with your workers on checking the dates on products . Thank you !Couldn’t write another review so I’m adding it onto my previous one. Just bought 10 of these bars and they’re very expensive and they’re all expired. Looks like I have to go to another location for my weekly shopping !!

It's okay, but I don't suggest buying fruit or vegetables here. They go bad incredibly quickly, this started a while back. They also had Arcadia water for sale during a time when the water was being RECALLED due to contamination from their specific location. Giant refused to make contact with the distributor regarding the health concern, and when I personally inquired about this, I was pretty much told, "It's fine, thanks for your concern." Also the elderly black woman at the customer service desk is INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. Lines are often packed.

This is usually my last choice when I don't want to venture far and need a quick grab. However, the store feels outdated and could modernize. The lady at the self-checkout often seems to have an attitude, if not always. Moreover, the gentleman who assisted me in the meat department with the tie dye mask was incredibly rude—I regret not asking for his name.

Employees are nice, especially at the deli counter. Carries some local products,which is cool. I don't like the floor robot, I'm pretty sure its racist.

This location went through a major renovation over a year ago. It’s still looking good. They just added beer and wine this year which has been a plus, also their buffing up the naturals sections. It has to be said though, the people who work here are very friendly, and always helpful.

I do not shop at GIANTS often but have been recently due to my son attending George School. Giant is a very spacey grocery store that is clean throughout the place. I have never run into an issue for the few times I've been.

It's one of the smaller giants around so sometimes stuff is out of stock, but overall the parking is always closer, and the employees are helpful

While shopping, I saw a sign for discounted pricing for two products I frequently used. While at the self check out, they rung up at regular price. Tim was patient and kind enough to check out the signage. Although the date was expired (it hadn't been taken down), he gave a concession and I definitely appreciate him going the extra mile.

One of Best Supermarket I live to visit. Their staff is very helpful. Always have a smile to lead before helping you with anything. This is my personal neighborhood supermarket, seeing as I reside in Jersey.

It's a conveniently placed grocery store with all the normal amenities the only reason I didn't Gove thos store a 5 star rating is their prices can be a bit steep amd Aldi is just down the road. All in all, simply a classic grocery store.

First time stopping here. Came to use restroom, grab something to eat and play lottery. Nice staff. The Kitchen was a little small though, with not much choice. Ate elsewhere.

Bad service I was waiting for 30 minutes for some buddy help me with a buddy wash because the body wash was locked and there was a African American lady bad actitud she looks mad for some reason and I tell her I need a body wash and she never do anything… I never come back here again !

There is always an issue, today it was that there were no carts available. No carts at the first entrance so we went to the second entrance, nothing. So we went outside, none in the nearby return stations. It wasn’t even that crowded inside.Usually it’s just the lack of attendants forcing me to do self checkout at stations that are too sensitive.At least it’s the closest grocery store and usually we’ll stocked.

My mother is handicapped and needs assistance with the help of their electric carts. These things are always dead when we go!!! Never plugged in and the charge is always low. What's the point of having them if they don't work?? Shopping carts are never inside the front lobby. You have to wait until someone exits the store with a cart just to start your shopping. The worst complaint I have though is that all the handicapped parking spots are always full when we go. I always check for the handicapped placard hanging in these cars and of course nobody has them. Just ignorant people to lazy to park 1 spot further away! Giant, I know this is not your fault but a little help from the local police on this one might do some good.

I just moved to the state and its my first time shopping at giant. The store is clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed. I head over to the beer and wine department Lamont S. was most knowledgeable about the store. He explained the benefits to sign up for a store card. He went above and beyond helping me with my purchase at the register. He was patient with my questions and rang up my order. Thank you lamont for your great customer service.

Every single time I get lunch meat, I request in the display screen that it is cut thin. Every single time I continue to shop and then come back to pick it up, it’s never thin. Last night the guy actually gave me an attitude and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes- I’m not going to stand around and wait for you to mess it up again(I said to myself). Oh yeah, what is the lady’s job that works alongside of him? All she does is walk back and forth while doing nothing. A lady was asking for help last night and she stood there and ignored her. Where are the managers? Do you not see this? A terrible store with ignorant workers.

I cannot count the number of times I've had a completely incompetent employee attempt to "assist" me. There was once when I needed to purchase a Dove brand soap which are now locked behind a glass door. The first person I asked said they worked in a different department so they couldn't help and then walked away. The second person I asked didn't even talk to me directly and said it wasn't their turn to have the key. The third person I asked I watched walk back and forth from the customer service desk who had no one at it to the back office room muttering that the key was around somewhere, but clearly no one knew. Then he eventually walked away from me as well and started helping someone else without even apologizing to me that ultimately he couldn't find the key. I have not purchased any Dove soap, still.The fact that "digital only" coupons are advertised right on the shelf in the store, but you have to have the Giant App to be able to actually use them makes it misleading to shop in the store, annoying to shop, and makes me not want to continue shopping here. I tried to create an account so I could purchase strawberries at a reasonable price instead of SEVEN DOLLARS for a single pound box. The app told me it couldn't link my account, for who knows what reason because I've had a phone number at the store for 7+ years. The manager comes over and instead of just allowing me to use the coupon anyway said I would have to call customer support to fix my app and there was nothing I could do. So I regretfully had to pay $18.97 for three items. The store over-prices fresh produce to the point where it's not even worth buying, and it looks rotten the majority of the time anyway.And don't even get me started with how sensitive the self check out counters are. First of all, you HAVE to use them since there is rarely anyone actually working at the front. And if you so much as breathe the wrong way or drop a hair on the scale OH NO you have to wait for someone to walk over and click a button for you. You can't even continue scanning while waiting for them. You just need to stand there and wait and wait and wait for someone to notice the giant flashing light and the machine that screams PLEASE WAIT every 30 seconds. I'm surprised they don't just have more people in the actual registers considering the amount of people that have to stand around doing nothing but fix the self check out ones anyway.Please save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to shop.

Rude customer service staff. I found the coupon didn't apply on one item I bought so I asked for the refund or credit back. He told me it was my problem that the digital coupon didn't work on my phone and he was doing me a favor to look into it for me. I tried to explain to him it wasn't my phone's problem. It was the Giant app that was not working, he then told me I should have figured it out at home before coming to the store. Seriously how rude for him to talk to the customer like that.

Great Store. Meats are better @ Shop Rite Yardley. The SHOPPING BASKETS ARE BARELY USEABLE. Baskets have now been replaced. Great Store except for the Meats. Always Poor.March 31, 2024The Easter FREE HAM has changed, & NOT for the good.The Ham the last few years was marvelous, & showed me, what you think of your Customers.The worst Ham I have ever had !So sad.To Do this when Wegmans just opened, and a Great Yardley Shop Rite will surely hurt you, as you have hurt all of us, this Easter.We will unfortunately be moving on because of this Ham.Joe & Terry Lyman

I been going to this giant for about 3 years now. I always use self check out. For the last 3 visits the self checkout machine has been alerting staff of theft and replaying a video which clearly shows I didn’t steal I just don’t know why it’s been doing that for the last three visits staff has looked in my bags and watching the replay videos and not one time did I steal. I take huge offense first off I’m African American so there is already a stigma second off I’m a nurse why would I steal and get my license taken away I make too much money I don’t have to steal nothing don’t let the bonnet fool you

Really enjoy coming to this store. Always have a good experience when coming in. Staff is friendly and personable. Only thing I don't like is the lack of variety when it comes to the large chip bag sizes like family and party size. They only have a select few brands and flavors in the large bag sizes. Overall a good place to go grocery shopping

I do direct; it’s easier, there is one women (I forget her name I’m horribke with names) young black women… who is so happy and cheerful! This women is a great example as to the kinda employee needed! She needs to be rewarded for her awesome work she does!!
