My girlfriend had all of her wisdom teeth removed and the prescription for her medication wouldn’t go through CVS’s system. The doctor confirmed he sent the medicine to this location multiple times. We had to get 2 of 3 of the medications from Rite Aid instead. Legally they can’t give us the third. Back at this horrible CVS, no one would even speak to us face to face. They would barely look at us or acknowledge the info we had or even attempt to clear up any confusion. They said repeatedly, interrupting us mid sentence to “call your insurance company.” My girlfriend and I heard it as an “F off.” All the while, my girlfriend’s gums are throbbing and she’s in immense pain because she HAD 4 WISDOM TEETH REMOVED. Terrible representatives of this company. The main dunce we talked to was an older, short white lady who hid behind her computer and only peeked out to shout something that didn’t help. The politest way to put how I feel about her is “professionally stunted.” I hope she stubs every last toe (and hard) in the next week.

Despite the dedicated, hard working people on the inside, this CVS is renowned for such others coming from far and wide to relieve their car trash upon the parking lot. Who doesn’t like stepping out of their vehicle into a pile of chicken bones or cigarette butts. However, CVS adds its fair share of the litter with their quarter mile coupon receipts.

This place has the most disorganized pharmacy. They don’t receive prescriptions from doctors until you’re there, and you’ll have to wait for them to get it ready. I was told my order would be ready by 3:00pm and as I’m writing this it is 3:50pm and I haven’t gotten any clarification. I would recommend using literally anyplace else.

I used CVS online and opted to pick up at the store. I highly recommend this as the primary way of shopping at CVS. I ended up getting a few other things while I was there. I made a huge mistake by using Self checkout. Is it Me! Or are CVS uUscan's extremely sensitive? If it hadn't been for Margaret; I would have left my items behind and walked out with the orde I had originally purchased. Margaret(CVS Associate)navigated my issue and a few other customers problems at the same time and never forgot her maners. I was very impressed with her customer service.

Consistently fails to fill monthly prescription, fails to notify patient if a prescription is out of stock. There is poor communication, as one person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. ZERO communication to the patient.This place is not concerned with their customers, they make no attempts to notify their patients, which is a major concern when you're on maintenance medication.If you take a daily prescription, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It will only be a matter of time before you show up for your prescription and they tell you the item is out of stock and they have no idea when they will be getting more. And don't count on them to notify you when it's back in stock, or offer some other solution.

Will in the pharmacy is fantastic and very much appreciated. I have been getting prescriptions filled here for the last few years and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand the medication, checking in on my family, and taking care of any issues that arise. I know this store can often get very busy. I appreciate that Will always makes sure that I have what I need and am taken care of. Thank you, Will! 🙏

Store was clean. I was able to find everything I needed. No cashier's available so I had to use a self check out which was great. Until I needed help with approval. Now here's where it goes from great to wonderful. The customer service person was right there to help. This store gets 6 stars from me. ❤️

I had an excellent experience with this CVS. I have used them ever since I moved into the area without a complaint. I recently had a dental emergency and ended up getting sick on top of it. I needed many medications with quite a few changes. The pharmacists and their staff were so compassionate and filled my scripts extremely fast. Thank you so much for making sure I got my medications, especially my antibiotics so quickly.

I have to say that the employee at this store named Matt is unbelievable. never have I ever experienced such great customer service. He assisted me with retrieving an item from the stock room that was not on the shelf . He assisted me at the coupon kiosk. Then again assisted me at the self checkout when I was unable to utilize the coupon correctly. CVS is very lucky to have such a great employee as he is. He went above and beyond to do his job and I think he is the friendliest employee I've ever met in a store.

Pharmacist is a real jerk. Prescription called in more than 2 hours before. Pharmacy empty. Pull up to drive through they say come inside we will handle now. Go park my see I’m black tells me he needs another hour to fill. I’m a pharmacy tech it take less than 5 minutes to fill a script. Don’t appreciate the bs in being inconvenienced at the hands of passive aggressive behavior

This cvs has been managing my transplant medication's for several years, I love that they keep me on track and have always provided assistance with communication with my Dr and insurance issues. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and know who I am. Based on my comfort with this pharmacy I hope never to relocate. ....Thank you to all the staff at CVS pharmacy and store!

Everyone there is amazing I’ve had a great experience with the pharmacy. From Brenna to Conrad and the rest of the team. They are always willing to help you and provide any information that you may need. When you enter the front your always greeted by staff whom are also amazing.

The staff there are friendly and helpful. I am so appreciative of the kindness they have shown me and, especially my father over the years. My personal experience with Asia and Bryna (sp?) was phenomenal. Nice, compassionate, friendly staff. God Bless them.

Do not ever get a prescription here! Actually, don't even bother giving them your money for anything else. Pharmacy staff causes major inconvienieces, rude, and appauling. I have had bad experiences here with more than one prescription, and my mother has had an issue with a prescription here as well. In her case, she was told by staff that her prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so she informed them that she'd wait. 30 minutes later and customers are coming in one after another, getting served before my mom. My mom goes back up and says, "I can't wait anymore, I have an appointment. Should I come back?" The same woman told her, "Well, we close by 9." My mother then asked, "What does that mean, I should come before 9?" This woman did not say anything at all. My mother then complained to the other customer behind her, "I've waited a half hour already, that's enough for me, I can't wait anymore." Shocked and saddened by the lack of honesty, lack of respect, and the inability to even apologize. If they were honest to begin with, my mother wouldn't have wasted her time sitting around for nothing. My two horror stories would take even longer to explain. Bottom line, we are never going here again, boycott this place. Save yourself the pain and hassle.

Worst pharmacy ever. They say they call your Dr. But strangely my Dr never hears from them. They disregard the fact they are dealing with peoples health. Constantly out of medications and the staff are RUDE and most unhelpful.

Depends on what store you go to. As for Morrisville it's the Best pharmacy staff above all of the CVS s around, HANDS DOWN. Conrad is very knowledgeable and extremely caring young man! Ive gone to other CVSs , like in Croyden and have been denied to get a prescription filled because I usually go to a different CVS? Seriously, it's still CVS ,so why can't Croyden CVS fill it? The older guy told me to go back to Fairless hills store when I went there since that store didn't have it and I told him that but he didn't care & just shrugged his shoulders. Very poor customer service at the CVS Croyden store off RT. 13. Very poor!!!!

I discovered at 1:42 pm that the pharmacy closes for lunch each day from 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm. I showed up at the drive thru at 1:28 pm the next day and the pharmacy was closed. Please post the actual times that you are closed. It is very, very, very frustrating.

went to pick up a prescription was 9 mins late after the pharmacy closed . the worker never sent out a notice that my pills were filled . she was less then help full . she said they could be transfered to a 24 hour location . instead of just calling and taking care of the guest that has an infection in his leg , she just said you can call and they will take care of it . lazy tech . i will be in at 8 am tomorrow to chew out her boss .
