The team here is amazing! We have a Samoyed and I've had trouble finding someone who I'm confident trusting his grooming with. I've tried and been content with other groomers, but Touched By A Paw far exceeded my expectations when I picked our boy back up the first time!! He is twice as white as with any other groomer and he would always shed a lot with other groomers, but they take their time and really blow him out here. His "snowballing" as we call it after his baths is drastically less after being at Touched By A Paw!We are a customer for life!

Got my 4 month old puppy’s first groom here today. You can tell all the staff loves dogs and what they do. Honey is fresh and clean and she was happy wiggling when I picked her up. Will be coming back!

Roxy and Gracie had their first grooming today. They look and smell amazing! We were nervous to leave them they can be pretty high maintenance. But the staff was so attentive and made the girls feel at ease and they loved their spa day ☺️

We returned again today to see Jackie as she had suggested when she cut our dogs nails the first time when we got here 3 1/2 weeks ago. He did much better this time. I think he is starting to like her. That paw is still a little sore for him but she handled him so well he even did better with that. I suggested she move down south with us. Funny, she wants to anyway. She can stay with us til she finds a place as long as she does Brodys nails, I'm good. She is so good with the other dogs too as you can watch her with them. They all seem to love her. What a wonderful place to pamper your pet instead of the bright lights in the chain stores. Give her a try. Touched by a paw is a great place, I was touched by the groomer. Til we meet again Jackie and staff.

Very pleased with first time visits for my 2 pups. One of the pups is a very skittish 7 month old who is afraid of everything. I had my doubts whether they could even groom him at all. But they were very reassuring and knew just how to handle the situation. Both my pups looked amazing after their groom. So happy to have found this new salon!

This is my long haired 20yr senior lady Bandit.I learned of Touched by a Paw from my cats’ beloved vet clinic Country Companion after the previously recommended groomer unfortunately fell ill before they could get to her.This groomer - I believe her name was Jackie - and her associates - were all amazing.Jackie was concerned about Bandit being a 20yr old senior - as is perfectly reasonable because anything could happen due to stress - however, as I’d never brought any of my pets to a groomer and hadn’t even originally planned on anything more than the professionals deemed necessary, I was perfectly happy to just have Bandit’s medically necessary shave done.(I’d never had a long haired cat before her - and currently her vet was worried that the mats in her fur could infect which - despite having cats of other fur ranges for many years - I’d never even heard of).Jackie was willing - literally within the next 30-60mins after my initial call - to have a look at Bandit to assess what needed to be done, then once this happened she was willing to jump straight into the job.The place is small but very cute and well kept. The people are both professional yet wonderfully chill, and Jackie and her associates were all just as amazing with my Bandit as her vet clinic’s employees already are - which I don’t say lightly!The price for getting my Bandit’s mats out was - I felt as a complete novice to grooming - extremely reasonable for the time and equipment used - plus as an added bonus, said price quite a positive difference from what I was originally budgeting for the other (again, still very competent) place.My Bandit is quite obviously much happier now that she’s not sore anymore - and because she’s got plenty of cover left despite the number of mats originally, she still looks like her lovely regal self!I seriously have no complaints regarding this place and would add many more stars if possible - they even have Saturday hours, which is great since I’m unable to get much of anywhere during the week.I will note that the place accepts either cash or check, which threw me off because I haven’t used much cash during Covid - but that’s such a minor thing for me that I don’t even count it as a negative.If you live anywhere close to the Clocktower Plaza in Morgantown - or even if you don’t - I fully vouch that the trip is worth it.

Called today to schedule as the owner told me to call and she will squeeze my dog in before everyone else due to me having to stay with him bc of the aggressive behavior and separation anxiety. Most times to trim his nails and bathe him took 20 minutes. She was excellent and I referred many people to her now she refuses to stick to what she told me and told her receptionist they're booked a month out. Was gonna continue going but now I'm going to see other places and even just do it myself. Obviously it's great that she is booked but I'm old school and your word is your word no matter how successful you become. I'm happy you are becoming successful and busy but booking up a month out is going to turn a lot of people away.

Jackie and her staff are great with my dogs. Even my naturally- "anxious" dog felt comfortable right from the first visit. They always look and smell great when I pick them up! And her prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic grooming! Best my dogs have ever looked and smelled!! We've been to many other groomers through the east coast and she is on point with grooming!! Highly recommend getting your pooches groomed here! She groomed our German Shepherd and Mini Australian Shepherd. She did great trimming my Aussie and new exactly how to trim her up!!

This is the only place that will cut my dog's nails. He's a chihuahua/pug/terrier mix and for some reason both Petco and PetSmart say he's too anxious. He's not a barker or biter so I never understood why they couldn't provide this service.

Dropped my dog off for the appointment time, he was there 2 hours and he still wasn't finished. He was bathed and drying in a crate. They still took my money for a full appointment and I took him home unfinished due to another appointment I had scheduled.

Nice folks, good size store so the animals arent ontop of each other. She takes walk-ins and usually we have our dog's nails done in less than 10mins. Theres a field across from the parking lot for pooches to ease their anxiety, if needed.
