They say they close at 6pm. Tried getting my dog an emergency appointment for 5 or 5:30 and said I would pay any emergency fee. Kept me on hold for 20 minutes just to say no, then recommended a place that wasn’t even open.

We were referred to Country Companion Animal Hospital by an emergency vet when we found out that our cat needed to have emergency surgery. They were able to fit him in right away, explained everything thoroughly and gave him the best care. Dr. Kurtz even called to introduce herself before surgery since we were not able to meet her when we dropped him off. We received multiple updates without having to call to check on him. Very professional and caring staff. 5 stars all around.

I've recently started going to Country Companion because of their involvement with the rescue group I'm fostering kittens with. I have had a positive experience each visit and phone call. They have flexible hours, open until 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, which allowed me to go after work. The staff is friendly and ensured my questions were addressed.

I can not say enough good things about this office and the staff that works here. They have saved my dog twice from life threatening emergencies. The first time she was misdiagnosed by her regular vet and had pyo. Morgan the receptionist listened when I called and told her what was going on and immediately went back to talk to the doctor. I was NOT a client when I called and had this conversation with them they got my pup in the next day and performed an emergency surgery that afternoon.Fast forward to 3 months later same pup, I’m sitting in urgent care in the evening to find out her stomach and intestines are filled with fluid. No surgeon at any of the animal er’s near by for the night. I call ccah and they schedule her for a surgery first thing the next morning.They followed up with me through each surgery and are currently working to find the right diet for her with her being diagnosed with ibd. They are worth the hour and ten minute drive for me!

Hey are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot sing their praises enough!!!! They go above and WAY beyond for your fur baby and treat them like they are their own!! They are also unbelievably knowledgeable and kind!!! Their pricing is also completely amazing - it's beyond reasonable for everything they do! They literally just saved my cat's life and are working hard to keep him well! True heroes!!!!

Wednesday evening we had to euthanize Mia. She was 15 to 16 years old. Approximately 10 months ago she was diagnosed with Renal disease. She immediately went on Renal food. 2 weeks ago her Creatin level was 2.5. Needless to say her kidneys failed on Monday. She held on to say goodbye to my husband. She had been saying goodbye to me. She hated going to the vet. Her nickname was War Kitty. This time Mia was very subdued. Our vet and technician were very compassionate. Mia passed away very quickly and peaceful. We had a private cremation done. We'll spread her ashes at home. We received a sympathy card today. From Dr. Welsh. Thank you everyone for your compassion at a difficult time. I highly recommend this establishment.

Love taking my dogs to this place. Both Casey and Amanda are great vets. Highly recommended. Nicole is a great vet tech too!! All of the staff is friendly and nice. When my dog Fred was sick, they were so compassionate and responsive to all of my questions. When he died the staff was very empathetic for the grief I was going through. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

Poor ability keep to scheduled appointment time. I waited 30 minutes for a TECHNICIAN visit for one shot which took only a few minutes. I had to remind staff I was still waiting for 30 minute ago appointment. The office staff never double checked with me or said they’d be ready soon. nor apologized for running so late for a technician appointment. Very disappointed with this poor scheduling.

The staff here is amazing and were so supportive when my cat suddenly had a life threatening emergency. I couldn't be more appreciative for their friendliness throughout the process of my cat's surgery. They were always very thorough on explaining the situation and even sat down with us to go over after care and answer any questions. Two days ago I thought I was going to lose my furbaby and they saved his life. It's a shame this vet is so far away from where I live otherwise I would take all of my pets here.Thank you to everyone here at Country Companion!

Very compassionate and efficient staff. We were new to the area and dealing with a urinary emergency for our male cats. They got us in that week for testing and even provided some urinary care food from the Heart Fund. Everyone was also very understanding when I needed to push back my follow up because my car was in the shop. Even though we’re moving further away, we are keeping Country Companion as our primary vet!

My first visit was with 6 Old English Bulldogge puppies and I was extremely happy with my choice to visit Country Companion. I will be bringing my 4 other adult dogs here as well. The entire staff at CCAH is truly amazing. They go above and beyond to care for my dogs and cats. I have a couple ‘special cases’ and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make certain they feel safe and receive the treatment they need. I would never dream of taking any of my beloved pets anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

This vet is the best! They saw our doggy very quickly, were very reasonable in price, and were amazing when it came to empathy about our pet. They were able to diagnose our Daphne quickly and correctly without needless testing. A huge thank you to their staff! She is doing much better.

Our dog was struck and killed by a hit and run driver, and during and after the chaos, the wonderful people at CCAH did everything in their power to help us, including retrieving our dog, transporting her back to the animal hospital at no charge and set up the body for viewing so our daughter could say her goodbyes. We are so grateful!!

I had to take a rescue cat here for emergency matted fur removal and couldn't be happier with the job that Teresa, Shannon, and the rest of the staff did. They managed to remove all of the mats without a single nick to kitty's skin. He is so much happier in his new home now! They are angels on Earth and I'm so glad they could help on short notice. Highly recommend this veterinarian.

Recently been to and from this place 3 different times only to have my cat die because records weren't updated. It was stated many times that she was pregnant. she had an ear infection and got her treatment and was fine. We returned to get her vaccinated for rabies and told the vet she was pregnant and even checked and verified that she was. Upon the third visit we arrived planning on receiving distemper and feline leukemia vaccines and the vet tried to give her another rabies vaccine. Worst experience ever not only am I emotionally distraught but I have to say goodbye to a loved one.

I cannot say enough good things about Country Companion. They are always responsive and there when you need them. Doctors and staff are so friendly and I feel like they really care about what happens to my litters before and after they are born. I have been going there for years and cannot imagine another reproductive vet that could provide better service.
