No wonder this company is declaring bankruptcy. I get there after driving 25 minutes because nobody would answer the phone at either end of the store to be told by a lady with an attitude that they haven't even bothered filling any prescriptions for the day because they had inventory. I gave a good 4 hours from when they were placed to trying to pick up. No call back or anything either. This is the 4th issue I've had, 3 of which involved this particular employee. Maybe we'll luck out and get a Walgreens in the future.

The female pharmacist is very rude and acts like she hates her life. Prescriptions that use to take 20-30 minutes now takes hours and some times 24 hours. I’ve received text messages that my medication is ready and I get there and it’s not. I would not recommend using them for anything needed with the pharmacy.

You have terrible customer service, on top of your pharmacy. You need to figure out management, and how to staff your store!! Unbelievable how long this store can’t get their stuff together. We have been a regular customer here for years!!. I waited, and no one seems to care to make a difference after being told multiple times! This store is a disaster to our community!! Tear the place down and put something useful in that lot!! If I could, I would give it negative 5 stars!!

Unfortunately, my negative experiences at this RiteAid are similar to what others have shared. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for at least 10 years and there has definitely been a decline in service lately.It seems like they may be a victim of the labor shortage, as they don't have enough staff to fill prescriptions, operate the drive-thru (which is the main draw of this pharmacy for many people), or provide walk-in vaccinations. The service, when you can access it, is also less than friendly or helpful.Because of this, I was unable to start a recent antibiotic in a timely manner. After this, I switched our entire family to another local pharmacy today. Others need to realize they can do the same thing if they are dissatisfied.

Worst drug store ever. pretty bad that they don't carry nebulizer meds and can't order them...supposed to be a DRUG STORE; not a make-up, candy store! Sad that there isn't a CVS in Montosewouldn't let me post without giving them a star... i recommend using Price Chopper's pharmacy or go into NY and use CVS

This place is awful. Drive through most of the time is closed OR if you happen to catch it open the wait is horrendous. The line inside is equally slow moving. There is absolutely no sense of urgency among any of the employees. If you call them they rarely answer the phone. I’ve called once before making sure a prescription was ready and when they finally did answer I was rudely asked if I had the automated call service that will tell me when my order was ready. I said yes but oftentimes I’ve found I do not receive a call even though it IS ready. She even said, yeah you can’t trust what that thing says. And now for the past 2 days I have been calling and calling and calling and NO ONE is answering. My insurance even called them for 10 minutes straight and no one answered. I am waiting for an urgent prescription for my young daughter that was put through as an emergency fill and I cannot get through to the pharmacist. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be finding a new pharmacy. This is the worst location I have ever been to. We do not live conveniently close so I can’t just “pop” in to check on it, hence why phones exist. I don’t know if there is something wrong with their system or if they are choosing not to answer which I feel more likely is the latter.

The store is clean. That earns the one star.Asked the lady standing behind the pharmacy counter for assistance in locating a non prescription medication and was promptly informed she was not on the clock and therefore couldn’t assist me.Very bad customer service.Still trying to determine why Rite Aid would have an employee behind the counter at a register in the pharmacy not on the clock? Something seemed very off about the entire encounter.

I could not believe the arrogance from not only the front cashier today, but also the woman in the pharmacy. I'm new to the area and have been with Rite Aid for years at another location. The experience at this location made me want to switch pharmacies immediately. It was a health related question that this place provides and they belittled me the whole time, then they hung up on me after mumbling under their breath, thinking I couldn't hear them. If I could I'd give them negative stars.

You could go in there ask for Tylenol and it would take 2 hours for them to get it. Good luck with any prescriptions.

I made an appointment for a covid test at 3:45pm, showed up on time, and waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes while the line got held up behind me. If i wanted to get a test at almost 4:30pm i would have scheduled it for then, if you’re gonna have an appointment scheduling service then stick to the times on it. Never coming back here again.

Horrible place with terrible customer service. Nicole the Pharmacist and Kate should be fired. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and go to Price chopper pharmacy.And the 2 reviews below are from people who are obviously related (Same last name) and obviously friends/family with people who work there. Since the store was made aware I’d be filing a complaint. Nice try but way to many bad reviews to believe yours.

I went there today and two ladies that were working around 2:30 started talking bad about Price Chopper. Little did they realize, I work there. They complained that ever other lane is open in Price Chopper, we have 8 lines and yes, we do have every other lane open to abide by the social distancing recommendations. One of the ladies complained that Price Chopper is always closed by the time she gets out of work. Rite Aid closes at 9pm and Price Chopper closes at 10pm. We are open every single day and we are not open only when she is at work, it’s just a matter of good time management on her end. I find it rude that they have no respect for the surrounding businesses. This pandemic has caused many businesses to create more rules and changes and I am very sorry they do not have enough intelligence to watch what they say around customers.

Had a prescription called in went to pick it up the next day they said they needed his insurance card no problem I went home and got them . Went back with them its going to be an hour for a prescription that should have already been ready. If they took care of prescriptions instead of having everyone focused on covid testing and vaccines they may be able to help customers with their prescriptions.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. Slow AF. Say meds will be ready in 30 minutes. And hour later the pharmacist is on lunch and prescription not filled. Do better rite aid.

I would give zero stars if it was available. This pharmacy is the worst. The people are rude. I have the same monthly Rx for 2 years and yet every month when I request a refill online I am told it is out of stock. So every month I go 2 or 3 days without a critical Rx. To top that off, I will wait at drive-thru over a 1/2 hour while they fill prescriptions for the car(s) ahead of me but when I get to the window I am asked to drive around/come back and get in line AGAIN even though I refilled Rx on-line before going to pick-up.

This location has the rudest female pharmacists. There is an older woman who works the drive through that I always have trouble with. No personality and no patience. I've had about enough and switching my meds to another pharmacy.

I just came from this Rite Aid and every single employee (and I spoke to 5 of them) either pleasantly helped me or went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this store. It’s very clean and orderly and shelves were stocked up! I just wish it were closer to my home.

I went there for both of my vaccines by appointment and the young lady at the counter assisted me so nicely with filling out the forms and both the female pharmacists that gave me my vaccinations were very professional, pleasant, and gentle.

Went to pick my girlfriend medication at the drive thru,ready to show form of identification in order to get medicine, the lady at the window says....THAT OK ,WE DON'T NEED ID,WE DON'T DO THAT HERE....I thought to myself that like wrong,it wasn't matter of trust,it was to prove who I am.The people thete at the pharmacy have no professional at all...how disappointing that is and very rude to customers....???
