After trying a few different groomers with disappointing results, Lucky Dog was recommended to us by our vet and we could not be happier! We have a husky that hates any type of grooming so she hadn't been groomed in a while and they had there work cut out for them. The staff was more then friendly and they returned her to us looking absolutely beautiful! We will continue to be loyal customers to Lucky Dog!

I've gone in this store before and was ignored but I needed something and I went in today and was glad I did. They redeemed themselves as the young lady that was working behind the counter today was super friendly and inviting. She said hi the minute I walked in the door and asked if she could help me with anything. The one thing I needed for one of my animals they didn't have but she was able to help me with something else. I am hoping it helps with my boys shedding! I would recommend others give this place a chance for their pets needs.

I took my German Shepherd here for his first ever grooming. They squeezed him in. He's an adult and I wasn't sure how he'd act. They did an amazing job with him and he came back looking and smelling so amazing! We wash and brush him ourselves but can't compete with the fur removal job that they did!

For the most part we have always had a great experience socks likes it here and the girls are good with him. A few minor issues in the past prevent me from posting 5 stars the nicked his ear one time and we had to fix his hair cut another time but fir the most part I have always been very satisfied with our experience

This place is the best. We have gone to other groomers which are overpriced and so crowded, this place doesn’t overbook and keep your dog sitting there when they don’t have to. Very good prices and friendly staff. Sometimes we have to reschedule and there is never a problem, they happily work with us. We love coming here! Great job girls and thank you for keeping Bodie groomed and clean!!!

Great place! My dog is very leary and downright grouchy when it comes to any type of grooming or nail trimming. Susie and Lori are so patient and worked so well calming my dog Frankie, I was amazed at how at ease he was when I picked him up. And he looked great and was so soft and cute! Love this place they are the BEST!

I ordered two bags of dog food and was quoted a price. Drove 45 minutes to pick up my order and was told the price increased. Increase was $26. I called ahead to let them know I was coming to pick up my order. Disappointed I wasn't told over the phone of the price increase. I was looking forward to supporting this small business, but now due to their poor customer service I will not.

My fur baby goes in a dirty dog with dirty ears and extra long nails and comes out a great smelling, shiny clean, with nice, filed short nails. Just the way I love him!

I love Pat! She is always helpful knowledgeable and compassionate!! She certainly does not deserve a bad review from what obviously was a misunderstanding. I am a mere customer not a family member so I consider my opinion to be unbiased and based totally on my interactions with her in her shop. I needed a crate for a cat because I left mine at home and instead of trying to sell me a product to offer me to borrow one of hers . Who does that this day and age?? Anytime I've ever been in that store she always seems more eager to help rather than to try to sell me something I don't need.

What a wonderful treatment my two dogs received. The staff were wonderful and took their time to assure pups they were friends and gave them a good experience with bathing and trimming their nails.
