I have shopped at various dollar trees over the course of my life and have probably spent thousands over the years on a Store/Corporation that essentially just sets out to supply people with mostly bad items and poor customer relations. I have never had an actual issue until recently, which made me really analyze the ethics behind the entire layout, one of which I feel the number one fundamental is to prey upon all those that actually make the whole thing turn . Nobody wants to steal you're filthy pennies dollar tree and maybe the only reason you're paranoid of that is because deep down that's you're mindset on what you set out to do . You should do a better job on the qualiity of the items you offer and eliminate the items from the stores that are made so "cheaply" that their dangerous and harmful , and you should do a better job making sure the employees and customers are being treated right and having quick simple shopping experiences. Selling things at a "low price" isn't an excuse for not doing things right, and don't trick people into thinking that if you improved on these aspects you'd have to increase prices.
