Had the pleasure of being served by a gentleman named Mike yesterday. I was unsure about which supplements I needed to buy and he was nothing short of helpful, kind, professional, and knowledgeable, as well as being funny and charismatic! He made my visit to the store more than a worthwhile one and I ended up buying so many very useful supplements for a great price. I will definitely be coming back here! Let Mike know he is an absolutely fantastic salesman and a joy to converse with 😊

Honestly, I was not coming here for vitamins or supplements but for eye drops.. I used to buy these specific eye drops(bioron optique 1)on Amazon, and then they got rid of them. My dog has super bad allergies, and these eye drops stopped the gross stuff from coming out of his eyes in 2 weeks, so I found out they sold them, and I came and bought them out. I definitely will be back soon to buy the rest! Thanks!

Most experiences here have been great. Then I was helped by Alex. Not only was he condescending and rude with suggestions. He was uninformed about what he was selling (he didn’t know lots of BCAA products have caffeine) But he also took a phone call when checking me out and instead of putting them on hold decided to talk to them for 5 minutes and proceeded to walk about the store leaving me at the counter. Super unprofessional and unacceptable.

Just starting going to the gym again and wasn't sure where to start supplementwise. Fortunately I was lucky to have Alex and Mike help me today. They got me a good protein fish oil and a greens powder. I'd recommend going to see these guys for any of your supplements needs

They have a variety of vitamins and herbs.Overall clean, well organized, all the sections are labeled, and good customer service.Prices like everything else medium to high.Worth exploring!

They honestly need to get a person with more personality working in there at 6 PM in the evenings . In addition, don’t tell someone that you have a product available to show up and find out it’s already all sold out and spoken for. That’s lack of customer service.

Ryan was so nice , very knowledgeable, helpful very polite . I have been gong to this store for years . I met Ryan for the first time in the store. He is very good with each and every customer he was so nice. I hope to see Ryan when I go back again for my vitamins .

The salesman Kyle was very helpful & offered me a regular shipment program of a product I use daily at the current sale price. I didn't know this existed until he explained how it works. When I get my first shipment & if all goes like he explained I will be one very satisfied customer!

A store that offers good customer service. But even new ownership has not done enough to bring people in. With small incentives, and not offering competitive prices. I use to shop at the Vitamin Shoppe. But they can’t compete with Amazon! Nor have they given me a reason to come back!

Went here to try something besides GNC since we don't have Vitamin Shoppes where I live. Never again. Was looking for trial samples of protein for my mother who has to be on a liquid diet (and has very picky taste) due to a surgery. They do not give free samples--GNC does. They instead sell small trial packages. Vitamin Shoppe also does not give military discounts--GNC does. In my opinion, their selection of protein (brands and flavors) is very limited as well. This chain will never get my business again.
