I wasn't sure what to expect and not going to a show room. I was very pleased with the shop from home experience. They actually listen to what you are looking for and want. The selection was spot on and the performance as water proff and pet proff. The installation was fast and a quality job. It was perfection. You won't be disappointed with the process, product quality and price! I highly recommend them and will use them when it is time for the bathroom and sun room.

Dan, Liz and their staff are great—-easy to work with, punctual, organized, friendly and reliable. The carpet is beautiful and the installer was very professional. They stand by their work and after the carpet installation, Dan came by to check in and make sure the job was done well. I also liked the fact that they have samples they bring to your door of different types of flooring. That way, you can see in your own house with your own lighting and decor how it is going to look. I’d highly recommend them!

Dan and his team were amazing! When we first inquired online, we got a response almost immediately to refinish our hardwood floors in our new home, which was greatly appreciated because we were on a tight schedule. He was super helpful and was extremely gracious by working with us to get the job done within our budget and timeframe. The team got the floors done in almost the entire house in just one day, and we were also thankful we got to see samples of stains. The end result was beautiful and we could not be happier! Our positive experience with Floor Coverings International BuxMont started from the moment that we scheduled our free consultation all the way through our post-installation walk through! When the owner, Dan Kaufman, came to our home with his mobile showroom, he listened to our preferences and guided us through the process of choosing the best flooring for our needs. Dan made the sales portion of this stress free by being patient and not pressuring us. When we were finally ready to make the investment, Dan kept us apprised of the materials arrival and we quickly set an installation date. The morning of installation, Dan arrived to introduce us to the team, and review details with them. The installation team was AMAZING! They were VERY respectful of our home, worked hard all day to removed the tile, wood and carpet from our first floor and started the installation of our Luxury Vinyl Planks the same day! When they left for the evening, the rooms were accessible for our family to use for the night. The crew returned the next day to complete the installation, maintaining the same lever of respect for our spaces and keeping us informed about progress and completion. The crew put everything back where we had it, cleaned the floors before leaving, and left our home looking fabulous! A few days later, after we had some time with our amazing new floors, Dan returned for the final walk through. When there was a slight issue, Dan proactively resolved it without us even having to ask. We have more flooring projects to come and we will definitely be using Dan Kaufman and Floor Coverings International BoxMont!

Liz came in and worked with us to replace the flooring in our entire house. She and her team were very thorough, and the entire house looked absolutely wonderful. It was a very large project, but she helped us choose what made the most sense with our house and needs.Unfortunately the floor in our kitchen started to crack at the joints, so I reached back out to Liz and she immediately got back to me. She reached out to the manufacturer, sent a sample of the floor away to the manufacturer for a claim to have it replaced, and it was deemed defective. She ordered brand new flooring - it took a few weeks for it to come in, but she had her team come and install it right away once it came in. She took care of everything and made it an extremely seamless process, and I can't thank her enough.I highly recommend using them for any and all of your flooring needs - they're fast, competitive pricing, and they helped us right away post-install when we had an issue!

We had a great experience with Dan at floor coverings international and their great team of workers. We have had work done before by Home Depot and other big chain companies before but nothing compared to the service and quality of work we received this week. Home Depot took over a month to complete a set of stairs (because of constant broken wood boards and delayed shipping). With FCI we waited about a week for materials and installation took 1 day. Highly recommend Dan for your next new floor or set of stairs.

Ultimate best company for flooring! Selection in home was the best way to select a floor. The timeline for install was quick. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, great choice for our home. Jon and team made this experience pleasant and straightforward, light years better than other flooring contractors we have used in the past. We had used cheaper options in the past and totally regretted it, but not this time. We had one bedroom done with a new carpet and the room looks amazing now, so much brighter. I was looking to replace carpet in guest room to match rest of the house’s wood flooring. Liz immediately scheduled an appointment and Jon, the sales person, came over with samples and helped me find the matching color. It was little difficult as the rest of the flooring is about eight years old. But they found the right color and type very quickly. Order was placed and the first delivery was a wrong color - Liz turned on her emergency mode, made a visit, reordered the correct material and flooring was complete the following weekend. Liz came in to confirm the job done. Everything went smoothly and now I am enjoying the new floor. A great knowledgeable friendly team I would recommend to anyone looking for a flooring job, large or small. Thanks Liz !

From start to finish, this was a five-star job. Liz was SO accessible and communicative with every step. Everything was done in a timely manner as well. I had my ceramic kitchen floor tile replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The LVP was able to go right over my existing floor which helped make the process more streamlined and efficient. When the workers came Liz was there to introduce us and make sure they knew what to do. Doing any kind of renovation can be stressful and time-consuming but this was not at all. Not to mention, the cost was excellent and in line with the other estimates I had gotten. I went with Floor Coverings International, Buxmont, though, because Liz was just so friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend this company to friends and family!

I can't stop speaking highly of Floor Coverings International (FCI). When my bottom floor had severe water damage we had to remove the old carpet. My wife and I met with several different companies but Dan and Liz from Floor Coverings International won us over easily with their professionalism, and knowledge (plus super friendly). They have a huge selection of different type of carpets and colors to choose from. It didn't take them long to give us a proposal (which was very reasonable) and a ETA on when their team can start.FCI came about three weeks after we paid the down payment and it only took them 3hrs to install the new carpet. I have say this is the best investment/improvement my wife and I have done for our house. It is such a major improvement from our old carpet that now my 4 yr old loves to play downstairs more now.Floor Coverings International BuxMont has become my number 1 place to go to for any flooring project. I can't recommended them enough.

We initially met with Liz from Floor Coverings International of BuxMont in our new home for a consultation. The mobile showroom came to our house and allowed us to see the flooring samples in our space. It was great being able to see different samples in our space with the lighting and current flooring. Liz assisted us in selecting flooring for our upstairs to match/coordinate with our flooring downstairs that would also be pet friendly. She even reached out to the builder to see what the current downstairs flooring was. We had a big ask of getting the project completed prior to fully moving into the house. To help accomplish this, Liz made arrangements to have the flooring picked up so that installation could start prior to us fully moving in. The installers were professional and flexible. We had movers in the house the second day of installation. The installers were able to continue working with the movers coming in. After the installations was complete, Liz met with us for a walk through of the space. Any concerns we had were addressed and resolved. The finished floors look great, and we are pleased with the end results.
