WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Went in to buy 4 plastic cups. just cups. Woman refused to sell them to me becaise they didnt have a upc on them, althought there were 30 of the same ones on the shelves. She then called me a liar, made a loud comment about me and drove me to tears. I was polite and nice while she was mean and horrible. Management didn't even know what to do. Management needs to step up. Guys dont shop here, they give you attitude and laugh about you right to your face. WORST PLACE EVER. People need to be nicer

Always always lines. Came in on Black Friday, one line open about 7 people deep. Cashier had an issue with a customers transaction. She called the manager over, middle aged man with an eye that doesn’t open. He fixed her problem and saw how long the line was but proceeded to walk away and go talk to an employee who was filling shelves. This location is a joke. Do better management.

It's a nice Dollar Tree with a great selection, only downside is this location doesn't always have ice in stock, since they no longer have a large dedicated freezer for ice. $1.25 for a large bag of ice when you are in a pinch is the best deal around so now I have to go and check out other locations that are further away to make sure I have enough ice to suffice our needs for our BBQ. Honestly, that is the only problem. The staff is always nice and helpful and they keep this store very clean. Will go back for other necessities as needed.

Nice location and well stocked, but they don't let you use the bathrooms! I've never heard of a large retailer not allowing customers use the restroom. The associate advised that I would need to use another stores bathroom which is weird as there are barely any other stores in this complex. Also, that's really impolite to just walk into another business just to use the bathroom. They stacked up a ton of baskets in front of the exit all the way to the ceiling to keep us out which is also not safe.

Nice dollar store. Has the usual items. Some items are in stock, some not, but thanks to certain events that’s everywhere. Great staff friendly helpful clean. Can’t use the bathroom tho, they say it’s broken, been for MONTHS maybe a year, I think so staff only uses it. I had my 5 year old son who couldn’t wait & they wouldn’t let me/him use the bathroom, we had to frantically find a bathroom.

BEWARE THE JUNKYARD DOGI live right behind 5Points, and have lived this dollar store since it opened. That was before Outback closed. But now this old guy there thinks he owns the store and the mall and is nasty as HELL to customers. I will be contacting corporate, bc this time he screamed so loud that the poor cashier girl and I jumped!

Solid dollar store with friendly customer service. Didn't have as many Christmas things as I wanted but had a good amount of selection for everything else. Remember it's a 1.25 these days and not a dollar! ;)

Beautiful. Nothing was on the ground, in the aisle, in the wrong place. That last star was one of 4 lanes open and the cashier was 80. On a Saturday morning🤷🏻‍♀️.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! This was a unpleasant experience. My kids and I were trying to get baking products and we were told to leave for no reason. Will never be coming back again.

Практически идеальный филиал, он очень большой по сравнению с другими. Так же ассортимент товара немного шире.Достаточно чисто, товар не валяется....Almost perfect branch, it is very large compared to others. Also, the product range is slightly wider.Clean enough, the product does not roll around.
