I just had to rave about my recent (first) experience with this company!I ordered one for my son for Christmas and it got lost in the mail. I reached out and expressed my concern that we wouldn’t have it in time...They responded immediately and said a new (personalized) one will ship out via overnight mail that day and I received it in time!But it gets even better… my son LOVED IT, but unfortunately my dog loved it too (and he destroyed it). I emailed them back a few days later to check on the status of the one originally lost in the mail and they said “we love dogs almost as much as we love baseball” …and they sent a replacement at no charge!I went on immediately and ordered another one because I felt so bad they kept sending to us for free - plus, I wanted another backup incase my dog gets fresh again lolBut moral of the story is - this is an AMAZING business, with AMAZING customer service and a SUPER COOL product! I highly recommend… every player needs one!! :)
