Stopped at this location on the way back home, and it was a good location. The inside was clean and organized, and they even had a lot of alcohol sections, which was interesting. We ordered some drinks to go and they were good as expected. Good location overall and comparable to other locations!

Hoping today was just a bad day. Filled up the gas tank and grabbed a quick lunch for the family. It was clean. Gas prices were the highest on our trip, but they have the location. Good...forget it! Everybody is short staffed and I don't mind waiting. But 25 minutes for cold...and I mean COLD burgers and room temp fries. The older gentleman needs to do something other than just standing there! Kudos to the girl who was doing drinks and food, and to the manager who came over and jumped in. I would have taken it back , but it took so long that I didn't have time to wait another half an hour.

Just left here. Young guy at the food counter has the worse attitude because we asked if they have fried chicken. He said you need to order from the kiosk. We didn't find it on the menu. Come to find out the answer is no. They have tenders and some tiny little things they call wings but NO on the fried chicken. Usually I would suggest some customer service training. In this case he should find a new job

They offer free air for tires. The store serves hot and cold food, snacks, and drinks. I ordered some food and 4 milkshakes. The total came to $70. Verified the receipt twiceit was not an error. That is a lot higher price than WaWa. The milkshake was good, but I could of went to Texas Roadhouse and ate for a lot less. Never again. I wanted to cancel the order but didn't know the area. On the way to may location I didn't see any restaurants or fast food places. I will research for places to eat the next trip this away. And the chicken wrap only had 2 slice of chicken strip and everything had an extra cost. Over priced. And the workers were not that polite. They get a 2 for the milkshakes.

Store is great. Easy to get gas and air for your tires is free which is very convenient and nice. 1 star is for their food. I'm not sure I'll order food there again. I ordered online and picked it up and my burger was so soggy it tasted like it was literally submerged in water then wrapped up. It was disgusting. The bread was so very soggy, not at all what you want. Maybe the toppings are kept in water to keep them fresh, I don't know. If I ever do order again it will be a PLAIN cheese burger, no toppings. Fries and other food were fine.

I have been to dozens of Sheetz locations. Came here on a seemingly slow Sunday morning and waited over 15 minutes for a Shmagel. After 12 minutes or so I tried to ask the person making the sandwiches how much longer it would be since my kids were in the car. She did not answer. So I tried speaking louder to no avail.Caleb, a different person, was working the drinks and had the cold brew out lickety split which was appreciated and he was also very friendly when ringing out.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. All the garbage cans at the gas pumps were over flowing and the bathrooms were disgusting. It looked like only one person working. He was doing a good job serving the customers. Only reason I bumped it up to 2 stars.

Customer service was incredible.. gabe and the rest of the team handled a very disgruntled customer with such grace and calm demeanor all while being screamed and cussed at. Awesome job guys!! Shows real character and class!!

We usually stop at Sheetz to gas up and for restroom breaks. The ladies restroom at this location was the worst I have seen and isn't in keeping with what we have been accustomed to with Sheetz. Trash was overflowing and toilet paper piles were on the floor.

Convenience is nice, but service is incredibly slow and food is below average. This morning I waited ten minutes and I was the only one in line. My coffee was not right and there was hardly any cream cheese on my bagel. They were not busy. This not the first time this has happened and this store is new, you would think they would want to make a good impression. Well, I am not impressed!

Absolutely rudest manager I have ever came across. It took 30+ minutes to get food and on top of the wait for god, we had to all and wait several times for the jam in the lottery machine. Making us have a SERIOUS DELAY IN OUR TRIP. The cashier was also rude as he said there is nothing anyone can do we will have to wait! Don’t stop here. Drive on by

I stopped on 11/04/2022 thinking I could get something quickly, line at the cash register was more than 30 people long with no one at the cash register, food took over 30 minutes, and there were no cars in drive through! I will forever call this Sheetz the SSW for Slowest Sheetz in the World.Also my toasted bun was burnt!

Stopped in today for a drink and something from the mto. Food was done quickly and made satisfactory. But the cleanliness of the store left a lot to be desired. It’s not the first time i have been in the store with dirt all over the floor. It looked like a herd of buffalo just ran through the place. Seen the bathroom in shambles as well as through reviews. Behind the MTO counter were busy doing their job, the manager Rob was behind the cash register taking orders but at least two workers on the floor were more interested in their phone than picking up a broom or mop and taking care of the floor. The manager had to come out from behind the register and run a broom. Hate to say it but it seems like they need to run a tighter ship in this establishment or people are just going to go to the other gas station across the street. Not good for business. The workers didn’t have an attitude or anything like that but they weren’t necessarily very courteous either.Wasn’t a terrible experience by any means but it was a below average trip for sure.I would be willing to revise my review around spring if changes are actually made. But considering some of the reviews that have been on here for months and the fact that I know people personally who have complained to management about subpar cleanliness, I don’t think anything is going to be changing with this location.

My fries and Mac and cheese bites were burnt and I know they are supposed to have like a sprinkle of parm or something on them. They didn't. I also ordered two snack wraps and the employees ripped the paper up completely and still stuck it in the bag. Paid for cheese on the wraps but didn't get it. I know those two guys knew it was my order cause they kept looking in my direction. This is the second store in Montgomery PA that has been rude and given out terrible food. Starting to think this area and it's employees are racist. But I won't go back. I'll keep my money. Thanks.

Similar to other reviews I ordered online, and actually waited so long I had to leave without my food or I would have been late for an appointment. I think I waited there for a total of just under 30 minutes, for and order that was supposed to be completed 5 minutes before I arrived.Update as of 10.6.22I love sheetz but this location is just not the one. I've given it a few shots since it opened and I don't know if it's staff... Lack of staff... Management... Tonight the floor was sticky everywhere. The ice cream machine was a mess and sounded like it would explode. They set off the fire alarm. Waited at least 28 minutes or more for two sandwiches, fries and mozz sticks. Got out to the car and the fries were soggy and cold

Good food fast with gas and takeout or hangout 24/7. This is a destination not a gas station. This is town hall not a place to have your car towed to. Can't find your "Teen" at 10:01pm on a Wednesday night? Look here. Either way you'll be glad that you went there.

Absolutely terrible. We go there quite a few times and we end up waiting each time or having some type of trouble. Never was a one time thing. 45 minutes the first time so we asked and turns out they never made the order. Other times our food just sits in the back by the drive through when we come in for it and no it was not for the drive through, we made sure it wasn’t. Not once has our order been out for us to just grab and go. We wait to see if they actually set it out for us to get, assuming we just may be early that time but then we look by the drive through window and we see our names on the bags by the window.

They honestly just don't know what they're doing. I put in a mobile order 20 minutes before I got there. It wasn't on the rack yet so I thought they might be busy. Then I waited another 20 minutes before asking them about it and they got it (just randomly sitting in the back) and told me I need to pay first. I already did it on the app... Then they told me the wrong ticket was on mine so they're not sure if I paid. I showed them proof before they let me go with my food. It was 11 pm and no one was there...I know sometimes things get chaotic but come on. Can't believe starting wage is $14/hour..

Waited over 15 minutes for a MTO milkshake, no one else was waiting but I stayed patient assuming the employee was new. I paid extra for oreo pieces which I did not get. When I politely informed the employee and the supervisor of the mistake, the employee offered to remake it and the supervisor advised him to finish another order first because "she was in a hurry" after I waited 15 minutes for the wrong thing. I said I waited and paid extra and would just like my order made correctly but forget it. Acted like I was an inconvenience for politely waiting for my paid order to be made accurately. Will not be back.

Waited 33 minutes for one frozen drink that I paid $7.76 for.... I've always liked Sheetz but this was the worst. Only one person to run as cashier and make specialized drinks??? Come on!! Not even a sorry about the wait offered. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. 😤

Went in around 10pm. Ordered my food left at 10:10pm. People just like to complain. But that's the problem with most customers. They all think you need to praise the ground they walk on.
