Spock loves this place. He absolutely can't wait to get out of the car when we pull up. Then, he sleeps for days after partying it up for whatever time I was away. I love being able to go and knowing he's safe and taken care of.

I brought my dogs in for nail trims. Service was quick- there was no wait and it did not take long. Staff was kind and compassionate with my dogs that were a bit anxious. Staff was patient and kind with me even though I didn't have my vaccination records and had to wait on an email from my vet.

We are from canada. We went to this store to get a gift for our dog.we got fab fries. We were so amazed to see the dog at the daycare. There were so many gifts for the dogs. The day care prices were reasonable and they have monthly passes too. The customer service was super friendly and nice. Loved this spot

Awesome place. My wife and I have left our dogs here several times and they always come home happy, healthy, and very very clean! The crew goes above and beyond, especially the manager Maggie. We'll definitely board our pups here again!

We use the grooming service and Layla loves to go to the “beauty shop”. I have no problem with her getting groomed there yet she needs medicated to go other places because she’s high anxiety.. she has never been medicated before her grooming service at the dog stop. I think that speaks volumes.

Everyone at The Dog Stop is so nice and professional. We have our dog there a lot, pretty much everyday, and are happy that he’s always happy and tired out when he comes home (he’s pretty high energy). I would recommend The Dog Stop to anyone! They treat our dog so great, like he’s one of their own.

0/10!!! Let me start by saying, at one point i loved the dog stop! Until a dog attacked my dog and then it just was downhill!! So my dog got attacked, & we took a week off before i took him back. So when i take him back, THE OWNER decides to retaliate against my dog for whatever reason and put him in a kennel for 36 hours and did not feed him. She claimed my dog had a “prey drive” which isn’t truthful and not possible when i watch my dog THE ENTIRE TIME he is at daycare. My dog has NEVER had issues with other dogs prior to the dog stop claim that he was attacking all dogs big and small, which sounds ridiculous. I never received any call about my dog’s behavior and wouldn’t have known if i wasn’t watching the cameras. It’s obvious that this place ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY&NOT THE well being of dogs. I did some digging online & saw NUMEROUS bad reviews from prior workers in regards to the treatment of the dogs. I have reported them to the agriculture of PA, they will be investigated. But in the mean time, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!! They will take your money & allow your dog to suffer!! There is a female owner & they aren’t familiar with my prior last name before marriage!

Milly loves the Dog Stop and so do I! JCand the staff are really wonderful andlove dogs. They are very knowledgeableas well. Milly loves playing with her dogfriends and humans at daycare. She'sreally tired out when she comes home.Milly has short hair so she doesn't getgrooming but she likes the nail clippingsand oatmeal baths. Megan does a greatjob. She used to groom my dog Hersheywho passed away at age 15. She was aBorder Collie mix and Megan groomedher to perfection. I loved her summerhaircuts!It's always hard for me to leave my petswhen I have to go away but I have thepeace of mind that Milly is being wellcared for.There is also a nice store there too. I'vebeen purchasing Milly's food there latelyas I'd rather support a small businessthan a big box store. So thank you DogStop for everything! You guys are thebest! Milly seconds that!

Rewriting my review posted yesterday. We were contacted by the manager this morning and reimbursed for the fees that they acknowledged they did not tell us about. Really appreciate her taking ownership of their lack of communication and her professionalism. 3 stars to her and her team, because though the issue was resolved it was completely avoidable and still does not match what is advertised. Any reasonable person can see that.However, the owner already made it clear that he does not value our business after years of loyalty so he gets zero stars. We have canceled our future appointments due to his lack of ownership of his business' practices and frankly his inability to act like a professional. Anytime someone writes a negative review it is clear that there is no way he could have possibly done anything wrong or different evident by how he responds time and time again to any less than stellar review of his business. Regardless of how much you take care of people in the past, it doesn't give you a free pass to take them for granted and address them however you see fit. At the end of the day we are still the customer. Correction - were.Just a final thought, maybe if you didn't respond the way you do then you would be able to maintain customers and frankly staff. Maybe then you wouldn't have to charge fees that aren't advertised which the dog stop website says are included. As you said in your response to my previous review, completely out of your control though and there's nothing you could possibly do better. You are awesome.

This was my first time using The Dog Stop service. I must say from my initial call to picking up my pet I was impressed. I called the day before to ask for pricing and availability. The young man walked me through the online registration process. There I was able to create an account and make an appointment because the website was user friendly. The day of my appointment the staff was super nice and took the extra time to answer questions I had. I dropped my pet off and he was ready within a couple of hours. I was satisfied with his grooming and the service I received. Also, there prices can't be beat. I will be back for sure. Great Job Team Dog Stop!!!

This place is wonderful. I boarded my 3 dogs for a week while on vacation. The staff is friendly and professional. The faculty is very clean. When I called to check on one of the dogs, they were able to provide specific details on how he was doing without delay. The communication was terrific. I also like that a free grooming was included with their stay of 7 days. When I picked the dogs up, they were able to tell me how each dog did down to how many meals each one didn't eat. (The only thing that would add to the experience is to be able to view them in their individual kennel via camera.) This will be my new "go-to" when needing to board my dogs.

The most comfortable I have ever felt boarding my dog(s) and this was our first time using The Dog Stop. The staff is professional, friendly and actually wanted to to meet our fur-family and were great with them. The staff took care of all three individually as they all needed some type of attention (medication/food needs). They even managed to get our Pitty out in the play group with other dogs for the first time in her 9 years!! Other places said she didn’t have the temperament for it and one day we looked at the cameras and were completely amazed and filled with emotion. I highly recommend The Dog Stop, our new go to for all future boarding needs ❤️

Our dog had his very first extended stay at the dog spot. We were very nervous because he had never been separated from us. He warmed up quickly and they were so great with him. I called to check on him every day and the staff were so kind. We will absolutely us them for our next trip!

We boarded our Blue Heeler here and they did fabulous with him! He loved all the ladies and the other dogs. It was his first time ever and mine and they staff made it so easy! They didn’t make me feel rushed when I called to check in on him. Great first experience for us all!

Take my dog here to get groomed all the time. Megan the groomer is awesome with our dog Hercules. He loves her and is honestly the only person he'll let trim his nails lol.... and my parents also take there newfoundland there to, to be groomed and they do an awesome job with him to being he's so big. And the staff and the owner there are amazing ppl to deal with. Never had any problems there. Highly recommend

Very nice, clean facility. The staff is friendly and watchful. The owner checked in with us the first night to let us know how our dogs were doing. They have cameras in the play areas so you can see your dog.

Prices too high, it smelled inside building. Have been in our dog stops they never smelled bad. I had to wait forever while they checked a dog in for vacation and all the crsp this dog had to have at certain times. Like doggie ice cream before bed, bone at 11am. They could have brought someone our to do that or ring me out. Waited 20 mins to buy expensive treats.

I am extremely thrilled with the service I received, I had to go out of town for business and last minute my trip was extended for another day. The place where I was originally supposed to take my dog could not accommodate the extra day and I was referred me to you. You were able to get my dog in and keep him both days and he had so much fun during his stay, I absolutely adored your pup cams it was so nice getting to see my dog play and enjoy time with the other dogs who were there. I love that you have an outdoor play area with a pool and such a large indoor play area as well. I am so happy that i found you and will be bringing my dog to you for all my future boarding and daycare needs.

UBER friendly and helpful staff that understand my concerns about my dog's slight disability and their care of him when he's there on being honest about what days I shouldn't bring him. Owner is FULL hands on and interacts when needed to tweak things for my dog, like the true amount of time my dog can handle on a daily basis because of his condition. JC, Sarah, Sierra and staff.. U RAWK!
