About a year ago they redid their whole store making it more shopper friendly! They doubled their aisle width so you don't have to maneuver around other shoppers. Their produce is fresh and of good quality as well as their bakery. Love this store. Always great costumer service. Easy self checkout. Highly recommend!!!

Beautifully remodeled and merchandised store. Bright, open, inviting. An extreme improvement from its previous owners. Absolutely love the new store, complete with self checkout options, and fresh flowers.

Just visited today at 6 pm. Lady at the deli was so miserable and rude. She was so mad that I asked her to do her job and cut some meat. Why are you so miserable? I was just laughing....I thought I was bring pranked or something. Most definitely won't be going back go this store.

Really don’t know how this place is open. Store closes at 10, deli closes at 7pm, only self check out after 9pm. So unreliable

Produce goes bad extremely quickly, selection is limited and pricy. Sale prices are what normal prices are at other competitors. There is a sewage smell in one area, general cleaning should be kept up with lots of dust and dirt just about everywhere.Bathroom is less than the bare minimum and extremely dirty. I’d be cleaning that from floor to ceiling if I worked there before I’d use it. There is also no baby changing station.. sucks to be a mom in that situation. It’s a nice option for those local and I’m happy it reopened but somebody should step in and get these issues figured out. I only went here for fuel perks or convenience but completely turned off after bathroom experience.

This is a nice store. Not huge, but big enough to have most of what I am looking for. A few years ago it had a major upgrade and remodel that has improved it greatly.

This used to be our go to grocery store. But they are now price gouging on everything. It's a shame that since Marc left, this store has went down hill. Fortunately for us, there is a Walmart and Aldis nearby.Hopefully these reviews will have the owners take notice.

It's nice to have Shop 'n Save back again. The remodel is very clean and spacious. The store is usually always stocked and deli is friendly and helpful. I also love the self check outs when I don't have a lot of items. Highly Recommended!

Produce is very poor quality (soft/ rotten) and sometimes see mold on the strawberries. Chicken breast were $2.99lb two days ago now they are by one get one free sale and now the chicken is $5.49lb. So were is the deal. Almost doubled the price before the sale. Also many time item ring up higher than the price tag on the shelf. It's time to find a better grocery store.

This store has reeked of sewage for a year now with no changes. Produce is always dirty and not great quality, not worth buying. Prices are outrageous.. staff is careless.. just go to another store.

Did you ever use the restroom? Filthy! Keep in mind, employees use this also. Also, bought icing for cake, got home and foul was pulled back and someone had dipped their finger through it

Shop N Save is in a convenient location. Other that not much to like. The prices can be high. The store in old and outdated. I also find expired products on the shelf more than I should. The staff seems to be a issue. Usually only 2 or 3 lines opened. Sometimes the is a long wait. So not a terrible place to shop but it has it's issue.

I had an interaction with Jamie that works in the deli and she was every bit of rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure if it was a color thing but the way she handled us was totally uncalled for. She was angry, raising her voice, when She was asked if any other employees were available to speak with she stated no we’re all dumb go somewhere else. Her attitude was totally uncalled for. Her customer service sucks. And her professionalism was completely out the window. I will be making a formal complaint to the owner him or herself. At the end of the day we were sent to this establishment Bc we are apart of another local business that’s buys supplies from this location. The store itself is ran properly but JAMIE—- is totally out of control her attitude and level of professionalism needs corrected.

For as slow as this supermarket is, would lead someone to believe the store would be extremely clean and customer service would be fantastic. However it's definitely not the case here. I stopped here twice for my lunch break months apart from each visit, and determined I will never be back. Very high prices for mostly out of date product. The cafe area is down right disgusting. Customer service is none existing here. Employees clearly let you know you are a bother to them if you're not a regular customer who just wants to talk. Not exactly sure how this place stays in business.

Store is very clean and orderly BUT I have yet to see ANY employee wear a face mask in this still current pandemic of covid. Too many older people shop here for this to be acceptable. Please think of your customers. Thank you.

Very convienent location but some of the food in stock should be pulled from being sold. Purchased blueberry bagels and the bagels were moldy. Also, the bags of potatoes they had in stock were going bad. Inspect items carefully before buying here!The store remodel isn't nearly as impressive as I expected it to be. At least it opened again....

My wife stopped after work and got a few items, very dried out bakery donuts and got a pack of ground beef open it the next day and the smell was awful, the meat was grey all the way thru

This grocery store does not have as many options as others in the area, but it works for the basics. The prices are pretty standard, sometimes they have good sales. They do not carry lamb which was upsetting. They also don't have a wide range of brands, so you usually only have a choice between one or two. One thing I do appreciate is they have bundled produce that's reduced in price because it's on the edge of going bad. I've gotten bags with 1/2 dozen artichokes or green peppers for 1$. Since I was cooking that night it was perfectly fine and I ended up saving a lot of money.
