I've been to this rite aid location on several occasions to pick up medicine or get my flu shot, pneumonia shot, and hpv vaccines. I'm always helped in a timely manner. My most recent trip to the store was for prescription medication, and I am always treated with respect and waited on promptly. On other occasions, I have been helped a great deal by the cashiers at checkout while I need assistance using my healthy benefits card for food because it is sometimes tricky if you don't ring up the order in small transactions. Thank you, Rite Aid, for the effort you put forth giving me an excellent customer service experience and meeting all my needs. 5 star 🌟 .

If I could leave a 0. I would. I’ve been getting my prescription here for yrs. I needed my license to pick one up. It expired a few days before I didn’t realize and they know me. And wouldn’t give me the prescription. I had to transfer it somewhere else. This place is. A. Joke. They lost out on a great loyal customer. And lost a lot of money.

This Pharmacy NEEDS & MUST GET A BETTER PHONE SERVICE!!! I had to Call ATLEAST TEN TIMES Today (3/28) before Any- one picked up the phone !!! -&- Their Phone Line just kept rolling back to the start Over & Ocer & Over -& there was NO Way to even Leave a Message!!! TERRUBLE/THE WO=ST!!!
