The manager at this PetSmart name is Janice. She is the most unprofessional human I have dealt with in a long time. She yells at you she can not speak in a normal tone. I have been getting my dog Chloe groomed there for about 8 years or more and never had any issues until Janice. I will give my money to a groomer salon low. Who knows how to speak with their patrons.
