Amazing grooming team! Everyone was super nice and made my doodle look absolutely amazing! He went in with a lot of matting and they were patient and did their best to keep as much length as possible! He came back to me looking so dapper! Thank you very much!

I get my cat litter refills here. Good price, no scented. They have everything you need for cats, dogs, gerbils, hamsters, reptiles and more. You can bring your dog in on a leash for a fun outing on a rainy day.

Good experience overall. Needed a bigger tank. Bought a fish tank, lid, light, and rocks. But we ended up spending about an hour in the store browsing. They got an adoptable pair of really cute and friendly kittiens now. Also fish, ferrets, birds, lizards, turtles, guinea pigs, snakes and a tarantula. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be going back!

Ella is super friendly at the front register and Anthony the manager is amazingly helpful!!! I love coming here and also always donate to the shelter cats 🐱 10/10 if I could rate more than 5 stars I would everyone is always super friendly and helpful for all of my pets needs

I use the groomers here. They are pretty great. And they communicate in advance. So if your groomer is sick, they will let you know before you show up for your appointment.

⭐⭐While Petco carries everything we need, the prices are notably higher compared to other options. The staff, though pleasant during checkout, could benefit from more members for increased attentiveness. Despite having a comprehensive selection, the identical items are priced significantly lower elsewhere. I came in to get treats that I give my dog with his medicine and dog food I had just randomly asked a guy if there were dog treats without any red meats as my dog had allergies he took the time to show me where to find them explained to me the ingredients of what is actually in each thing and was just overall excellent with knowledge I believe his name was Brandon amazing how kind and helpful he was!

No longer carry batteries for my bark collar because they no longer sell the bark collars. Also quit carrying my dog's favorite toys. So.....no reason to return very soon unless they change things.

The Monroeville store is clean and well stocked. The man at the checkout was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. You could tell that he cared about animals.I would go back to this location.

I came in for service in the fish department to get feeders. I had to go to the front of the store to get someone they said they would be back shortly I had waited 10 minutes still no service I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere on the way out both employees were helping people that came in after meTerrible customer service

I take my dogs here for grooming. Justice is amazing and is really good with my dogs. My standard poodle always looks show ready and my bouvier always looks best in show!

I can't figure out why a pet store wouldn't sell basic medical supplies for a house cat. I needed something for his ring worm and had to go to tractor supply. My advice: save time and money, go Tractor Supply

I like this Petco. Be sure to bring your own bags or they will want ten cents per bag. It is some type of new policy the Pittsburgh region has been implementing. The cashier was friendly and helpful when I encountered a problem with my gift card being declined. She had to pull up how much was left on it first and apply that to the order.

Only went in when my car broke down don't normally stop at a petco but the place was clean animals well taken care of stuff was stocked and staff was friendly and helpful 🙂

Not only is this place filthy and the animals appear to be uncared for, but also, they rarely come through when we really need them. I’m not sure how this place hasn’t been shut down.Their prices are vastly different from their online prices. Luckily, they price match, but you shouldn’t have to do a bunch of research to not get ripped off.We go there because sometimes we have to, but I am officially done.Today’s anecdote:I went in for a cone for my cat who is destroying his poor eye. I have someone sitting with him at home so I can get this cone and get back to work. After searching the store I find one section with a terribly limited selection. Awful hard things for an average of $40. I check online and of course, they are $14.99 there. What?The only one that they have in his size is scuffed up on the clear plastic part, and looks like it has been used, but here I am, having an emergency, or I need some thing fast. I wait in line and when I get to the counter, the girl kindly tells me they can only take cash right now. Please, tell me, you’re joking, I think.Who is running this place? This is something I should’ve known upon entering the store. A sign on the door? At this point, I am beyond frustrated and almost in tears, when the cashier points outside and says “I think there’s an atm over there somewhere?”This is unacceptable on so many levels. I was already settling for a lackluster product at inflated in-store prices… and you can’t even take my credit card. It’s 2023. Shame on you, Petco. I do hope someone looks into your practices and cleans things up there.

Danielle was amazing! She was so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful when my pup and I were in to shop last night! This was not my local Petco, however, I would drive the extra few miles just to relive the excellent customer service that I experienced while there!

Everything was normal entering the store. The store was nearly vacant of occupants except for the prospective pets. Everybody in their own zone doing things at their own pace. Lights flickering on the ceiling, over half burned out. I could have lit a candle and it would have casted more light on the overpriced products I'll never buy. No enthusiasm in the eyes of the employees at the sight of 'A' customer. I go to get the one item I wanted. It was feverishly priced at $89. I go to the check out. I Get flagged over like a lost puppy looking for an owner by the one and only cashier at the three registers who was hiding behind one. Maybe there was four registers. I was more focused on looking for someone to ring me up than the registers. Everything completely normal until I complete the transaction and followed up by a question so asinine I had to write a review. "Do you want a bag for 10¢?" Nope. That bag is supposed to be covered and included for being a customer and buying your overpriced item. That's how intelligent and proper business etiquette has always been. No business is going to save the planet charging for retail bags. Any business that implements that strategy is making a fool out of the customer and company. I'll pay ten cents a bag when I can get a ten cent return for each bag. Petco lost a potential future customer over a 10 ¢ bag. Actually it was more than just the 10¢ bag. It was the humiliating, insulting, fact that I was asked by the cashier if I wanted a 10 ¢ bag for only >>>one<<< item. I don't think Petco needs to charge customers extra. Instead they should consider a pay cut for silly employees. Along with a pay cut for all those in charge of the company who thought it was a good idea to have the employees mindlessly recite even sillier store policies that impoverishs everyone's intelligence. Then consider reducing prices so More customers come to buy More things. 😉 Business logic 101

The products sold include: food, treats, toys, collars, leashes, cat litter, aquariums etc. Some stores do engraving services for pet tags, which have the owner's contact information in case the pet gets lost

Buyer beware. Looked online for young rabbit pellets for a sick bun to confirm they had them and the price was $11.99. Go into the store, and they have the pellets for $18.99. I look online and it says $11.99. The staff member told me I have to order it for pickup for that price. I go to order, and it says they're out, even though there are a lot on the shelves. I left and deleted my account. I'd rather shop Chewy and Petsmart. (Petco now fulfills what I normally order through Amazon, and the delivery time is SLOW. Amazon delivered in two days max. Fulfilling through Petco took a week.) Goodbye, Petco. I've never found what I wanted at your store, but now I'm officially finished if you're going to ripoff customers.

The clerks were helpful in answering my questions concerning the difference between cat foods that were healthy vs. Unhealthy. They also have a wide selection of different brands. More than any place I've been to yet.

A very informative, and yet helpful day! Had a visit with Vetco to get shots and needs for our new family member. Thankful that this service is rotated weekend days between all locations decently local to us. Thanks for this service! The peace of mind was worth the $$ spent!
