This is a location in a strip mall, not freestanding. It is PACKED full of items on tall shelves with narrow aisles, as seems to be the DG style. The staff members at this location are extremely nice - they'll go out of their way to help customers, which is awesome.

This location typically locks doors 10-15 mins before scheduled close time. Multiple times i've been literally standing outside store at 7:45 pm and I can see employees sitting in back room. I then call store and each time they have same excuse for why they arent open to 8pm. "Uhh, we have plumbing issues and had to close early". Meanwhile store doesnt even have a public restroom. The manager Kate also is the one repeating this lie so I am reaching out to DG corporate.

After frequenting the turtle creek location for so long I have taken it for granted that other locations would probably just be the same. However this location rocks its super clean and organized and they actually have stock on the shelves for people to buy. Great service and this and the Forrest hills location have raised the bar.

Assistant manager there Karen was amazing very helpful very nice I was a little annoyed that the sale items work in stock I know there's cv-19 out there but still basic things like soup so I didn't get the sale ad for that but I did get the unadvertised sale price on the dr. Pepper that was amazing fine for 10 aisles are narrow so if you have a electric wheelchair and might be a little tight or for a walker there's pretty much just one person her aisle Christmas is stock nicely your sister seems to be doing okay chemicals are low other than that I'll be going back I go to a lot of Dollar Generals this one had a pleasant atmosphere it's an older store

Fwiw: this location has gotten rid of nearly there entire refrigerated items section. They still have a small section of chilled energy drinks and soda. The remainder of the store is still the standard Dollar General selection.

It was clean but very tight isles and not well organized. No ok ne greeted me or said anything to me the entire time I was there. I was thrte Over 20 minutes some isles you struggle to get a buggy through

Dollar General is a wonderful place to shop,when the shelves are stocked! Lately freight sits in all the aisles,you cant get around it,and ots what you need too,so youcome back days later and it still sitting in the aisles!!A wonderful store,going down hill,why???They need help badly and a manager who will be well paid so the job gets done!!!

The cashier here is very rude! I got a bottle of Gain that was on the clearance rack, I scanned it with my DG app and it came up with the clearance price and said you have a $5 coupon for it. After I bought everything I noticed on my bill the coupon wasn't applied. The cashier said I couldn't use the coupon with the clearance items so I scanned it again to show her it was letting me use the coupon with the clearance price. She said I couldn't do it so I asked her to take it off my bill and to reimburse my card. She said we're trying to get rid of clearance items! I told her I didn't want it if she wouldn't honor what the DG app was saying. She then tried to negotiate and say she'll reimburse me $2. I said this isn't up for negotiations if I clearly have a $5coupon. She got upset and made me wait till she rang up 2 other costumers. Then again tried to get me to keep the Gain or get back $2. I said no she got more upset and started the return process.Another customer came up and she said I'm so sorry for the hold up but SHE doesn't want to buy this NOW!( trying to embarrass me)The others customer had just gotten in line so that was uncalled for! She was mad because she didn't want to return the Gain or honor the coupon! Rude!

Clean, organized, and well staffed. Manager is present on floor and well versed when a question is presented. Other staff members were polite and eager to assist.

I come to this store all the time, like 5-6 times a week . I called to ask a question about a product that they carry and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. If it was not for Carol and another employee that they have I would shop elsewhere.Very disappointing place anymore.

Small store. Good prices. Takes coupons. Can sign up on line and use your phone number at check which automatically will use the coupons for products you chose online

The prices are great for some quick essentials but the store is old and kind of dark and dingy. Seems depressing and dark in there.

Store hours clearly posted online and door stating open until 8pm. Woman inside ignoring me at door and gathering trash, locked doors at 7pm.
