It’s check day and the start of a new sale. Only checkout is express. I haven’t been to this store in a while. Apparently nothing has changed. Another checkout did open and instead of the cashier taking the people that were waiting longer some woman from the back jumped in front of everyone. Add to the chaos they were just changing tags and of course someone had to argue about a price that had not been changed from the previous sale holding up the checkout process even more.

Ordered a cake for my daughter's 17th birthday (only a week in advance I might add) and Tammy in the bakery exceeded my expectations! She nailed this cake perfectly and my daughter was over the moon happy about it. Not only was it gorgeous (as you can see below) but it was absolutely DELICIOUS. I have ordered many many cakes over the years from a lot of different places but this was probably my favorite to date. I highly recommend going to see Tammy. The price was absolutely amazing as well....did I mention this is the first cake EVER in my life that was finished. Didn't throw a crumb away.

We are visiting from out of town and this Giant Eagle was the closest market to where we were staying. It is well stocked, clean and has a great variety of everything! Plus, the cashier was very pleasant.

Very impressed!They are not responsible for inflated prices so I cannot take that into account at this time. I am however very impressed with the attitudes and general helpfulness of all employees, both young and old.The store is bright and clean. Well organized and has a nice tune playing throughout.

YOU BAKERY DEPARTMENT RUINED MY BIRTHDAY!! First of all. I called the bakery on 3/26/2020 to order a Birthday cake for my Birthday for the next day on 3/27/2020. I gave the woman, who answered the telephone, my order 3 TIMES. When I went to pick up my cake on 3/27/2020, my name was MISSPELLED and the raspberry filling THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR was not there at all!! My name spelled on the cake was “RAJHGENE” I told her 3 TIMES that it was spelled “RASHGENE”. This is a beautifully well kept Giant Eagle. One of our favorite locations. It’s sad that one mistake can put a bad taste in ones mouth.

Awesome, really fast service. I was tired, has to get milk on the way home from work, and I really didn't want to stop, but going to Giant Eagle was so fast it felt like I hadn't stopped at all. And it reminds me of the TARDIS, it looks bigger on the inside than the outside!

The way the store is organized makes it difficult to navigate through and find what you need. The front of the store is tricky if you need to get back to produce. The prices are mostly too high, like all Giant Eagle prices. Sometimes you can find stuff that isn't available at other local stores, but for the most part this isn't a store I shop unless it's necessary or especially convenient. The Parking lot is really bad, too. It's in disrepair and poorly organized. Also, I don't think there's a self checkout lane, which kinda sucks.

Great local Giant Eagle! The produce is always fresh with a nice selection, and the butcher deff knows how to properly cut meat! Always my go-to stop for my grocery needs.

The outside was kind of drab and dingy, it reminded of a no name bargain supermarket and not a typical Giant Eagle.The outside of the store is by no means a representative picture of what awaits you once inside. As soon as you enter you are greeted with the freshest and brightest produce I have ever seen. Everything looked good. The bakery had fresh baked goods that looked like they came from the Oakmont Bakery and the bakery staff was very friendly,personable and enjoyed interacting with customers. The bread had a perfect crust on the outside and was chewy enough without being so chewy that it was unenjoyable to eat.The store was immaculate and very well lit, every freezer and cooler was in working order and we'll stocked as well as all of the shelves.This was one of the best Giant Eagles I have shopped at and highly recommend this place!

I went to this Giant Eagle due to being able to get an appointment for a Covid booster injection. From the moment we got there to the time we left, we were very impressed with the service we received. The pharmacist was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. He moved us through the procedure in a gentle, pleasant manner and answered our questionsWe did our shopping there and noticed how friendly the workers were. From the deli to the staff stocking the shelves, if we even appeared to be looking for an item, we were approached and offered assistance. There was no running around looking for someone to help us.I believe this reflects good management policies and a great staff! I never thought I’d be writing a review for a grocery store, but this Giant Eagle certainly deserves a good one!

Great place to shop for groceries and a very friendly staff to help with your needs too the items are always fresh also you can play the lottery here too. I highly recommend this store. I saved a lot so far on Gasoline too! The Giant Eagle app is great too.Prices are great!

Very clean store, friendly staff. The produce is always great as well. Many things are out of stock on a constant basis and the parking lot is a pain. The pharmacy is great and refill your prescriptions on time with hardly any wait. Lines can be long if you go at popular times, but are never unbearable.

This is as high class a grocery as you are likely to find. The products are stocked with such symmetry as if placed by a savant. The products are always fresh and the best quality. The staff are pleasant and eager to help you. I promise that this store is worthy of your patronage. You wont be dissatisfied.

This Giant Eagle has been top notch every visit. The employees are great, always working with a smile and a welcoming attitude which is very pleasant. It's also nice that the shelves stay stocked pretty well and the store is always clean.

The bakery here is amazing. Reading the review of a grown up typing in all caps that their birthday was ruined because the little old ladies that took your order over the phone couldn't understand a name they've never heard in their many years is pretty sad. You need to check your priorities. The cakes and pastries from here in insanely good. It is one of the best bakeries within an hour drive either direction if not further.

The hot foods section is TERRIBLE. I stood there for 25 minutes waiting on my sub. After it was made, the employee walked into the cooler to get more supplies. My sub sat there for 3 minutes with Flys landing on it. I asked her to remake it, which took another 10 minutes, and I got an attitude from her for asking. Ever since corporate moved Judy to another store, hot foods went downhill FAST.

Good service. Reasonable prices. Good variety of merchandise. Removing one star since the store was not able to scan my card and apparently recording the numbers manually was not an option. I do not blame the staff for this as I know this is more of a corporate issue. I will call corporate tomorrow and after I get the issue with the Giant Eagle card resolved, I will likely post an updated review after my next visit.

Overpriced compared to Shop n Save.Cashiers & customer service people not very friendly. Be nice if they could smile too. On my last visit the cashier was blowing her nose into a tissue then started ringing my stuff up without first using hand sanitizer!

Best produce I've seen in a while! Their shelves are always stocked and the store is clean! They even had human cashiers! Only problem was the cash register froze up and my entire order had to be re-rang up at the customer service counter. 😒 Nobodies fault, just triggered my anxiety!

Initially I was going to write a bad review because of the rudeness of assistant manager Bart, but in the end the women at the customer service desk was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful to a family member and I really appreciate that. Her excellent customer service (the woman at the service desk)Is a great representation of a fisher heights employee. She was great as most of the employees there are !" Bart not so much, he gets negative -5 star"!

EXTREMELY LIMITED SELECTION. They don't even have regular lemon flavored iced tea half the time. The lines are short though (for obvious reasons) but the employees are, well nothin' to cheer for but not enough to complain about. 3 words describe this store. AVG. AT BEST.

The Employees were VERY rude when I asked about my favorite brand of Potato Chips( Gibbles Red Hot). I personally will never go to that store again! So I guess my wife said something to the manager and all 3 ladies had a completely different attitude.

Store is always low on produce. When they have it, its terrible. Its pretty dirty in and out compared to other giant eagles around the area. The only thing that is good about this store is the cashiers. Always friendly and helpful. No one there to bag your groceries for you. Cheap on labor = sub par buisness...

One of the smaller grocery stores in this day and age of everything oversized, but it always has what you need. I was even able to find all the ingredients for a non dairy, no oats, no nuts all vegan dessert. Which I thought was pretty impressive. Always clean and well stocked and managed.
