I had forgotten that with my new insurance I had 150.00 per quarter to spend on otc items at a CVS pharmacy, and I ended up going there on Easter Sunday at 8:00 in the evening. I expected to be treated poorly for my lack of consideration to the staff who were off in an hour and wanted to get home to family. I however was completely overwhelmed by the kindness, patience, friendliness, and assistance shown to me by Margorie and her coworker who went way above and beyond to help me that evening. This was the greatest customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I know that others will have the same experience as I did, based on the character of these two women. Kudos to them, and thank you for being a ray of sunshine in my dreary day.

CVS Pharmacy always makes sure I'm taken care of. My shopping trips are always excellent. I'm known by my first name it's like being with family. I highly recommend CVS Pharmacy in Monaca.

Avoid bringing in film or disposable cameras to be developed. The two occasions that I did, I was given terrible scans of the photos that were blotchy and pixelated.

The pharmacy is the best I ever had. They don't judge you or talk about you to their coworkers and make you feel uncomfortable. Pharmacist Joe is the BEST!! he's very personable, which is what I look for in a pharmacist. He always says hi when I see him and stops to chat if he has time. They have AVON bodywash!

Just moved to the area with a medically fragile baby girl. After contacting several local pharmacies about medications and with various questions, I found a few with rude staff who had no patience or time for me. The staff at CVS were incredibly kind and the pharmacist even took the time to fully explain dosage and address any questions about our babies medications. Fantastic customer service which is much appreciated. We certainly found the pharmacy for our family.

Love Monaca PA CVS!! Always greeted when entering, usually by name. The front CSR's are always friendly and helpful. The Pharmacy team is exceptional!! Everyone goes above and beyond their call of duty to help each and every customer. They get to know you on a personal level. You're treated with respect and they actually care about you. They kind of become your 2nd family of sorts knowing your whole medical history. Highly recommend this CVS for all your needs!! If I could give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would !!

Slow service...stood at the counter for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, signed me up for automated reminder calls after I told them not to, and now that I finally got that to stop they are now calling me personally (non-automated) when I don't even have any prescriptions to be filled. I have never been as committed to anything as they are committed to getting me to refill prescriptions that I do not need. No other CVS location has ever caused me problems before. Stay away from the Monaca location unless you want to be harassed.

Mike The Pharmacy’s Technician Was Outstanding!! We’re visiting from Florida my Daughter has an infection in her lip an Florida’s insurance wouldn’t cover her prescription “which was highly expensive” he didn’t give up on us, he spent over 20 Minutes on the phone helping us! I want to Thank You So Much!

I have been using this pharmacy for about 6 years. They are all very very friendly and have helped me with questions about OTC drugs, as well as helped me find more affordable versions for some of my prescriptions. 5+ stars!

This CVS in Monaca is terrible. They could not find my prescription, Heritage Valley confirmed it was sent. I have had to listen to there stupid recordings on 4 different calls for over an hour because no one would pick up the phone.

They issue coupons for items I purchase there, then do not have items in stock until after coupons expire; will not allow "rain check". Also issue coupons for $5 off $20 of a particular item, but the item costs $19.99, so they're trying to force you to buy TWO to get the discount! Very unfair & cheap of them!

Terrible Pharmacy. No one answers the phone, been on hold three times for over 15 minutes. Also, if they have a problem filling your prescription they don’t tell you. So you should check on them yourself before you go to pick them up . . . but wait, they don’t answer the phone. Lousy customer service!

the website has tje incorrect closing time for Sunday. as well as the time kn the door. neither was correct and I wasted a trip. very frustrating.

Went there to get a fake Oxycontin prescription redeemed like I usually do every Friday. But instead of just outright denying me like some pharmacies do they had the audacity to have me me sit down and wait for thirty minutes while they pretended to be filling out the prescription. But as it turned out they were just dialing the cops! Thanks for 2 years of probation CVS!
