Amazing! Charlene truly loves animals and the animals can tell. I have 3 little dogs, 2 of which are a bit aggressive but with Charlene they are so calm...like they have known her forever. My 3rd little one is a bit nervous but again Charlene took it slow with her, even using scissors (as opposed to shears) to cut her little legs thinking the shears may hurt her.

My dog walks into the Clip & Cuddle with her tail wagging! If you use the grooming services of "the pet store up the hill," you are paying far too much and chances are that your dog isn't getting the TLC treatment that Charlene throws in so effortlessly.
