There’s one technician there that has a horrible personality, no customer service whatsoever, makes everything you tell him sound like a chore, & when you talk to him, he’s short answered like he wasn’t even listening. He makes me not want to pick my prescriptions up.

After a few months of using this pharmacy again I switched back to my old one that's even further away. While most of the staff seems nice, some of them are the most nasty, rude people I've ever encountered at a pharmacy. They also send automated calls that scripts are ready, I go there, and they're not. Great waste of time. I definitely won't be switching back here again.

Filed a complaint .Its the female pharmacist Kathey and lady with glasses with short hair have the nasties attitude and lets talk about violating HIPAA Laws taking about paintience there medications when paintience are there is a good thing they have cameras .But corporate district office does nothing also prescriptions are never done when they work never on time always angry but when the male pharmacist is there hes quite calm polite gets things done treats you with respect .The younger guy at the register is kind and the nice older lady with round black hair is kind if it wasnt for them this pharmacy would be trash its great people like them that have to pay for nasty The pharmacist Kathy who yell at you over the phone ive had the pleasure to sit while these to woman where working steady gossiping and standing around and you wonder why theyre never on time I wonder if they not only complain about their customers but also the people they work with or do they not realize how their attitude and taking about paintience confidential information they are late on their prescription is a crime but ive sent a complained to the reginal office maybe they wont do nothing but maybe they will at the end of the day Im not the only person in the comments saying how nasty thes woman are

The rite aid in Minersville is horrible the pharmacist Marcin was the name refused to give my son his medication which he needs for his health. He refused to fill it argued that my sons dr was wrong and that he was reporting me and my dr. He then Refused to give me his name and continued to argue with me and then refused to give me a manager or supervisor my sons dr said he needs to be on these medications for his well being and this Marcin told me the dr was wrong and told me no and hung up. I called back and spoke to another employee who filled it no questions asked. My girlfriend went to pick up the script and Marcin argued with her telling her she’s reporting it the dr does not know what he’s doing more or less. Hoping someone from corporate office or a manager sees this and contacts me this is highly unprofessional and unreal for a pharmacist to say a dr is wrong.

PHARMACY CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!If I could give zero stars I would...first let me say that their pharmacy associates are rude & have no compassion towards their customers...on Friday, Sept 23rd my 30 day supply of medication was sent in for refill (last refill was on August 24th).On Sunday, Sept 25th was my last dose of medication, so on Monday Morning (Sept. 26th) I called into the pharmacy to see if my script was ready & got some run around about the prescription being filled too early plus not available until mid October....WHAT!!!Then on Tuesday (Sept 27th) I called to check again on the status & see if my refill was ready & got a story that the medication hasnt arrived at the store...it's now 2 days since I've been out of my medication that is well past my 30 day refill (plus August had 31 days).So on Wednesday (Sept 28th) I'm now on day 3 without my medication so when I called again to check if it's ready the pharmacy associate was rude to me on the phone from the start which of course triggered me since I'm the one thats been getting the run around...So when I picked up my medications FINALLY on Wednesday I kept my cool, but was short with the staff...well then not even one hour later I get a text message that my prescriptions have been removed from their Automated Courtesy Refill...I was planning on not returning anyway after this experience especially since Rite Aid shows no compassion towards others, no apology for the 5 day wait on a prescription refill that supposedly was on a Automated Refill System.Rite Aid withheld my 30 day month supply on me & did not have it available to me & then made me miss 3 doses.Shame on you!!!!If you are thinking of using Rite Aid Pharmacy in Minersville (Kings Village) think twice - go to a pharmacy that atleast shows compassion towards their customers...

I'll change this review once staff learns how to deal with customers,. I totally understand someone might be having a bad day, but at least pretend to care about your customers.. answer the phones and if you're busy, say please hold! Then come back to the phone after you're done dealing with that particular customer smh . Shouldn't have to say any of this.. now not ALL the staff is rude, however I was in the parking lot calling and calling and happened to walk in to see no customers .. no one in line and a person from back in the pharmacy browsing decorations .. again .. I understand working sucks, but it's what you're getting paid to do lol

I think this pharmacy couldn't fill a bottle of aspirin in less than 30 minutes. We attempted to pick up a prescription that was already filled and waiting for us. Easy, right? NOPE! My wife went in to pick up prescription while I waited in our van with our infant son. She was picking up vitamin d, VITAMIN D! The cost for this prescription was $7.50. They needed to check our insurance. After waiting 20 minutes to have the insurance checked, my wife asked to purchase the prescription in lieu of waiting. She was told, the insurance was being checked. After another 15 minutes, she insisted on paying cash. The cashier informed her the insurance was being checked. My wife then had to insist in the return of the insurance card and we left. What a disaster. The pharmacy management should be embarrassed and ashamed if this pitiful showing. Thanks for the hour I will never get back, I COULD OF PAID FOR IT!!!

Very helpful staff! Always have my RXs ready in a short amount of time and they always take the time to answer all the questions I have. They even helped me get the best price for my rxs when I didn't have insurance.

The last two experiences with the Rite Aid pharmacy have me very upset . First one the employees were arguing with each other in front of everyone . Second one I was just in there with my client ( I am a home health aid ) and the girl checking her out was very rude and not helpful at all . Made it seem like we were bothering her . The pharmacist was the same , wouldn’t even give my client the time of day to answer her questions ! Plus half of her medicine wasn’t filled , big shocker .

My wife and I sitting waiting for my medicine. I had a bed bug on me. My wife told them and they said they can't live on the chairs there. Lol they said we had to bring ng them in. We don't have them. They didn't even move the chairs or even come look at the chairs they just kept working. Even the manager was there and she didn't care.

My doctor sent the script Friday morning & I was told when I got there in the evening that they had to order it and it would be ready on Monday. I arrive Monday at 5:30 just to be told it’s on order !!!
