Always enjoy my trips to BG's. Great prices on produce, meats..now for holidays have big variety selections for food theme baskets gifts even Elf on a Shelf chocolates which I haven't seen anywhere!! Excellent customer service they get u through checkout line rapidly.

If you need customer service during check out, you have to finish checking out, then go and get into the customer service line... they don't come to the line you already waited in to check out. - I have lived in this area for 15 years and I will only shop here if I need a few items and don't have the time to go to a real grocery store.

Not a bad grocery store. I prefer their selection of meats over boyers or walmart. I’ve found that they always have things sold out, and the place is honestly a little dirty. Friendly staff, simple layout. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but it’s nice for a local store.

Very good variety on many things I buy. For a store that buys in a group they still don't get a price like a large national chain. Pricing reflect this but still is not bad. Overall with better selection and convenience I give them five stars. Also I want them to stay in my neighborhood. We all have to support the small local business or all we will have is one large superstore and no choice .

Most of the workers are super friendly and pleasant, from the shelf stockers to the check out personell. However, sadly, the people at the deli counter are not. I have yet to see one of them smile, yet alone seem friendly. Their attitude is that they are doing you a great personal favor by waiting on you and you are interrupting their day.

Super helpful staff! Fruits and vegetables were fresh and easily found! Their deli person was amazing..friendly helpful and kind. Their club rolls are delicious!! Super fast check out!! It was a great experience!

They were very helpful getting the cake I wanted for my brother although there was a small selection. It's a very nice store and had everything I needed but it was a little pricey in my opinion.it was nice inside and clean. The people there were very kind. Overall I would recommend going here.

I bought 2 (expensive things by the way) of strawberries and within a few days of having them they were no good. I called up the manager and she said I could get a refund. I come to the place and I ended up leaving empty-handed. I got no refund I got nothing. Her reasoning for not giving me anything oh well the strawberries I got were apparently on sale which was ridiculous to even think because just one of them was like $5-$6 and now it's up to $7 somthing. Apparently $5-$6 was their "sale" but I don't care I had just bought these strawberries and they went bad just like that. If you're going to buy from BG's be careful of the stuff you buy. I left as a very unhappy, unpleased, very upset customer! And it's disappointing because I'm a pretty regular customer. You would think that your customer would matter and be important to you and you would give them their refund but no. The manager left me leave unhappy all I got was a "sorry". She wasn't sorry at all. I at the very least strongly recommend you do not buy their strawberries. They are expensive to begin with and they go bad quick! Get them somewhere else!

i went in there with my family. place looked a little dirty, no biggie. there was a kid that forgot his mask and a worker was extremely rude to him. the kid stayed polite and said he forgot and was sorry and the guy that was being rude and he wasn’t wearing a mask himself. the prices there were also higher then other stores but it’s kinda mom and pop so we didn’t care, but after seeing the classlessness and lack of respect for there customers my family put the groceries back and went to boyers. i get the kid was in the wrong but so was the employee. hold your employees to a higher standard. it’s embarrassing to have that store in my town.

I called ahead for an item (ice cream cake) they confirmed they had it and when I picked it up it was 40$ normal cake that was just placed in the freezer. A huge waste, and this is normal for this place. I’ve bought over priced produce that went bad the day after bringing it home, several times.

This little Gem tucked away in kings plaza minersville. The only local grocer to carry my Bixlers smoked sausage. Wandering around you'll find sale items. Meats i do like here. Steaks are delicious. As with lobster tails. Swing by their cooler by deli. Fresh homemade items. Fresh peiroges are my go to. Friendly service. Lunchmeats are good. Check for sale items. They'll even give you a sample to taste.

The best stocked store you'll ever find, clean and there's never a wait at a checkout, if it gets busy they immediately call an extra employee to open another register. This type of customer service is unheard of today.

First time in here... Small store but well organized. I was surprised by the sales and prices. Usually stores like this have insane mark-up pricing on all products. A decent variety of products including many local companies. I'll be returning.

Covid protocol is enforced. But the 5 star for me alternately isn't from covid it's actually the affordable and great selection. They never seem to run out of anything and as a small grocery chain, it is very vast, they take pride and care with all aspects and the workers seem to enjoy their job as well as helping with detail as needed. There also is no "walmart" effect... No real wait.... Check cash and credit also excepted. ( And the 10 items or less isn't the slowest lane.)

It would be nice if youd have signs on the doors that state no dogs allowed. From my understanding, she doesnt have to wear a vest to verify her training and whatnot. Couldve even asked me what tasks she performed. I dont even have to specify but I'm just saying. Giving 3 stars because it's always a good store and she was nice enough not to kick us out, but I would like to see signs that say no dogs allowed. Maybe I completely missed it but I made sure to look twice. I get it's a food store, but she was in the cart which I made sure to wipe down afterwards in case the next person's allergic.

You go in there and get concentaly watched by the 2nd shift manager. And they accuse you of switching things that I never did or would do. And accidentally dropped something out of my hand and was approached by a employee and rudely was asked if I needed help finding something.

First time at this store... Cute lil store. Prices on meats were wow! I know know where I will be checking first... 3 bucks for a nice size steak.
