Well kids, it's true. New rule. 30 minutes early and that's it. They tooke me I'm 50 minutes early because I had "grocery" (windshield wiper fluid) but let me know about the 30 minutes and to do better next time. Door right away and unloaded within an hour. 4 stars as they were nice. Spacious. $150 lumper fee. Got paid $800 to bring it from Mars Pa.

Good place and good people. In, unloaded, and out way before my appointment time. Breaks and shift change will slow you down if you arrive or are at at door at those times. Bathrooms inside. Space to overnight if permission is granted. There is a lumper fee (Capstone).

Changed rules for delivery can only check in a half hour before your appointment and there's very limited parking on the side of the road out here.

Can only arrive 1 hour before appointment time. There is American ts 6 miles away with free/paid parking. Arrived at 0110 for 0200 appointment. Check in at guard shack the around building to end for meat receiving office. Got a door immediately and unloaded in under 30 minutes. Plenty of room to maneuver and back into docks at meat receiving, frozen looks like it's very tight due to mt trailers parked across from docks. Staff were courteous and helpful! Received Capstone text 10 minutes after unload.Paid lumper fee $210 with Comdata card!

This place is by appointment only, you can not arrive earlier than 30 minutes they'll make you go and come back, they took about 4hrs unload me, good place the security guards are very nice and professional

I run reefer and I was told to go to the receiving at door 176 I came inside they were kind courteous and knowledgeable I got my door as soon as I handed them my paperwork and I was unloaded very fast, fair prices for lumpers. There is plenty of space to hit the dog you should have no problems either Blind Side or driver side it's very easy I would suggest even great for beginners

Why the lady at the gate is so rude, I arrived 7 am on Saturday. Asked her where to go she started yelling. Calm down people , we are here do delivery what your company needs and leave when we are done. We need nothing from you, I don't know you. We are here because our job. We do our job you do your job. The end! If you hate your job just quit! I pray for you hope you are doing better. God bless America. Peace!!! Everything else was great!

Broker lied about appointment they had me wait until 1pm but they unloaded fast , 26 pallets of watermelon done in 30min .Only space for 2 trucks in street no overnight parking

Nice people but lumpers works typically slow... 3-4 hours for partial load. Text link for lumper payment. If you come early it's plenty of space along side road to park up and slip.

I dont want to gave any star but i have too. One more warehouse add in the list of worst and this is worst in every kind. Starting from the operator , guardshack lady , and unloading guys capstone. Everyone worst kind of employee who is bad to their work.Appointment set for 6am and i called two days back if they accept early appointment but they said no which was very fine and acceptable. But the operator didn’t tell me my appointment at 9am not 6am.Guardshack lady was so rude when i show some rudeness then she going gud and talk gud. May be they need some rude people who can treat her like this.Now , who unload they took a long long time to unlod this truckThey took one pallet and idk what they doing and again half an hour they came and took pallet. Right now when i was writing this post 11:18am which is 5 hours late than actual appoitment and according to warehouse its more than 2 hours

Absolutely fabulous service, came in one hour earlier for delivery, they gave me a door right away, started ofloading in 20 min, got done in 45 minutes from getting in! Capstone easy fast pay, nice receiving people, thanks!

Had a good experience w/ this receiver. Got a door w/ in 20 minutes. I was 3 hrs early. Capstone is always on point with receipts. I'll come back to this place,AGAIN!! Staff was polite.

If your brining in clorox prepare to wait all day to get unloaded. Been here since 6:30am and it's noon with little to no progress. Other drivers have been coming and going all day, usually within an hour are gone. Also there is a lumper

Plenty of room to maneuver, and you must go into the second gate of employee entrance. Very nice security guard and they close your doors once you leave. Thanks for your friendly service!

Very good place to unload. I had an appointment for 2:00 a.m. I arrived and they assigned me a door and at 3:00 I had already paid for the lomper, there is a truck stop only 4 miles away, although you have to pay to park, although I also saw trucks parked in the platform in front of this company

Checked in at 8 am for a 12 pm delivery. Gave me a door right away. Immediately started unloading me. Paid lumper. Got paperwork and was out. Excellent facility. Ty Capstone. Always excellent workers. Nice security

This place is a joke!!! Picked up at cold storage in QuakerTown, PA on Friday 7/28/23 they didn’t finish loading me until my appt time here… called and gave an ETA of 2 1/2 hours was here within that time frame just to arrive and get told to reschedule. what?!?!? No body said anything when the eta was given and I was told to go. They were the first of 2 stops. Thankfully the second stop agreed to unload and reload their product. Rescheduled for 1800 Sunday got told upon arrival there’s no one to unload you you need to reschedule. Like really????

Not bad experience. Guard and unloading staff was polite. Had 1am appointment. Checked in at 12.15am. Out by 2.30am. Had a partial load. Do not show up earlier than an hour before your appointment time.

. Go to assigned dock then go to door 47 for check in. Less than 2 hours unloaded and done. Lumper. First driveway is for reefers. 2nd is employees. 3rd dry van.
