Such kind staff. Brought our pup with who we have been working with (he's very vocal and high enegery) and he was struggling a little until the staff kneeled and gave him treats and talked to him leading to us having a successful trip. On another incident I was caring for an individual who was having a hard time and staff again was kind and helpful and went out of their way for us.

The cashier, Sarah, was trying to help me but the line got busy.She sent me to Customer service, Michelle. She made me feel like I was bothering her & she wasn't helpful.I then found Kelly & she was extremely friendly & helpful.Sarah & Kelly both made my experience pleasant & I found what I needed.It would be 5 stars if Michelle had been willing to help more.

This company sold us the wrong gate that we told them would need to have the posts pounded into the ground. They sold us posts that needed to be bolted into cement, so we had to return the order. They charged us a full 1/3 more - $50 - on a $150 order to have it "delivered to the store". The website has free delivery to the house over $49. They refunded the money for the wrong merchandise but kept the outreageous "store delivery fee". Not good people to work with.

I went in your store in Milton yesterday and purchased dog food and they told me they don't do veterans discounts anymore. I am very upset about this. Other retailers such as Lowe's offer veterans discount everyday I don't know why you had to stop doing that. They told me now it's only on veterans Day. I think you've just lost a customer. And the way the cashier told me wasn't very professional.

I'm in here buying animal supplies two, three times a week and have been for years. Don't know if there's some new policy or what, but the same employee asked me if I knew what I was looking for 3 times in the 5+ minutes I was in the store. Had very weird, hostile vibes like they wanted me to leave.

Very little tractor supplies. The staff was unknowledgeable about simple products and reverted to their own website that is after I found someone to ask. One is better off using google than going there.After calling Customer service I was on hold for 10+ minutes and once I reached a representative I was dumped to hold again after being told they were going to look in to it (with out asking any questions!!).Doubling down on terrible customer service. I have had better experiences with the VA and the DMV.

Visited this store for the first time looking for Muck boots. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this store has the boots , but also many different kinds of boots. They also had jeans, jackets, hats ,socks and many other clothing items for both men and women! I wandered through the store and found that they have tons of things I could use. This place is wonderful! The woman at the check out was so nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely be shopping there sgsin.

The Milton, Pennsylvania TSC is by far the BEST I have been. Exceptional customer service, cleanliness and organization is consistent. The staff is always happy to be there and extremely helpful. Ever since I discovered this gem several years ago, my opinion has been the same. I try to shop at the Milton store even though the Muncy store is closer, it's just that much better.

Had a pretty miserable experience at Muncy location (nearer to home). To be fair, the young lady ringing up a whole line of customers by herself apologized on behalf of Mr Grumpy Pants who was visibly aggravated that I wanted help spending $700. Not her fault a grown man with no desire to help people chose a service industry. Guy walked to the empty shelf to verify the thing that should be there (Available Today! Pick up or curbside, etc.) but was not actually there... was not there... Then wandered in to the back (is he still looking?) and out the back (nope) around to front of the store again. Another lady helped me, but didn't really acknowledge the miserable experience and wasted trip and my having to guess if Mr Grumpy was in fact assisting me or just wandered off. After weighing my options I call Milton to confirm what the web site says is in stock, is indeed in stock. Dawn answers, says she has two. She's gonna put one on a cart by the front doors for me in the 20 minutes before I get there. Didn't need a model number or a SKU# - knew exactly what I was after. Arrived at the store, greeted at the door by Rich. He was expecting me. Cart and contents were where Dawn said they would be. She added a few accessory/supporting items just in case, so I wouldn't have to search thru the store. A fella named Nate helped me hoss the thing in to my truck. Night and day experience. I'll definitely make the longer trip again!

The employees at the Milton store are very friendly and accommodating. I first went to the Shamokin Damon store to make an exchange, and was told they couldn't help me. The people at the Milton store went out of their way to help me and made me a satisfied customer.

Great place they usually have everything in stock that they carry so I use this location a lot of the time there are a few hitch accessories that are not always available but other than that over all good store.

I like the pet friendly, farm focused feel of the store. I can get chickens in the spring, dog food, and a few of those odds and ends that seem to pop up out in a farm environment. My dog know what “Tractor Supply” means and starts to head to the Jeep!

I like it because it's close to home .prices about average .I like the tool been where I can find hand tools for around ten dollars .give them a shot !
