Me and my family were traveling for 6 hours and this Rutters was amazing they had a lot of drinks cool bathrooms and they had a lot of snacks and a wonderful service God bless you all and your family have a great day or night

If I could put no stars I would. Behind the counter service is the slowest I’ve ever seen at any gas station. Moving like turtles. 3 hours away from home and wanted a quick snack and it’s taken longer waiting here than it has to get home. LETS BE BETTER

As a truck driver I’m impressed with these location I wish there were more like these one. They have plenty truck parking and it’s very clean. Besides the nice looking view of the mountains. I have save it for next time I’m around here.

This place was amazing. The food was fresh, and the prices were great. I recommend it. No showers or laundry. Great truck parking.

Clean men bathroom and I got fountain soda and 2 bottles of tea and the cashier lady was nice

Knew someone who interviewed here they offered them the job then gave them the run around about how management had to approve it. Then the lead manager called and said that after football season they couldn't even guarantee 15 hours a week. When they asked if this was seasonal they said no. Then the manager got snotty and said I will withdraw your application and hung up on the person. Very unprofessional management dont waste time applying here.

Convenience store was great. Fast and Friendly. Clean well stocked restrooms. The grill area on the other hand, not so much. Didn't get the food I ordered and by the time I did it was all cold. White cheddar Mac N Cheese turned out to just be a tiny cup of Velveeta shells and cheese. Not macaroni or white cheddar. I recommend the DG across the street.

I appreciate the parking, shopping and fuel available in the rural location. I have stopped here at least 6 different times and I've never had what would be called a negative experience. The last time I stopped i had a mechanical issue with my rig that needed attention promptly. The female cashier that offered assistance, made me aware of the fact that she had no idea what I was talking about, but still offered help promptly and I was able to make the required phone calls to get the help needed. The only reason I don't offer 5 stars is the employees that work there (and the Arby's) that obviously hate what they do. Very little professionalism, very little courtesy. Not even respectful. Almost every other interaction with a employee seemed as though I was interrupting them, or if it was a complete bother to actually order food in a restaurant. So I've decided in order to remedy the situation or experience, I'll just take advantage of the parking and location and spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere. Nothing personal Rutter's #96, and if I ever need fuel I'll buy it there. But I'm not going to be treated like that by anyone more than once and continue to hand over money that supports that or those people's paydays. It's a simple rule that's taught since childhood. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. It doesn't always work but it's definitely worth a try.

Waited over 20 minutes for a food order. Employees were finishing orders that had been placed after ours (and sometimes even larger orders) before ours.

I was in Rutter's around 3:30 pm using the restroom, which I was directed to the handicapped stall by the employee cleaning the restrooms, no big deal she was super polite and thanked me. I stopped to look at eggnog and take a picture to remind myself to buy some next time I'm coming through and left. Upon my leaving an employee followed me outside and shouted about whether or not I had purchased the Arby's beverage I needed carry with me through the store. I feel like I was singled out and treated like a criminal, I may never come back.

I feel bad for the few employees busting their behinds off. Watched 2 food prep/ cook guys work harder on a random Sunday night than a kitchen crew in a popular NYC restaurant on New Year’s Eve . I applaud the workers . Hope they get recognized. .

Plenty of truck parking. There are no showers but it does have everything else for an overnight break. There are a couple of restaurants not too far. Dollar General right next door also.

Rip off and over priced. The employees were not knowledgeable and not overly friendly. This establishment does not have prices listed on everyday items like hot dogs and fountain soda. the employees did not know the prices when asked. If they are not going to have signage indicating the price, the clerks should be prepared to answer how much those items are. I was hit with sticker shock when my one regular hot dog cost 2.19. You can get 4 hot dogs at sheetz for that price. Go there instead.

So, the first couple of times I came here, I was very displeased with the customer service from some of those workers. However, I kept going back. And now, they are in the swing of things and I have seen a major improvement. The workers, Heather, Devon, and Rusty are very nice, have great customer service, and treat you with respect. Kudos to you !

Stopped a few times. Lots of parking for trucks. Always been clean and staff has been friendly. Nice selection of food. Large selection of beverages.

Worst experience. Decided to order food and as it was being finished by one worker, another came in from outside to start her shift around 9:30pm (1/14/21) maskless, she complained with her head and mouth directly over top of my food, spitting and breathing, about someone calling her from Rutters "while trying to sleep" earlier that day. I get the food home after reporting my disgust about this, to find it wasn't even fully cooked. I attempted to finish it in the oven even though it was a fried food product, and ate a small amount of it, finding it was underdone and not able to be cooked further in an oven. Even though I only had a few bites, I am now vomiting like crazy. Thanks Rutters, your workers are so competant and hygenic! God what a gross out. Never again!

Love this place , nice big parking lot, beautiful store inside and out . Lots of selections and excellent fresh hot food . And the best part nice , friendly staff.
