The MOST helpful staff. Throughout the entire process, start to finish, the team they have at Lerch was amazing. My husband had all of our questions answered and we had everything set up to purchase our camper so quickly. We live 2.5 hours from Lerch and communicated mostly by phone for a week prior to pick up. We had an appointment for a Saturday morning. When we arrived the service tech, Jacob, walked us through all the bells and whistles of our camper. If we had a question, we asked and he knew the answer. He installed our hitch as well. They do run their own inspection of the camper upon arrival to make sure everything works properly. We sat down with Hannah to get our paperwork finished up and she was extremely helpful throughout the process as well. Steve, answered my husbands questions about the camper prior to our arrival. The parts desk was even super knowledgeable to help us pick up a few parts before we left. They have 35 service bays so whenever we need inspection or service, that's a plus.

Lerch RV was incredible from start to finish! We worked with both Erma and Chris in sales, they were both knowledgeable and always willing to answer our MANY questions! Chris (service technician) did our thorough walk through, he went above and beyond! Chris was knowledgeable, and willing to answer any and all questions! Hannah was very helpful in the fine details of finalizing our paperwork! We are blown away with how smoothly it was to purchase our Springdale mini!

We had a great experience at Lerch RV. The front staff were very friendly and Welcoming! They asked if we needed papers with new and pre owned units, which we did utilize and was a great source of information.Our salesman Chris Croyle was very laid back, didn’t pressure us and made us feel like family. He answered all our questions very thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. When we decided to buy, the process was so easy and we had an approval within no time!A week later we picked up our Grey Wolf and was greeted by the friendliest service tech Hannah who went over every detail of the camper with us and answered all our questions. She got our truck hooked up to the camper while we were on our way to finance! She was great and very knowledgeable! Kudos to Hannah!Kayla got us squared away with the financing paper work, which was a smooth process! Genuinely the easiest and most stress free experience when purchasing our new camper. 90% of the process was done over the phone since we live 2 hours away. New camper was brought in, old camper was assessed with pictures and info, and the paperwork was ready to go upon our arrival. After a thorough walk through, we signed the paperwork. Their bay staff took my truck with old camper and shortly thereafter, the hitch was switched and adjusted with the new camper hooked up and ready to leave.

If you are looking for an RV, look no further than Lerch RV in Mifflin County, PA. We have dealt with numerous RV dealers but Lerch really has been THE BEST. They work together as a family and they treated us like family. No pressure, super responsive and everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. They have quite the impressive team from sales to finance to service. Their 4 legged employees were always there to greet us at the door which we loved! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new or used RVs.

Lerch has been incredible to work with since day 1 (almost a year ago when we began starting to search for our first camper). They were helpful without being overbearing. It was an amazing experience. They weee really nice with us and they had free fountain drinks and snacks for you. They also have you golf carts to ride if your legs get tired. The experience was just amazing. My favorite part was the dogs. My favorite dog was Chester.

We went to Harrisburg RV show and fell in love with a RV. Irma was awesome with us at the show and kept in touch with us while we waited for appointment for our walk through. Hannah was great with having everything ready for us to sign on the dotted line, it was a quick process. Mike was great with our walk through! He was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had, even grabbed a tape measure and measured for me so I could buy rugs. They were so welcoming, they had a welcome sign with our name, the staff we encountered all had smiling faces and were so friendly!!! Would definitely recommend Lerch RV to everyone!!!

Thank you Lerch RV! Our experience was perfect from the minute we walked through the door. All the staff was so friendly and we love the "no hovering" shopping experience. You let us browse your large selection without an associate up our butts. Our salesman, Chris was amazing! The tech, Jacob was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and taught us a lot about our new camper. The financial officer, Hannah was equally amazing. First off I'm writing this for my 86 year old mother. It was time for her to down size and move out of her house after 60+ years. We decided on her moving into a camper right behind our house. We stopped in on a Saturday and met Troy. He listened to what her needs were and only showing her the 2nd trailer she found her new home. He answered all of our question on the spot and if he didn't know he found out before we left.As for the rest of the people at Lerch's, I don't think you could find nicer people to deal with. This was our first ever dealings with an R.V. and the folks here sure made it a nice experience. Oh by the way she decided on the Villa 353 destination trailer.

Nothing but good things to say about Lerch Rv. They are a family oriented business. They were super accommodating of our 2 year old who loves to explore. The biggest thing we appreciated was the no pressure sales staff. We got to see all the campers we wanted, with no salespeople checking in the whole time. Our technician on pickup day gave us a great walkthrough, was friendly, and treated our new camper with care and set up the weight distribution hitch. The parts store staff was super helpful in helping us find what we needed to get out camping right away. We will definitely be back for all future camper needs.

There was absolutely zero pressure, we were able to browse at our leisure, but when we had questions they were quickly answered. My parents had bought a 5th wheel from them several years ago, and their sentiment mirrored ours. I'd give 6 stars if i could. Thank you so much everyone! Hubby and I have been looking into a camper for a while. We knew what we wanted and Lerch had it. We made a date to go see it and Erma in sales had it turned and and ready to check it out with our kiddos. We were sold on it, so we filled out our application and went home. It was the very next day they informed us of our interest rate and the other specifics. That week they set us up with a pick up time for the following Tuesday. They were quick to respond to texts emails and calls when we thought if a question. As first time campers we were excited to get a walk through and Tyler in the service dept was laid back and didnt make us feel intimidated when we asked any questions. Then in the finance dept Hannah was quick and efficient, friendly and provided us a great experience going further into debt 🤣. They were accommodating in everyway, they even gave us a cute hotdog fork, a plush fox, an air freshner and 2 coffee mugs. Plus any first responders or militarily gets a $500 discount on a trailer purchase. We got a $100 gift card to use in the parts/camper store and earned some points for future purchases. Over all our first time camper buying was amazing and I am glad to know our future winterization is scheduled with them.

We have been looking for a camper for a few years. Every once in a while we would check Lerch's website for the style we wanted and missed getting 2 of them because we were out of town. Then we saw this one and it looked nice. We really appreciate the "no pressure" sales team. They told us where the camper was and to take our time looking it over. We decided this was the one and we were grateful to the staff at Lerch's who handled the sale. A short week later, the service team had it ready for us and gave us a tour of our new RV explaining anything we needed to know. We would recommend Lerch RV for all your camping needs!
