I like to stop in and get their 24 flavor ice cream. You use to get a good size cone for a total of $3.75. This year they apparently changed the size of the cone and you only get half of what you use to get for the same price. I've stopped a couple times for a cone and was very disappointed. Don't think I'll be getting anymore, not worth the money.Update: The owner reached out to me and apologized about this happening and has rectified the situation. Thank you!

We've always been fans of Frans icecream and food, but the new owners have also turned it into a lovely place to hang out. A big plus for me is that while dogs can't come inside, they're welcome at the outdoor pavilion and they serve "pup cups".

Small joint on the edge of Millville but their desserts are excellent, staff is fantastic and I liked the decor. I recommend visiting!

What a year Fran's is putting out for the town in 2022. Great ice cream- fun new flavors often and events almost every weekend.10/10 for community engagement.

Fran's is awesome. Their food is good, it's pretty quick, and their ice cream is amazing. The only drawback is that it is cash only. It doesn't take away from my rating, just wanted to make note because my first time here, I decided to leave because I didn't have cash on me. But I'm glad I came back.

I remember going there years ago, so I thought I'd stop in again. They give generous proportions of soft ice cream, but the flavor of the day, peanut butter, wasn't as tasty as I had hoped. The ice cream was gritty, for lack of a better word. It had bits of butter or cream which coated the roof of my mouth with a slimy residue. It didn't stay long in my mouth, but it didn't appear to give any extra taste either. So, I should've stuck with vanilla only or van/choc twist. Although that, too, could've had the same gritty texture.

Always come here mostly on weekends to get my lil 1's n the grandkids ice cream ..... Always have plenty of parking and the kids get what ever flavors of ice cream they want and they always have what u want .....

We always love going to Fran's Dairy. The food reminds me of being a kid and getting to make a stop on the way home after getting all the errands done. It always feels like a little bit of the treat.

The idea of the dinner is great, a sort of retro theme with original diner style food. But the staff doesn't seem to know how to handle more than one person at a time. They quickly become overwhelmed and start undercooking food, and making extra work for themselves.

They put flavoring in Vanilla soft serve and it still tasted like vanilla and was some what melted when we got it. Was very disappointed ☹️

Great small place if you're looking for some food or ice cream. Probably the best ice cream in the area. The staff is always very friendly.
