Our new favorite groomer! The space is really inviting and lovely, and Andrew was super patient with our very anxious and vocal dog. She's a GSD/corgi mix and after a bath and de-shedding treatment, she has never looked better. We're looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great groomer and my doggo loves the personalized attention he gets from Andrew. Andrew also takes amazing photos of the doggos and you can tell they are happy! Highly recommended.

Andrew is really accomodating and did an excellent job! I highly recommend the fur-b-less de-shedding treatment for super fluffy boys like mine—it made a world of difference!

Andrew is truly the best groomer in Pgh. He’s not only a sweetheart, he does ALL steps of grooming himself! He asks exactly what your dogs needs are and he performs PERFECTLY! I hope he stays around for a LONG time! I referred some people to him, they love him! Thank you Andrew!!

Just moved back to Pittsburgh and needed to find a groomer closer to my new neighborhood. I found Andrew and AuStella Pet Parlor and booked easily online (love). He was so sweet, the shop was nice and calming, and loved that he only grooms one dog at a time. He said my pup started to fall asleep during his bath (and he neverrr does that) so I know he had to be relaxed and comfortable! I waited nearby and was able to pick him up in less than two hours. The final result was adorable and he smelled lovely when I picked him. 11/10 will be going back again. Thanks, Andrew!! Elvis is looking forward to his next visit 🤗

Leaving a review on behalf of my parent's senior dachshund Shadow. She never used to like the car, but she now excitedly jumps in for a ride when told that it's "time to go see Andrew". A huge relief for my parents, and Shadow has comfortably trimmed nails without a fight for the first time ever. Thanks for the personalized care and making nail care a positive experience! My mom can't say enough good things about this place.

What a wonderful experience! Andrew was able to accommodate both of my pups quickly which was great because they'd gotten a bit shaggy during the pandemic (who among us hasn't?) This place is so popular he's currently not taking new customers (only a temporary situation though). The owner is very sweet and it's obvious he loves animals so I will wait-list my puppo. His prices seem reasonable to us also!

My sweet, 10 year old, 100 pound, golden retriever, Thunder loved Andrew and Au Stella. Very comfortable setting and full attention. Took half the time of our previous groomer and he looked so cute with his bandana. The shop is adorable, well designed and perfect! Try them - you won’t be disappointed!

The Austella Pet Parlor is such a great place! My shepard/lab mix (Millie) had the best spa experience! She smells amazing and her coat is so soft and fluffy! She was a little nervous, but immediately fell in love with Andrew!

I’ve never been more impressed by a groomer! My Golden come home looking fresh and clean and it was so obvious how much Andrew loves animals. My only regret is that we don’t live here! (However Rawlings will be coming back when we are in the area!)
