Stopped in for the first time this weekend to get some bayberry candles for the New Year. Lots of cool stuff for all kinds of witches, a nice book section, and the sweetest little dog behind the counter.

Maude's Paperwing Gallery is a cozy metaphysical shop that's just what Millvale needed. They have all kinds of art, greeting cards, tarot decks, fun decor, and more. The staff is super friendly and they're taking all the precautions needed to keep their employees and customers safe. A must-visit!

Maude's is a wonderful variety shop. It has crystals, metaphysical items, books, locally made gifts, stickers, jewelry, and more! The store staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their Fish Son located in the store. The store does tend to be a bit pricey, which isn't a complaint because I understand why! I just want to give others a head's up. There's something for every budget though. Overall, I think it's a must for both locals and tourists. Maude's is a staple to the queer Pittsburgh community!!

I love this store! So many items for people from all walks of life. The book selection is great and there are titles for all people. Love the stones and the witchcraft selection. Also the tarot and oracle selection was great. I picked up some really great pins. Overall th8s is a must see shop in Pittsburgh!

I had never even heard of this place until a friend invited me to their monthly queer coven meeting. This store is absolutely fantastic. Very warm and welcoming, especially Fred the dog. They have so many cool witchy items and LGBTQIA+ things that I had to really restrain myself from buying one of everything. Highly recommend!

I'd love to give it 5 stars since they're LGBTQ friendly.However, we weren't greeted when we entered, which is standard retail policy. I thought alot of things were overpriced. And the smell was potent.My wife seemed to like it in there though and said she plans to go back to buy some things. So, mixed review. I apologize this review isn't very helpful or positive as I try to be.

Wonderful little shop, run by the coolest people. They really do cultivate a truly safe and welcoming space, and practice what they preach. They've got a great selection from local and independent artists! Indigo and Athena made me feel like I was a visiting friend, on my very first time in the shop, rather than just a customer. This is one of those places that is worth supporting with your time, your money, and your voice!

Great little shop that always has a new assortment of kitschy knickknacks. I never know what I'm going to come out with, but I'm always happy with what I find (especially the stickers). Staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by!

Oh my goodness, Maude's is wonderful. Store owner is very sweet and knowledgeable and she made our experience at her store something to remember. My fiancé and I loved our time there so much, we went back for more just a few hours later. Maude's would be our regular haunt if we lived in the area. We've recommended her store to three people and we haven't even known about it a full day yet. The supplies, the artwork, the cards, and the energy in this shop are all just so wonderful. And the store owner herself was so great to talk to and connect with. We hope to return soon.

Love the shop!!! So much fun and perfectly priced goods. I love that I can shop for my friends, myself, family, myself, and myself! I love being able to support local artist and makers and that the shop is putting back into the community. Even on the shipped orders the shop added the nicest handwritten thank you. Really thoughtful inventory and there is new stuff every time I have shopped.

I stumbled upon this location by accident. But boy what an accident this is now the third time I’ve returned to this location. Absolutely everything I am looking for from terra cards to stones to stickers and bundles. Definitely worth stopping in and checking it out. Prices are normal as most Shops. Maybe cheaper on certain things.

I'm extremely impressed with the selection of items, as well as how competitive the pricing is. They have a wide variety of books, and they are inclusive. I live out of state, but Athena was more than happy to carefully package and ship items to me. Nobody could possibly spend any amount of time with these folks and walk away feeling anything less than heard, seen, respected, appreciated, and valued! I look forward to continuing my support of this shop and the awesome people who own and work here!

This store sells the most beautiful items that speak to me on a personal level. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that this store is here in our community— and holds itself as a safe space for at-risk people in our communities by still requiring masks as we wind down from the plague. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and regard for others. Will shop there again and again (and again)!!! ❤️

Dropped into Maude's at some friends suggestion and though it doesn't look like the type of place I'd find myself in, they have some really neat stuff. Particularly, their offering of quirky and unique greeting cards is fantastic. The people working there were also extremely nice.

I love Maudes!! The store is very welcoming and inviting! Athena is a wonderful and caring person I enjoy her presence every time I’ve gone in. One issue; Fred definitely needs to be there more often and given all the pets and love from customers (he did tell me himself) keep up the good work and I’m excited to see what the future brings 🌈

This place is amazing! We stumbled upon it just by Googling "witchy shops in the area" and it was the most magical happenstance ever! It's a queer, woman owned business that is truly a safe space for every walk of life. We spent almost 2 hours looking at everything and just chatting with Indigo and Athena. I will definitely be going back again and again!

THANK YOU to Maude's for not only having the most amazing stuff, building such a wonderful community, and being general fantastic people, but also for caring enough about those who are not able-bodied to continue requiring masks in this store! It's such a little easy way to show that you are thinking about others who don't have the immune system strength to get vaccinated. This store is one of the greatest in the Burgh, and everyone must stop in whenever they have the opportunity!

Very cool shop with lots of unusual trinkets. I got some books and a fragment of a meteorite in a surprise. The owner also started a new bar nearby called Harold's Haunt. Will be back soon!

I absolutely love this place. It is so close to my work and that could be dangerous lol. The first time I went in I dropped 80 dollars easily. I went in on my lunch break so I didn’t have much time to shop and look around. After work I immediately went back over and dropped another 300. I just absolutely love love love 🖤 everything in this shop. I will recommend it to everyone I know and you bet I will def be coming back. So happy!!!! You are sooo cool!I feel safe in this store. You can literally talk about anything and not feel judged. Athena is very knowledgeable about her products, kind, and active in the community.I love that she supports Local artist and her/their products are good quality. I have the coolest alter now thanks to this store!

Super nice and cozy occult shop. Very LGBTQ+ friendly, and animal friendly. You do have to wear a mask to enter but they were playing Kate Bush the whole time so it was worth it.

I think that one of their standout item categories are their homegrown herb bundles. Loved that they carry mugwort! Package with incense, herbs, candles came well packaged and really fast! Will return and also will be hoping they get more items in stock! Would love to see more altar / magic wares by local artists. Excited to see this addition to the Pittsburgh witch community.
