Customer service is awful. Yeah they'll "point" where things are but they won't help much more than that. Not going back. Not worth your time either.. could have no customers in the store they still wouldn't help and their store is half empty.

I used to love this store NOW it's a gamble everyday on whether they will be open or not...it's so frustrating that. I come to shop and they either close early because of staff shortage or they r closed completely etc...I thought managers were to fill in when that happens? You might as well not even open

It’s a perfect example of why America has fallen into disrepair these people don’t even show up for work. Who can blame them making poverty level wages. I went there today says it’s open but nope nobody’s home. Not the first time either. The lights on but nobody’s home it looks and sounds like the country we live in all to well.

I'm just confused about why I've been calling this store for almost 2hrs straight due to them missing an item in my bag. Yet we can't pick up the phone.....I guess yall needed that product more than me. I wouldn't have cared if the store isn't 30 mins from my house yet I'm rarely in the area.

This store was a mess before the remodel, but it has improved immensely after the remodel. It's pretty much the only store of its kind within Millvale borough limits. Its close proximity to the riverfront trail makes it a good place to stop for a cold drink before or after a long walk/bike ride. Additionally, their prices are much lower than what you'd find at a convenient store - better selection too

I brought a cart of items up to the checkout line and the cashier was incredibly rude to me, saying, “So you’re going to be that guy?” and acted like I was gravely inconveniencing her. It wasn’t like I came in 5 minutes before closing or had an obscene amount of expired coupons to scan. The attitude was completely uncalled for. I understand the frustrations that come with customer service, but come on.

This store is always closed for no reason. They say it's for stocking and a staff shortage. If they can't be open for the ppl who rely on them solely for food because there is no real grocery store in this community. It needs to be replaced by a REAL grocery store with REAL food. This place is a joke and it's sad to watch ppl who obviously use this store as there main source for shopping not be able to get the things they need to live just because management can't get there stuff together.

They have a wide variety of all sorts of items from children's toys and food to home decor and electronics. The employees are friendly. The store is relatively clean. Descent cheap prices, not the best quality but you get what you pay for...

Just watched an elderly man hobble in, long white hair, bent over with age. He gets to the counter and orders some filtered cigarallos, first the lady doesn't listen to what he wanted, then proceeds to id the man and deny him the cigarillos. News flash, he doesn't carry an ID beacuse that is absurd with his age, you don't have scanners you could have keyed any date you wanted in even 01/01/1900. It's 91degrees out today you don't make that man hobble blocks back to his home and back for the smokes he already left for. SMH. I left not cause dude was taking time to figure it out I left cause a guy who didn't deserve it got wildly disrespected. Stand behind I'm just following orders all you want you chose to do that to dude you are responsible for your actions. SMH. Hope when you get that age someone pulls that on you.

Sherri was smoking a cigarette in the store while on duty at 5:30pm on this date of March 14th. Managers: check the cameras if you even care. The entire store smelled like cigs

@ Kenny De Larosa The employee or rather 2 that were there that day showed up due to technical system errors...the store was actually closed somehow customers got in that day which led to a big confusion...luckily they did show up or the problem wouldn't have gotten fixed ..
