A guy with a shirt saying assets protection acted inappropriately towards me as I was buying my groceries. It almost felt racial.While scanning my groceries the bar code off a bag of oranges would not scan. Since I was on my phone, rather than getting a new bag I opted to set the bag aside. Nevertheless before I could make my purchase, finish my call, and alert a nearby teller, a guy wearing a shirt saying assets protection approached me and very loudly asked if I was going to purchase the oranges, as if to suggest that i was stealing. I am a combat disabled Army veteran and I felt highly disrespected.

I ordered a tv stand online for pickup and received an email in less than an hour that it was ready. The staff were very helpful and loaded the item into my car. Excellent experience.

It's a busy Target in a good area with a Starbucks attached. I train service dogs and Target has done a wonderful job teaching their staff to leave the dogs alone which is fantastic for me and the humans they go on to work for. Thanks Target!

Picked up 2 of these shirts, love them. When I got to the register I was charged the full price. If you look at the rack sign it seems to say buy one get one half off. The clerk told me it was shorts not shirts. I felt it was a deceptive ploy to trick me. Did not buy them. Buyer beware. Target's signs are not what they appear to be.

I'm genuinely upset at what happened at this Target today. I was going shopping for my Meemaw's anniversary. There was a customer and employee arguing. The employee was very rude! the customer just wanted to get her questions answered and wanted to leave. it is unfortunate that I will not be arriving to this Target no more. I will also be notifying my relatives and friends near this Target to not shop here no more. If this happened to this kind customer, I am afraid that tomorrow, I or my known friends may get harassed by this nasty and horrible of an attitude lady. I will only come back if this bad employee gets fired, ASAP.(Edit: I have just realized that the rude employee was an older brunette.) Please take this description and complaint SERIOUSLY

Bought something on clearance (Tonie box) opened it at home it was a completely different color then advertised and there was no figure which is a big part of the item. I understand this was on clearance but that is totally unacceptable that Target allowed a person to return an item like that and then did not advertise that on the clearance box. So disappointing. The employee processing my return did not give me any issues and thought it was disappointing as well. I usually trust Target with my life but after this that has changed!

I placed a pick up order over the weekend that ended up missing a few items. I went in tonight and was helped by Josh, they were wonderful! Josh was processing exchanges along with taking care of the pick up orders, and still managed to go above and beyond for me. It was honestly a refreshing experience, thank you Josh!

TERRIBLE!!! be aware of the absolute disaster of a team of employees this store offers. I’m terms of customer service. Disgusting. Absolute smelly. The bigger lady working in the tech department doing orders for fufillment was extremely disrespectful. First off she threatened to throw out customers and practically was calling me out saying there was something wrong with me for trying out an item intended for a younger audience. I feel this was extremely disrespectful for assuming such thing. Please target. You do not need this pathetic, nasty, aged, hateful woman apart of your team and to be represented by your company. Get her fired. ASAP. She was a brunette, middle aged, grouchy, woman. Please identify her and get rid of her not coming back until done so. Thank you.

Have never had a complaint before today. Even during the busy holidays things were run smoother. There was a team member at the fitting rooms who did not have a key, and looked like I had asked them to grow a second head when asked if there was someone to open a fitting room. Didn’t offer to call for someone, or anything else that might be helpful. There were 2 registers open with lines all the way down the front of the store, and 3 team members standing by the registers doing nothing. Such a frustrating and dissatisfying experience. Would suggest going 15 minutes further to exton.

Had to return a defective game at Target and could not find the receipt. The salesperson looked up my receipt by using the cc I used to purchase, it was a quick and simple return. This means a lot when you spend so much at this store and you lose your receipt and they have this handy tool! Not all stores all this kind!

Target in general but especially the Target in Glen Mills PA is the BEST!!! Employees are amazing and helpful!! Returns go smoothly and fast!! I just love Target always have always will!!

I always love Target but honestly had the greatest experience yesterday. I wish I got his name but the dude that was in customer service around 11:30/12 he is the star of this show. He greeted every and I mean every single person that walked in the door. He alerted shoppers to the newly cleaned carts and baskets. When the self checkout line got busy he offered to help people out so they weren't waiting long. He thanked people for coming in and wanted to help them right out of the gate if he could. The store as a whole is very nice and clean. It's well laid out and spacious which allows for great distancing. But this guy is a star and if he's not already in Management, he will excel once he gets there. Many people who work with the public need to take a page out of his book.

Horrible experience I came into the store for a even exchange. The fella at customer service told me I owed them money for an even exchange. Like hello its an even exchange why do I have to pay ya’ll for an item that did not fit nor was worn. Hello that’s what an even exchange is duhhhhh. It was pure ignorance on the representative’s part and did not call a manager to seek resolution. If i paid for something the first time around why try and steal more money from a customer and make me pay again. Nope I will stick to the target in exton where this problem does not exist.
