I got a cheesesteak on the cashier’s suggestion. It didn’t taste very fresh to be honest, but the service was friendly and fast.What really surprised me was the Swedish pineapple cake which was moist with a fluffy not too sweet frosting. I consider myself selective about baked goods and this really surpassed my expectations. It’s worth stopping for the cake alone.

This is a gem of a place. We we were driving RV thru there and they sell homemade food, homemade mittens, guides to edible mushrooms. They were super nice people who helped other local crafts people sell thru their genera store. They had a Biden Harris sign out front and told me that some of their neighbors wouldnt shop there anymore because of it. Pls support them!

For a small gas station and general store, this place is a 5 star. My family and I have been coming up to the area for over 40 years. This place has not changed and smells the same as when I was a kid. Brings back great memories.The owner, Brenda and employees are very friendly and helpful. The steak sandwiches are the best. We always make it a point to stop in for a steak sandwich when in the area weather hunting, fishing or just for a weekend getaway from home.Sign, PETA guy. ;-) Inside joke with the owner.

Customer service must not be a real thing anymore. We stopped while passing through for fuel. I had originally stayed in the car with the baby while his dad went in to pay once he came back out I needed to use a restroom. I was rudely told where it was and told to come back again and maybe next time but something. We have stopped here in the past while traveling through the area, this will be the last time.

The older lady who suggested a 12in sub for my BF and I to share while on the road was very nice. The 2 other females were very unprofessional. From leaving me to attend to flirt with a delivery driver. To the other one putting one piece of salami (on an Italian) and a piece of cheese on a bun and called it a sub. No lettuce, tomato, onion, nothing! And then when we finally opened the bag to eat it, I called back to the girl rudely saying it's not their fault! Well, we weren't behind the counter... So? Who's fault was it? Very unprofessional! I liked it better when ya'll actually had adults working there!The baked goods aren't even good anymore! Definitely a waste of $32! Very disappointed! We won't be back and we will definitely tell our family and friends not to go there anymore either!

Stopped here originally for the gas station; pleasantly surprised at this excellent store! Friendly staff, clean bathroom, great variety of items. Bought some excellent local honey; locally made soaps also available. Breakfast sandwiches were reasonably priced and delicious. Definitely recommended. Gas station prices are good. Note you have to pay inside before you pump.

I have had cold hoagies and sides here many times and the food and service has always been good. I stopped in recently and decided to try a cheese steak hoagie. I asked the teenage boy working the cash register about topping choices and he replied "just fill out the paper". He either didn't want to be there at all or he was bothered that he actually had to answer a customers question.I took a chance and ordered the cheese steak. I can say without hesitation that it was the worst steak sandwich I have ever eaten. The tomatoes that I requested were missing, the small amount of meat was cold and the roll was very soggy. Apparently "just filling out the paper" is no guarantee that you will get what you want. I guess the teenage girl making the sandwiches didn't want to be there any more than the boy did. The cookies were over baked, dry and crumbly. The only good part of the meal was the pasta salad.The quality of the food and customer service here has taken a dramatic down turn since the last time I ate here. Some retraining of the young staff is badly needed. This place gets very busy at times. Since busy Route 322 goes past the store they get many customers from out of the area. I frequently work in the area and stop here sometimes for lunch. When the bypass is complete it is safe to say there will be less business from people traveling through the area. At that point the business will be patronized by more local customers. If the quality of the service and food continues to decline, the business may not survive.

The staff here are beyond friendly and personable...it begins to feel like a family vibe after a few visits. And the food is phenomenal! I just got an italian sub today that was fantastic.Seriously, if you haven't made this place a regular stop you are not living right...Get your life together! Buy gas at Homan's and get an italian sub!

Delicious, fresh sandwiches and other prepared foods, plus the staff are very friendly and the store has a wide selection of snacks and drinks. Homan's will be replacing Sheetz as my go-to place on the way out of town! Note you must pay for gas inside.

A man, who I assume was the owner, pulled into the parking lot and came over to us screaming to move our cars cause we were blocking traffic into his store. We were on the opposite side of the pumps farthest from the entrance blocking no one. The ironic part is there was traffic backed up for miles infront of his business blocking ALL traffic from getting in or out. Dont give this place your business this guy does not treat his customers with any respect at all. On a positive note the cashier was sweet and the ice cream was good hence the second star.

Employees were very friendly, had a decent stock of items for being in the middle of the mountains. Gas, food, and bathroom. Perfect place to stop if you're traveling to EPA.

We found this place by accident 8 years ago when our car gave out half way down the mountain side so I coasted it down to the garage next to them to get our car fixed and walked over to Homans got to say the best food ever love this place we we hope to stop in again soon. Hopefully there still open
