I purchased a Lane Shark LS3 and had installed on my Kubota Tractor. I drove almost 4 hours each way as Hilly Ridge was the closet dealer with this product. The very first time I attempted to use the product, after just 30 mins of use, the implement stopped working. When I contacted Holly Ridge it was clear they knew this has been an issue with this model. The hydraulic motor was bad and they wanted to send me the motor and I would have to install myself. I reluctantly agreed and received the motor a week later with no instructions . I am very mechanical and can see how it should work. I believe I am missing parts and have now wasted yet another weekend. I am very disappointed in both Hilly Ridge and Lane Shark. And I am still waiting for a resolution and compensation for my wasted time. Soon as they provide a resolution, I will update my review accordingly. I will add they have been very nice, but that does not resolve the issue. If satisfactory resolved, I will certainly provide that feed back.Management at Hilly Ridge has reached out and offered to come to my home and make the repairs, which I greatly appreciate. As I become further entrenched in this situation, I must say Hilly Ridge has taken the right steps to make this right. I made the repairs tonight and will test the equipment tomorrow. I will update once the unit is up and running. I am still very disappointed in the lack of support from Lane Shark, but so far Hilly Ridge has stepped up and offered to make it right.The new motor didn’t fix it. I really feel the only acceptable remedy at this point is a replacement unit or a full refund. I hope Lane Shark does the right thing and provides Hilly Ridge with a replacement unit.Update May 06Derwin from Hilly Ridge has been outstanding. Before even getting the Green light from Lane Shark, he left his home at 2:30 am to insure he would be at my home by 7am on a Friday morning so i would have a new unit for the weekend. He went a step forward and disassembled the motor and shaft assembly to insure the new unit did not have the same flaw. I would highly recommend Hilly Ridge as they took a situation that was bad, and not caused by them, and went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes beyond anyones control, how they are handled is how a business should be assessed , and my assessment of Hilly Ridge is 5 stars.

Do not hesitate! Do not hesitate to buy from Hilly Ridge in Mt. Pleasant. Kevin helped me do most of the transaction over the phone, and once I got to the store I was treated as a valued customer. I was blown away from the big details such as great prices and selection, to the little details of putting all the mower manuals in organized binders for me. I will be a customer for life. Well worth the ride from anywhere! You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I bought a tractor and utility vehicle from hilly ridge sales and service they were nothing but professional with the sale and gave us a great price on both pieces of equipment and helped us find a good financing option that we could afford we had a few problems with the tractor but hilly ridges service department was always on time and would quickly pick up the tractor and repair it at no extra cost even with us being over an hour away.Anytime we needed help with anything they were always available and extremely professional I would not hesitate to do future business with hilly ridge they are a great family and a great company and they care about their customers and have a great attitude which is hard to find nowadays. Right now pretty discussed, bought MAHINDRA UTV DESIL FROM Them, IT CAME OFF THE LOT STARTED HAVING ENGINE TROUBLE. Well 4 years of constant issues not counting the recalls.they’ve been excellent at coming out picking it up and repairing it 3 weeks later more issues back again.NOW AFTER ABOUT THE 19th time (out of warranty now)last 2 Times paid out of pocket it did it again. Now last time they brought it back sat inside couple weeks decided try it out.WOULD YOU BELIEVE THE TRANSMISSION WENT BAD. Called Derwin ( he’s been very patient worked with me now out warranty it cost me out of pocket for engine last three times over $575.00 then $800.00. We’ll set in grange couple weeks decided I would try it. Transmission went out.MY Personal experience is I’m convinced this mHandra UTV IS A REAL PIECE OF GARBAGE . Derwin’s been great don’t need equipment like that. The MAHINDRA Tactor no problems yet . But???. They have been excellent in picking things up and repairing them problem is they repair (UTV) then something else falls apart or quits working. In my entire live I’ve never had a vehicle or equipment as worthless as that MAHINDRA UTV. I need /want something I’m paying 4 to work not every time you start it something new happens.Hell I’ve never had it over 10 MPH AND 99% of the time it’s ran between 8 & 10 MPH AND NOT LONG DISTANCE. I have 13 acres I pity pater around on picking up brush tree limbs etc.coming out again pick up I want to know what this going to cost me waiting for Darwin’s call back I’m at this point throwing good money after bad.RATING ON THE A. T. V. 1 . I have no reason to think if repaired it would last anyhow . Waiting on Darwin return my call.

Bought a blower off of them five years ago. Had trouble starting it. Took it in to get serviced and fixed. They fixed it and it runs great but the service charge was over a hundred dollars. My thing is they had a new one for a hundred thirty nine dollars. If you are going to charge that much at least give a me a call and see if I want to fix it or spend a few dollars more and have a brand new one. Very disappointed. Update. I want to thank Hilly Ridge for contacting me and making things right. Good customer service. Thank you
