I took bought a new doggo and appointments were very easily available the next day! Very kind, professional, and courteous people. Online booking is simple. The doctor was kind enough to give me food recommendations and a food sample for my new pup. The bill is easily reimbursable and itemized depending on your pets insurance. I currently use Pets Best. Will be back in two weeks for shots. Highly recommend.

My pup & I could not be happier about this place! Everyone is extremely nice and attentive.The communication and services are top notch. Franklin (My pup) literally sprints in every morning because of how excited he is to go in and play. He LOVES everyone that works there!The groomers are also outstanding! Franklin is very fluffy and we’ve had some really awful experiences with other places because they just can’t get his haircut right, but we’ve never had an issue here.It’s also great that you can drop off your pup in the morning before work so he can play, and they can pull him out to get groomed and be ready just in time for you to pick him up after work.Overall we are extremely happy and we would recommend Heart & Paw (Glen Mills) to anyone.

We have been going to Helen at Heart and Paw for several years and she does a fantastic groom for our Mini Schnauzer. The team is always friendly, helpful, and great with appointments. It is a clean, pleasant, and safe atmosphere and we feel very comfortable leaving our dog in their care. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. I do not recommend. Overcharged & NO responsibility taken by Heart + Paw - please remember to look at ALL your invoices before handing over your credit card. A printed invoice was offered AFTER we were charged! We’ve been coming here for 2 years and just noticed past invoices we were charged for tests that were never even conducted! Then we were given medication to “try” and never was this cost reviewed. We asked that this be removed and they refused. They invited us to take our pet elsewhere! Customer service is clearly LAST here. Bye Heart + Paw - we’ll be sure to let all our friends know!

I got my 8 month old puppy groomed by Alyssa. She was very nice and knowledgeable and took special care since my pup is still up to his puppy antics! Best grooming he’s had so far and we will now be regulars!

The care that this location provides for both puppies or the older pups is phenomenal. I have gone to them for both new patient care (puppy check), and for my older pup 10.5 yr.) who needed a work-up for lump and bumps to confirm we still have time and no need to panic ❤️

Great branch for a vet. Have been to 2 different locations in cherry hill nj and also Glen mills. Both outstanding and affordable with great employees. My cat Hank was sick with an eye infection and took him to Glen mills. About 3 days later he’s all healthy and back to playing

Heart + paw was recommended to me by a friend who owns a grooming business who wasn’t accepting new clients. I recently adopted a Great Pyrenees with a dirty shaggy coat. She is very nervous and doesn’t know how to dog yet. I took her in to see Alyssa and she was PHENOMENAL. So caring and gentle and patient with my unsure baby. And she came out looking like a whole new dog! She was definitely feeling herself because she came home and immediately started chewing on a bone that has been ignored laying in her bed for over three weeks. I can’t thank Alyssa and heart + Paw enough! My Hana is white and fluffy now and smells amazing. Thank you guys!!

I never leave bad reviews but I feel compelled to after the steps I’ve taken following two experiences with the grooming at this location. Each time, although I gave clear instructions and provided photo evidence of what I wanted the groom to look like, the end result was amateur and very off.During my most recent experience, I asked for an even cut. Since the immediate result was very short (much shorter than what I specified, if I might add), I didn’t notice any glaring issues. While I wasn’t pleased with the result, I did not communicate with Heart + Paw as I felt the issues were my own responsibility/fault.Once the hair grew out in a month or so, the unevenness is extremely obvious. I’ve attached a photo so others may see I’m not exaggerating. I emailed the customer service email for the location as provided (I wasn’t asking for a refund and merely wanted to get their guidance on the issue) but got no response at all. To make it worse, I got a promotion email asking me to book another grooming appointment. Needless to say, I won’t be doing so. I would advise others to be very clear & rigid in what groom they want to achieve and to not hesitate to bring up issues.

We absolutely LOVE Heart and Paw. The doctors and staff are always kind and friendly. They also always take their time with us...we never feel rushed or pressured. Our dogs are happy to go there...they are never stressed like at other vets. We drive an hour to get there & back and it's worth it. There are ALOT of places closer & more conveniently located but our babies are more than worth the extra time & effort to take them here. Heart and Paw truly cares about their patients and it shows in everything they do. They also are very efficient with prescription refills...if we have to leave a message someone actually always calls us back and quickly...AND happy to do so. You feel like their only clients. Can't say enough!

Had a great experience and our dog wasn’t even too bothered by all her vaccine shots like she’s been at other places. The vet and vet assistants were also great at explaining to my young daughter (future vet in training) what they were doing and why, which she loved.also love the ease of scheduling appointments.

My cat suddenly started sneezing and stopped eating. He became lethargic. I was very concerned. Hearts & Paws in Glen Mills had walk-in appt. We took our sick boy immediately. They addressed our male cat quickly. They are so kind and professional. Dr. Haiko gave him a thorough exam and made a few recommendations which we followed. My buddy is back!! Dr. Haiko and the staff are very kind and responsive. The Best ❤️

The best vet I have ever went to. The previous vets I tried hassled me for booked out appointments and exorbitant fees for things like checkups and blood work. On the other hand, this vet’s office managed to schedule my cat a spay very quickly and their price for blood work AND the spay was far less than any vet I’ve tried.Not only that but my cat bit her sutures out the day after her procedure and they got me in for a quick look that SAME DAY with no questions or hassle. They checked up on her and gave us quality care for the total cost of 40$ for that emergency visit.Not only that, but they text to make sure to follow up on your pet to see if they’re doing okay. The vets were courteous and really care about the pets there. The care and quality the team at Heart+Paw provides is outstanding and I wouldn’t take my pet to any other vet.

our last few grooming experiences were awful and then we found heart and paw. from the moment we walked in through pick up it was an excellent customer experience. friendly clean and cool place that actually seems to love dogs! imagine that! our groomer jessica did an amazing job and our dog came home happy and looking and smelling great. highly recommend!

Ok!!! Been bringing my Keeshond Liily here going on a year! Moving out this way after first couple times my dog being a keeshond several groomers out this way chopped her up! This place has Lilly looking like she should for her breed! Stoll has much.more hair to grow!! But this place by far best in area! & worth the money!! They listen!!!

I wasn't going to share the horrible experience we had with this place on Black Friday because there's nothing nice to say about it but because they keep texting me to remind me to share my thoughts I very well may.My poor dog have allergies and his skin rash got out of control. We saw the short, heavy set Dr, I think her name was Dr Bates? She was very condescending and extremely rude with a temper. Very snappy and angry. When I mentioned home remedies such as diluted apple cider vinegar she scorned me as if I was one of her child. "DO NOT DO ANYTHING THE VET DIDN'T TELL YOU TO DO! IS THE INTERNET THE VET? NO!!"She told her assistant to change my dog's breed in their system from French Bulldog to Pekingese and when I assured her my dog is actually 3/4 Frenchie and 1/4 Pekingese she again snapped and tells me "well he looks like a Pekingese NOT a Frenchie!" Actually, expert vet, if you want to go by his appearance he looks more like a Pug than anything. And who are you to tell me what my dog's breed is just by glancing at him for the first time.She got snippy about my groomers taking off the flea collar on my dog and claims this very well could be an allergic flea bite. False! I had my 5yr old with me so I had to hold my tongue and stayed cool.Maybe she's mad she had to work Black Friday? I drove 45 mins to this location because they had a wide open schedule when everyone else is booked up. Now I know why they're not booked up like the others.Never again!

My family knows each of my fur babies are my heart and soul and I do my best to keep them happy and healthy! I appreciate everyone for working so diligently and carefully with Pootah. I was kept well informed during her visit and they got to the bottom of her condition quickly then prescribed the proper treatment to get Pootie back to her usual sweet and energetic self. From watching her interactions with others and also feeling at ease in this new place it was clear too me Glenn Mills was the right place for her to be.,Thank you So much!!
