#pursueyourscoops wonderful ice cream at family farm on way to Harrisburg from State College. Big differentiator is their AMAZING honey sweetened ice cream. We had raspberry and cinnamon flavors. Also have pup cups in vanilla and peanut butter!

Best ice cream in the area. No matter what you get, you will love it. My favorites are the Dusty Road and chocolate malt shake. We also tried their fresh peach sundae which did not disappoint. Their honey series is smooth and delicious. It is so nice we can take tubs home since I no longer live in the area. They have great service and friendly staff.

I would love to give this quaint little ice cream shop 5 stars. The ice cream was delicious, don't get me wrong, but their large that costs well around the $10 mark is a bit overpriced in my opinion. Seriously, their large is more like a medium at most other places and the sundae didn't even reach the top of my cup.Their large milkshakes are around the $10 mark as well and that is double what we typically we pay anywhere else.So, bottom line, if you're having a craving for ice cream, don't waste your time searching this place out unless you want to spend a little over the $30 mark for three products.This is not the place that I remember from my younger years, that's for sure.

I was really disappointed. I brought home a pint. The coffee pint I bought was icy and not real creamy. Not a lot of coffee flavor. I also got a honey pecan with peanut butter sundae and was not impressed with that flavor nor did i get much peanut butter topping. I was very disappointed. I find supermarket brands better. I am sorry to say this but need to let the public know.

Ice cream was OK, the one girl working the counter was incredible. Line was around the dining room, she kept her composure and got everyone served. Help came when she had the line down to 4.

It was pretty good. I ordered a pineapple sundae and what I got was a hot fudge sundae with pineapple ice cream. I thought they were a little over priced. But it is a good product.

We are not from the area and Googled nearby ice cream shops. We found Halls and decided to give it a try based on good reviews. So good! We each got a Sundae. Really good ice cream, and the staff were so friendly. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

I'm sure glad we don't live close to Hall's because I could see an addiction forming. It was difficult to decide which flavor to choose. Only passing through several times a year it would take a decade to try them all.Not wanting to hold the line up I decided on a peach sundae with honey vanella ice cream. Yum.Stop in. I promise you won't be disappointed!

This was my stop 1 on the PA icecream trail. Situated in the country, this is a great icecream shop that makes it's own icecream. They have a special honey icecream that is something that I have never had before. Very friendly staff. Clean. Quick service.

I purchased the pure peanut butter 16 oz dish from my local Karns store. The ice cream itself is the reason it gets 2 stars. It is good homestyle ice cream. Although there was little to no peanut butter in it and found it to be a bit pricey for what is was. Would not buy again.

Hall's Ice Cream has been in business for 62 years, manufacturing and retailing rich creamy delicious ice cream. Lite, Premium (14% butterfat), honey, and no-sugar-added flavors are available. Their no-frills shop in Millerstown (just across the bridge from downtown) has all flavors of ice cream available, as well as cheese, meats, and other snack, its open Fri 5p-9p, Saturday 4pm-9pm and Sun 2p-9pm. On our visit we had a strawberry sundae (2.95), chocolate yogurt milkshake (2.50) and a chocolate cone (2.40). For Sale at your local Karns, Hilcher's, BG's or Mutzbaugh's Markets. Be sure to check it out if you're ever in the area!
