I had an outstanding experience with Buckwheat Valley Ranch! Amos, the breeder, was not only kind and informative but also made the entire process seamless. Our Mini Aussie Shepherd, Kurá, was bright-eyed and energetic when we picked her up at 10 weeks. The kennels were spotless, and meeting Nadia's parents was a delightful touch. All paperwork and vaccinations were in order, and now, at 6 months, she's a healthy, joyful addition to our neighborhood. Amos clearly cares deeply for his four-legged family members. We'll definitely be returning for our next pup!

We recently purchased 3 puppies from Buckwheat Valley Ranch (2 for us and 1 for my mother.) They are all beautiful, miniature Australian Shepherds. We live approximately 5 hours from the breeder and they were willing to drive halfway to meet us. Amos was very accommodating and fair. We did a good amount of research on breeders prior to purchasing through Buckwheat Valley. We have been happy with our decision.

For anyone looking to buy a Mini Aussie in the tri-state area, I can not recommend Buckwheat Valley Ranch and Amos enough.He is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and you can tell the love and care he has for the puppies he raises.Our Kobe has been such an incredible addition to our family and I truly can not recommend Amos enough. He is communicative - and most importantly cares about you. Please whatever you do, stop here first if looking for a Mini Aussie.

Amos has an amazing farm and clearly cares for the dogs. I was looking for an adult female, he happened to have one available for adoption. Amos was available to speak over the phone or text with any questions or concerns I may have. When I arrived he greeted me, showed me many different puppies and the adult up for adoption. It was clear that Amos cared deeply for his puppies-he knew every one! He was willing to speak to me and answer any questions about the breed, dog’s behaviors or history of the dogs. He was incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend Buckwheat Valley Ranch. The entire process from beginning to end was amazing and all the puppies are adorable. You will get a healthy happy puppy from Buckwheat Valley Ranch!

I am so happy to have discovered Buckwheat Valley Ranch. Amos was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly responded to all of my questions even though I think I may have tortured him just a little! He sent photos and video and regular updates about Augie (Logan). He has had two vet visits now and he's healthy and beautiful! Augie (Logan) fits right in with our busy family which includes toddlers and other dogs. He comfortably socializes with everyone! I was also very pleased with the facility, it is a real farm and the dogs all seem to be very well cared for. I had a wonderful experience with Buckwheat Valley Ranch. It was such a pleasure working with Amos, and he was very considerate in letting me visit my puppy a week before adoption, in sending updates and pictures of my puppy, and even giving me a stuffed animal that was with his litter mates to make the pups transition easier. The ranch is beautiful, the people are so kind, and the dogs are amazing. Such an experience seeing how these precious dogs are loved and cared for. I feel so blessed to have found this haven because it brought me my little love Presley. Amos allowed me to visit, and kept me posted on my little dude and always got back to me when ever I had questions, even sent me a ton of photos of him. When my cousin and his girlfriend stumbled upon Buckwheat Valley Ranch for their little guy, they had nothing but AMAZING things to say about Amos. With my curiosity piqued, I decided to keep tabs on future litters and the rest is history!Amos was extremely responsive in answering my email expressing interest and the communication process afterwards to finalize details was quick, seamless and very thorough. Two weeks later, I was trekking three hours to pick up my fur baby with the family in toe.Upon arriving to Amos' beautiful property, you can immediately tell he takes meticulous care in breeding his adult dogs and puppies and ensuring their kennels are in tip top shape. While my father had doubts, he was immediately swayed once Amos answered all of his questions.Amos also gave my father an opportunity to physically check out the facilities personally, and meet my fur baby's folks (Ace/Aleesha). Needless to say, that sealed the deal for him!Prior to leaving, Amos made sure I had all necessary paperwork and vet/medical information at my disposal. Seven days later, my local vet confirmed my little guy was 100% healthy. If you're on the hunt for a new pup and not sure where to look, Buckwheat Valley Ranch should be your first and last stop.

I have to say from the moment I inquired about our puppy I was reassured I was dealing with someone who was kind hearted and passionate about what they do. My mini Aussie “Dalton” or Beau as he has now been named was picture perfect in every way. A check up at our local vet confirmed our dog was very well taken care of from day one. He’s a happy growing dog and my family could not be happier. It’s a blessing to find someone who truly cares about the clients happiness and is professional to deal with. My family and I researched for a long time to find a mini aussie. We came across Buckwheat Valley Ranch and found what would be a new extension of our family. I have to admit we were skeptical at first because you always hear horror stories about "puppy mills" until we reached the Ranch and saw how nice and kept everything looked. When we arrived we were greeted by Amos and a whole bunch of the most beautiful little mini aussie puppies you ever want to see! We went inside to check out where and how the dogs and puppies were cared for. I was very pleased with the condition of the facility, the cleanliness of the dogs and the areas in which they live. Amos was honest and patient with all of the questions i had for him and believe me i had ALOT! You can tell he knew what he was talking about but most importantly i felt confident in that he was a real breeder that cares about the health of his animals. So in November 2020 we brought home our Hazel. She will be 7 months old soon and in great health. My Veterinarian always tells me she has excellent physical structure which means she was breed well. Plus she's beautiful! My experience with Buckwheat Valley Ranch and with Amos and his family was definitely a positive one and would definitely suggest if a mini aussie is what your looking for you won't be disappointed with Buckwheat Valley Ranch.
