On 3 occasions now I have ordered food and had it made grossly wrong but also had it taken well over half an hour each time. The employees allow the lobby to get absolutely disgusting especially by the soda machines also walking out to grab a drink even when they have orders to fulfill. I have worked in fast food and I consider sheetz food to be fast food so I have no understanding for why the store is repulsive, and I still don’t get my food in a timely fashion. I would understand if they took the time to clean in between orders but not even the managers there do work, only pacing at the front counter even when no one is there to check out.

Every time you order through the app they will make you wait another 20 minutes until your food is cold. You will have to physically ask for you food before they will give it to you. Serious lack of communication at this store

One of the worst sheets to visit, hot chocolate machine has been broken for months. Lots of trash on the floor last visit last night and no one was at the cash register, could only use card only self checkout. Morning service is a little better but I would recommend going to another convenience store for second and third shifts.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but today (11/25/23) I went into the Mill Hall Sheetz intending to get food while traveling home from Thanksgiving. Two employees were cussing and mocking another family and saying “at this point just turn your oven on.” Didn’t and would not patronize this location again. Very uncomfortable experience.

Ordered Chicken bites mac and cheese and 2 sodas and extra sauce on the side the slip clearly says sauce on side. Wings had sauce on them and I received an expired soda. When I called I was told they couldn't do anything about it because I got it delivered to me through door dash. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Obviously there hasn't been an inspector in the place in nearly 11 month 🙄 February 2021? seriously? Obviously the management needs looked into. No reason I should have received an 11 month expired soda! Worst part is I opened it and took a sip before realizing it was well past expiration. And isn't the first time I've bought an expired soda from this very location.

This is LITERALLY the only Sheetz on the planet that you can't fuel up using the app.Have told the head manager directly about it several times, but manager is lazy & could care less

If you're in a rush don't come here. Not only did it take me 25 minutes to get my meatball sandwich but they got it wrong. No time to sit around and ask for it to be corrected as I'm already late. Thanks sheetz

Food takes FOREVER to get. The last 2 times we've gotten food it's taken 40 mins and 18 mins despite multiple employees standing around. Orders are rarely correct. Staff is rude and uses inappropriate language loudly.

place is really starting to go down hill.coolers are usually stocked, fountain drinks are usually operational as well as the slush machines. as of lately they haven't been keeping up or maintaining anything. ask about truck shipments and they say they haven't even gotten through last night's stuff. whoever is managing this place needs to get on the staff. too bad this is the closest sheetz around. considering traveling to other locations or just another convenient store all together.

I was at mill hall Sheetz today and was disappointed. I ordered my wife a pumpkin latte with the extras and paid. When I got back the young man was making it and tried to open with his fingers and couldn't, so he used his teeth. The super walked by and I told him and asked for a new one, which was made. When I got to my wife's work, it was just coffee with very little milk, no flavor or the espresso. Service is usually good but not yoday

Went there over the long Memorial day weekend. I ordered the 3 tacos. My tacos were frozen and the meat was cold. I thought since it was pre cooked meat I would be okay, but I did end up getting very sick that night. And I only had 1 taco.

I ordered 2 whole hoagies today and 2 halves. Ordered two ham and provolone cheeses with lettuce and mayo, One with swiss cheese, ham, olives, lettuce, tomato and onion, then one with ham, cheese, lettuce tomato and onion. The hoagies werent made properly. The 2 with just lettuce and provolone also came with olives and swiss cheese and then the one with tomatoes, onions and olives came without the tomatoes. When I returned later, my 2 kids went inside to pick up the hoagie placed on the mobil app and there were only 2 people working and they waited for a casier for 13 minutes. She did come over and let them know it'll be a few minutes but not before whispering something to her coworker. I dont know if she was mad because they didn't use self checkout or what but there's stuff you can't purchase on self checkout like paying for your mobile order. I'm a regular shopper at sheetz and this is not the first time my order was messed up.

I wanted an egg salad sandwhich (delicious) but they were out and did not get them restocked so I had to end up ordering food. My second choice is kraut dogs and I have never gotten a burnt one. I bite into this one and it was beyond gross. It went right in the garbage. Total waste of money. Guess I will need to tell the workers from here on out to not burn my food. Sometimes this is the only hot meal that a person gets in a day due to a hectic work schedule. Beyond frustrated with them!On a side note my hot chocolate was good and the lady that rang me up was nice.

If negative was an option..... EVERY time I go to this sheetz after 10pm the order is messed up. Wrong or missing. The fountain drink cups are never stocked the machines are always dirty The staff acts like they don't care. I ordered a chicken salad and it was missing the chicken. I returned to sheetz 30min after the salad was made and was told my options were " we can add the chicken to it. Or make a new one? "How can a store that supposedly prides itself in consumer service have so many issues with a shift at one store!. Let alone coming from management???. Highly recommend checking your order twice if not three times before leaving. Someone needs to take control here.The floors are dirty sticky gross and unsanitary

Stopped for lunch at 3am today. Paid for my combo meal and the cashier that rang me up tried to accuse me of stealing a fountain drink. She argued with me and I explained the combo deal to her!! As I was leaving she told me there was no need for my attitude. Who wouldn't be offended by this after they've already paid??? Try again J.

This place needs serious attention they are extremely slow. They can't get orders out in a reasonable amount of time. The coffe station is always empty or in complete chaos. And their check out line is always atrocious. Don't stop here if you're looking for a convenient option.

don’t ever order food in quantities of more then 1. Literally every time I do I end up only getting one of the items. And after that, they ALWAYS forget the side of sauce or syrup. This has been going on for years, it hasn’t changed. You shouldn’t have to remind them every single time you get food regardless who is there.

When I ordered I had to wait 40 minutes just for 2 salads 2 appetizers and 2 drinks, and there were only 3 other people waiting for their orders. Then when I left they messed up my order and the lettuce in the salads were wilted. And for all of this I was charged $40. The service was terrible and I would not recommend sheetz to anyone.

food is ok, sometimes they have the best French Fries in town, you can get beer and wine there til 11pm they have a PNC atm machine there but you can't make Deposits. They have lottery ticket Machines there. Customer service could be a whole lot better!

Awful experience, went in to nobody being waited on and bunch of kids horsing around in back. I get the same order at any sheetz and have done that for years but this experience completely ruined me from wanting to eat there again. My food was disgusting

The cashier Steve that cashed us out was very helpful and took time to help us with the issues that arrived arrived our purchase. You could tell that the place was busy and Steve made sure we got the help we needed despite being busy.

I went in this morning, not really too sure what to get. I wanted to get something healthy so I decided on getting a grilled chicken salad! Let me tell you what though: the salad was EXCELLENT! Then I wasn’t sure what to get to drink with it... I was debating going to my “go-to” Dunkin Donuts for a coffee but I realized they had so many different flavors of hot coffee and I normally don’t drink hot coffee but since it’s getting cooler out I decided to give it a try! I know I love dark roast iced coffee so I saw they had this dark roast hot coffee (the darkest) one! So I tried that with the vanilla flavoring and Splenda and skim milk and that coffee was AMAZING!Now I know where I can get really really delicious coffee when I am on the go!Also a shout out to the lady who rang me up this morning! Not sure what her name was (I didn’t catch it) but a huge thank you for being a sweetheart and being so friendly! Thanks also for taking pride in your job when I mentioned how amazing the coffee was and how delicious it was! Thank you for showing that you care about customer feedback!A big thank you to my local Sheetz for being so amazing, friendly, and most importantly a community staple!
