I just saved probably half of the amount that it cost me for a quart of Bondo compared to a few other places it was only 20 something dollars and yesterday I looked somewhere else and it was 50 something for the exact same brand, size...Thank you Lowe's. Hopefully the quality is as good .

Ran in real fast for a quart of paint because we’re trying to surprise the MIL and ran out of paint and literally had a small L area left, well anyway I took in the color didn’t know the brand luckily had pictures of the room so far and the paint was in there so she knew the brand matched it perfectly and had it ready in under 5 mins! The color matches perfectly and dries super fast! The employees I watched play with all the dogs that came through to that was aersome! Great place to go for low prices and they don’t question you if you have a service animal or anxiety pet they just like to say hi! Highly recommend the staff there!

The cashier manager is a snarky old woman, when trying to return something she accused me of stealing because I payed With my phone and stated, that they don’t do that there. When in reality I’ve paid with my phone there every time I’ve gone. She was unprofessional and wouldn’t apologize when proven wrong. She needs to be in the warehouse not in the front.

Bought an over the range microwave and washer dryer from lowes in Mill Hall, PA and both deliveries were a nightmare to set up for pick up (microwave) and delivery (washer/gas dryer) the fact I had to call lowes and ask when my washer/dryer were being delivered since I purchased them a little over a month ago is kinda bad service on their part. The fact I have to set up deliver with one company to install my dryer and the other with lowes to install my washer was very annoying since neither one would communicate when washer was in making it difficult to set up delivery and lowes not knowing why my dryer was delivered and not showing as delivered to store so I can set up a date and time for delivery. Overall Spencer was good in helping decide which appliances would be good for us but after that just a nightmare to deal with setting things up. The delivery guys for my washer didn't speak good English and made an excuse as to why they couldn't hook up my washer like we paid for then kept asking me to sign so they could leave.

I went in to get a air filter for my lawn mower but they don't have them even though I bought the mower from them last year. 2/12/24 went to get a key made and the employee that made it for me was Great. His name is Dan and he proudly served this country for nearly 25 years in the Air Force. A true Patriot that we need more of. I will be back because of meeting him. A real asset to Lowes and very good at his job.

Went to the garden center. Yes - it's early to start looking at plants. Lowes had healthy looking bulb plants, some annuals, lots of flowering trees and some veggie plants. Shirley, the check out clerk, was very pleasant!

After spending hundreds of dollars in lowes and loading up our new appliances in the parking lot. Tired parents forgot their infant baby stroller base in the parking lot. Only two days later when we went to use the stroller had we realized it was missing. We called Lowe’s. They said they didn’t have it. So we stopped in to see if they could confirm it was left on their property. Understanding this is our fault. New parenthood is hard. They THREW AWAY our hundreds of dollar stroller. Only after spends hundreds of dollars with them. I wish their customer service would’ve been better and at least kept our item for us to come back to. Not even a solution was offered. They carelessly threw our stroller away after being lowes shoppers for years.

I'm always at Lowe's getting things for remodeling my house. Staff is always helpful and willing to show my how the product works. Will also offer suggestions for a product that may work better and save me money. Only issue is delivery. They use a third party delivery company and it's a long wait. Waited almost a month for an in store stove to be delivered.

I had a home project that I needed help with. Taylor (a Sales Associate in Tools & Hardward) was a fantastic help! He took time to answer questions and give good advice and ideas. I appreciated his helpfulness and considerate nature. In these days of (well) most times not-so-great customer service, it was refreshing to have someone so helpful and pleasant to work with. Very large store..it has just about everything you could need..if you can find it or find anyone to help you find what you're looking for..there is always people standing talking, but you can rarely find them to help or they appear as soon as you don't need them anymore..very annoying..I have noticed since my last review that there are more employees there, but still have had the same experience with help..Today I was there for almost 20 minutes looking for a lamp. There were 2 employees standing in the same isle I was in and never asked if I needed help..I have more success finding things by pulling it up on the app while standing next to an employeeThe prices are a little more than other places like Walmart for normal day to day supplies.

This place started only having shelf checkout available. Alot of people go to the pro checkout to avoid the self checkout. That causes a long line and a delay. I dont work for lowes, I dont want anything to do with a self checkout.

I went to the garden center on Sun 4/24/22 around 330-5pm. Two associates helped me a great deal with choosing the right potting mix for my older seedlings. Kate was one and I cannot remember the other ladys' name. I was offered broken bags for a lower price. Kate assured me that I did not have to take the broken bags. But I did because I needed 4 - 64qt bags. So I was greatful for the deal. The girls put bags over the broken bags and loaded them on a cart for me. Those two are amazing at customer service. However when it was time to load them in my SUV a guy named Landon came along to help one of the girls. She handed him a bag and he TOSSED it in the back of my SUV then the next bag was leaking out before he even put it in my car but he still tossed it in. I told him to get it out because it was making a mess. He had the nerve to say I don't know who buys broken bags anyway. The other associate corrected him and said when you can get a discount why wouldn't you buy them. I was angry that he just brushed the dirt off the bag right into the back of my car. I let him know I was not happy. He said what's the big deal. This young man needs a lesson on customer service. I seldom get angry but this guy was down right RUDE! I will not be returning for any of my gardening needs.

Not only do they not carry hardly anything i need anymore.. band saws, bench sanders, drill presses, Or even the blades or pads that I need for the ones that I've already bought from you... No one there knows anything about what they sell anymore at all ever. Then I got told that you didn't even carry an epoxy that I spent 45 minutes finding and when I showed the employee they scoffed and rolled their eyes.I hate Pennsylvania and I hate not having a home depot near me even more.Amazon it is .

This is a great Lowes to shop at. Always clean and neat. Employees are very helpful and always make me feel valued as a customer. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and even when they don’t know they tell you instead of pretending otherwise. Highly recommend this Lowes over other Lowes stores in the area.
