I wouldn't say this place is the worst, but the amount of ick on the fish here is sad. I understand fish are just fish, but it isn’t professional seeing a bunch of dead fish with visible diseases. Other animals seen overall taken care of. Staff aren’t very friendly at all. Maybe once or twice, I got a smile or hello. They come off as rude if you need help. Prices aren’t extreme like most pet places. Overall clean.

Just editing my review. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. These people are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately had to visit then quite a lot the last 6 weeks. But they're compassionate and just awesome. Absolutely love this place.

Such a fun store! Stopped for dog supplements.... and got new hamster accessories for my sons pets ..and my dogs got a new toy! they have cute rabbitts by register. I want a bunny lol

I didn't visit the vet but bought a cockatiel at the pet store instead and hes so awesome! I was able to hold him and enjoy him the day after I brought him home! He had minimal fear and was already interested in hanging out and being my friend. They have a great selection of birds especially that you will NOT find anywhere else.

I can't say enough about them! I'm so happy right now. My dog's tear ducts haven't worked in a long time. We never thought they would ever even work a little bit BUT she got them to work. Hopefully the eye infections will be a thing of the past. My other dog was fixed last week and is doing fine. Love these guys. They take great care of our animals! Thank you so much to all the staff and Dr!

Love these people. They are very caring and understand just how much your pet means to you. I have never had a problem with them for the care any of our pets have gotten here. In my opinion they go above and beyond for their patients and their families. No concern was ever to small.

This is the only vet I'll use in the area. They have been amazing treating my Sparky in his last year. They caught his pancreatic cancer early enough to give us almost a year with him. When the time came to end his suffering they were extremely compassionate and understanding. Well worth every cent. They also did his oral surgery a few years back. He had horrible periodontal disease when we adopted him 6 years ago and due to that he had to have all but 3 teeth removed. They did a great job and he was able to live a happier life without the tooth pain. I highly recommend this vet.

It has a friendly and wimsical environment and is animal friendly. They have literally all the supplies you could need for ANY pet. They sell all sorts of animals there such as chickens and guinea pigs, have a wide selection of products such as toys and food at a reasonable price, provide veterinary and grooming services: they have it all. The staff is extremely friendly and are willing to help you with anything. They are dedicated to their customers. This is an amazing place and if you have a pet, consider buying from them if you aren't already. It's AMAZING!!!

They are all very friendly. I love Dr. Cokefair. She is very caring and gentle with the animals. I have went to this veterinarian for around 14 years.I lost my Bichon Frise, he was my baby. They were all very caring. Dr. Cokefair and Gigi went out of their way to find a picture they took when he was young.

I enjoy the friendly and knowledgable staff. Great products for pets and pet lovers. I an very fond of the all female vet staff because working at a shelter sometimes we have a dog or two that is scared of men. It is helpful and so comfortable for the animals.

All I'm gonna say is I think my cat would be alive today if you wouldn't have given him medicine he didn't actually need an you gave it to him not knowing what was actually wrong with him an because of what u did it made my big loveable boy pass away sooner then he would have so in my honest opinion whoever was working that Day should of been fired and when u y'all let someone who wasn't trained enough to be dealing with a situation like that u should ashamed of yourself.!!!!

Love taking my dog children this place for the Paw Spa. Among other things we do for her four-legged children. Like ID tags every 12 months they have a machine that works fabulous!! And Dana is always very helpful very beautiful and so friendly! And so are the rest of the staff. Feathers, claws, Paws & More!!! They've got it covered!!

Took my golden retriever to the veterinarian to get her shots updated. They wanted to do a lymes test but gave her the lyme's vaccine with the rest of her vaccines instead of waiting for the results. She ended up having Lyme's disease so they made me pay for a shot she didn't need. Which I did bring to her attention when she said she was going to give her the shot before getting the results and again reminded her I did not want the shot until the results were back in the first place. Now I have a lazy golden retriever that naps all day(it's a Lyme's disease nothing that they did) and I'm out $25 bucks. Not mad, just confused as to why someone with a higher education than myself would think this was okay? Other than that they were great with my dog.

Calico Creek Veterinary Clinic is a very exceptional vets office. They are kind, compassionate and reasonable. Unfortunately I have moved away and they are no longer my vet but they were my vet office for about 6 years prior to our move. They have treated my 3 dogs, and my 4 cats as well as a ferret over the years. They truly are great people and have a strong love for all things furry or feathered 💗

Have been coming here for the past month, they have a mahogany python, the shed has been stuck to it ever sense I’ve been coming to the store, the cage has the same fecies that have been there for the past 2 weeks, and the water dish has not been changed, No thermometer or hydrometer in the tank, and the tank stinks when you lean towards it. I’m assuming the staff is scared to reach into the tank as oppose to all the other reviews I’ve read. Should really get a reptile specialist in there to take care of these poor baby’s, your ruining them for the owner, and making them shy and possibly aggressive.Makes me sick !

Disabled Veteran with health issues cannot be in store without a mask. I am not able to wear one. Told me I can sign out in my car in the heat and wait for assistance. My dog just released from Vet with pancreatitis and angry gall bladder. I NEED to see all varieties of canned dog food so I can find the best one for her needs. Im not gonna sit and wait for someone to bring out examples of what you have all day long. My business goes elsewhere. It's discrimination what you are doing. Can't give a zero star which is what is deserved. Take me off your card list.

I was upset to see all.of their birds on an all "seed" diet! Not too sure if they are knowledgeable on how to feed and maintain healthy birds! !! They barely had any toys one cage full of birds only had one toy and it was laying across the side of the cage. If birds get bored they will start self-mutilating sometimes. I like their assortment of bird food so I Do by my food there along with others online. I'm sure they don't intentionally not feed the birds the right foods but it bothered me to see it

I can't hardly believe how caring everyone there is not only for the animals but for the people who own them. We lost Milo to cancer. He was not only our dog but several of the neighbors dog, who loved him and miss him. Thank you for being so caring for Milo and us. And thank you for the sympathy card. We brought our cat in the other day to have him put to sleep as he was at the end of his days and the staff and veterinarian were very kind and compassionate.Today, I received a sympathy card in the mail and it was very touching. Thank you.
