It's Walmart...they do have good finds for specific things if you're looking. Today's find for cheap stuff for gifts. $8 Retro T-shirts. Hunting bow and target and other misc. items. They need to open more check out isles it's kinda stupid having so many isles and still wait in line to check out.

Super friendly staff. Good job on that! Negatives - Google hours posted as open at 6 AM on Sunday. However - it doesn't say customer service is NOT open. Drove 40 minutes for a return that can't happen because the posted hours are wrong. (2) I've visited this store off and on for 18 years. Never once has a bathroom been clean. Not once.

Dropped my car off for oil change at 10:38am. It is now past 12pm. My car was not ready. Vehicles that came after me for oil change finished before me. I got multiple texts letting me know my car was started. It was not. But the hood was unsecure when they finally gave my car back. Waste of time! I used to love coming here for oil changes. So not worth it anymore.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Customer service is terrible. They lock up certain items in a display case with a bell to ring for assistance. They never respond to the bell. I have waited 30-45 minutes at times ringing the bell with no absolutely no response. Today I asked an employee walking by if she could unlock it so I could get something and her response was “ I don’t have the key” and she kept on walking. FYI, the proper response should have been “I don’t have the key but let me find someone who can help you”.

The pharmacy is a complete joke, especially the manager of the pharmacy, she doesn't know how to treat her customers well at all. The rest of the pharmacy staff is just as bad or worse. The management staff is completely horrible, they are heartless, very rude, and very very incompetent.

Good Walmart location. Store was clean and well stocked. Needed help in electronics and a team member came quickly and helped. Seems to have a better choice of food items than the store in Honesdale.

By far one of the nicest Walmart Stores. In April 5th I was last there. It was not your normal day. The region was experiencing earthquakes. In the middle of paying the register went down. When it came back the transaction was wippes from the entire system. This trapped 2 of my 4 payment methods from being able to be used again. This left me with no way to pay. There was a team of people who worked very hard on this for hours. The team was Coach Cassie, Teamlead Shalenia, Michelle, Marilynn and Store Manager Tom. Eventually after hours they made it right be gifting me the missing amount and as a single mother that's struggling that ment the world to me. Without it we wouldn't have had the food we needed for the week. Above and beyond because they could have said there is nothing we could do and had me leave with nothing. Just thank you.

Self checkout always has a line but it goes super fast. Place is clean, prices are reasonably average. Dollar soda machines outside. Plenty of parking. They are definitely lacking in litter box sizes for cats would like to see more options but that’s my only complaint

The cold cut section is a complete waste of time. No matter at what time you go there is always line, and just ONE PERSON to accommodate costumers. Also in the last few weeks there is no pre cut meets or cheese. Common!

Horrible treatment to customers, doesn’t matter how much you spend in there, right after self-check out you’ll be checked at door like a criminal when in fact self check out is right next to the exit. (not only that, self checkout has a camera that points right at your face, and knows what you are scanning )Spend your money somewhere else people, support local businesses!

I truly enjoy shopping in walmart. This year their prices are a bit higher. I just wish prices stay the way they are now. Walmart has just about everything you can think of. I look for bargains. We will see.

Clean Walmart with reasonable prices for food including quite a good selection of organic produce. Produce prices are slightly lower than a month ago. Good helpful assistance at the self checkout counters.Not too crowded after 8pm.I was pleasantly surprised to find some good books at the store.

Apparently NOBODY answers the phone if you press 0 for operator. I called 7 times. Let it ring for 3 mins, then it disconnected. Tried that several times, then in the evening. No way to contact the office- stay hidden ,avoid questions. I JUST WANT TO KNOW when the HUMAN cashiers start working. 2 departments answered, but they didn't know( one was vision center- don't blame them for not knowing) Reason # 25 why I hate Walmart

Clean, typically packed with customers. Like all other Walmart stores there is never enough registers open. Also never enough employees at registers or in areas of stores when someone needs assistance. Most Wal-Mart stores are way under staffed.

This is o e of the best Walmarts around, friendly staff, always well stocked. Clean inside and out. It’s also in a nice area. Pick up was very fast and convenient. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave me a few free samples. This is my go to Walmart.

Best "order online, pick up same day" service I've ever used, and I've tried quite a few. Accurate "pickers", they never mess up my grocery order. Always ready at my reserved pick up time. Staff is friendly and loads everything to the car for me. Of the three Walmart stores within 30 miles of home, this is my favorite. Cleanest, friendliest staff, lowest prices, most clearance deals.

Self checkout sucks some of us do not like to use credit cards but can't use self checkout unless u have credit card had too many cards hacked into cash is easier but Milford Wal-Mart thinks stupid wise that's why I try to avoid going there I will go out of my way to go someplace else they use to have self checkout with cash don't know why they changed

If I could give the pharmacy a zero, I would. We had to get some meds for my husband there and a clerk by the name of Mary was horrible! The doctor called in covid meds and she was blaming me for not doing the drop-off window first before attempting to get the meds when we had receiveda text telling us the meds were ready. Then she proceeded to use a machine that she wasn't logged into and started slamming all the scanners down with all of these alarms going off because she couldnt get the machines to work. The paper with the med explanation went on the floor and she just picked it up and stapled it to the bag. The pharmacist was helpful but the clerk, just terrible!

I use to love this store. The cleanliness of here has gone down drastically lately during times like these (covid) this should be a more of concern. The ladies room was flithly On top of that the shelfs were bare and two registers were open took a half an hour to check out.

Went in looking for a few sporting goods items and they didnt have what i was looking for. Did get a few other items. Generally a nice visit. I do like how friendly the employees were. I will most likely be returning to this store for other things

Of all the Walmart's locally that I go to, this one (Milford/Matamoras) is consistently the BEST.Always well stocked, and the manager has all the departments well maintained.Truly a pleasure to shop at this store.
