I received great customer service today from Erin, the owner, in regards to finding new cat food for my 4 year old cat. He has an elevated sugar level so I wanted to find food that was high in protein and low carb. She was so helpful in explaining the difference between the brands and helping me choose the best one. I even received some free samples. In the end I purchased some raw freeze dried food to try out. Thank you Erin! I'm so glad this little gem is in Milford!

I heard great things about this pet store & decided to check it out myself.It is a beautifully merchandised store.It has all your pet supply needs. (I used to be a merchandiser,so that is the 1st thing I notice.)It is also incredibly clean. I didn't even see dust on anything!They have reptile,small animals,pet bird,wild bird,cat &dog supplies. Everything you need to keep your pets happy & healthy.Plus, everything was in stock!They have an excellent selection of top quality pet food & treats.The pet toys,collars & leashes are very nice.The staff are very friendly & knowable.They are happy to help you find the perfect items for your pet's needs.Shop local & support a small business.I highly recommend this wonderful store. Check them out. I'm so glad I did.I'll be a customer for life.

First time coming here to buy crickets. The max they sell is 3 dozen and they didn’t last more than 12 hours. They put the crickets in a bag and that’s it. No cardboard no nothing. I paid around $6 for them and they didn’t last long. My gator ate 6 live ones and if I threw a dead one in there he just swam by it. I like supporting small businesses but I think I’ll take my business else where.

I absolutely love love LOVE this place! I know the owner personally cause I actually used to work with her at a different place and she truly is an amazing woman! She listens to your issues and she gives the best advice! She helped me out so many times with my dogs food! He’s a very picky eater and we finally found a brand he likes!! I love all the wonderful ladies in there! They get a kick whenever they see my dog Zuko. The best thing about this place is that she knows what’s in the foods and treats and doesn’t go for cheap stuff which is a major plus. I love supporting this small business and you should too!!

So glad that we found this pet store! They carry an incredible range of healthy cat food, including the ones I get for my two cats. One cat has poultry allergies so it's really hard to find food they can eat and actually like. I grabbed a few different wet food options as well to see if my picky cat would go for it. While she didn't her sister ate everything and meowed for more. We will definitely be coming back regularly to get our cat supplies from here.

Great place to buy cat and dog food the people that work there are very knowledgeable, professional, and have so many different varieties of food. Cat towers, dog and cat beds. All kinds of toys. Great food for the urinary track in both dogs and cats.

Very clean and well organized, which is a simple thing to do, but a lot of pet stores do not. This store has everything I need for my cats, from the best foods to the catnip bananas they love to play with, all at competitive prices. In addition, it’s a fun place to shop. Erin and staff are friendly, high-energy people who will go the extra mile to help their customers. I always feel uplifted after buying my cat food! One perk: customers bring their dogs to shop with them, so there’s often some furry friends around to pet and admire. Never mind Chewy. Shop local!

I visited this pet shop to get my dog a harness. They had a good selection of them. The woman that worked there measured my puppy for the harness. She was very helpful. Very clean store. Picked up a couple of toys also that he loved when we got home! I would definitely go again! Thank you for your help!

Hands down - the BEST pet store I have ever been too. Chrissy (staff member) was extremely knowledgeable, and knew specific things about my puppy’s breed! She took time out to guide my puppy and I through the store and gave me insightful tips - I took notes!My husband and I are brand new rescue puppy owners, and having someone answer my questions in detail was very really helpful and comforting. I HIGHLY recommend them an couldn’t think of taking my puppy anywhere else.Prices are reasonable too!

Milford pet foods and supply is the best place! My husband and i went in there for a dog cage and we received great insight into preparing for our new pup. The owner was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Not only did he provide us with the proper food to feed our puppy with but explained the difference between the brands and why or why not to go with them. Thank you for all your help! Love this store and the owner. We buy our three dogs their food here by the cases, bone broth that is excellent, collars, treats and of course poopie bags. Beautiful clean store with great selections. Owner is very knowledgeable, helpful and staff always friendly. Great find in our little town. 👍🏻❤️

I was referred by a friend and when I went on line to look for their phone number, I noticed they were closed so I sent them an email. Even while the store was closed, they responded to my email rather quickly. Gave me advice and I will be in to see them during the week.
