I’ve passed by this place for years and regret not coming in sooner. I have to compliment the true genuine and amazing customer service this place delivers. On my second visit I was very pleased they had remembered me. Furthermore, I must give a shout out to what I call going above and beyond for their customers. I had inquired on a specific ammo brand for a .357 cartridge about a week or two prior. When I went in for my recent visit I saw they had a stock of what I suggested. That’s what I call a business who cares and listens to their customers. I will suggest this place to everyone who cruises US 6 and afar. Modest inventory and prices. True friendly and neighborly customer service.

Atlas Arsenal LLC.The guys were excellent in answering my questions, buy ammunition, since I live in the Communist State called New York State and its Governor Kathy Hochul the Dictator, and I am not willing to pay the so-called Extortion (Tax) on ammunition, created by the Governor and their legislators. Guys, keep doing your job, here in New York we free men appreciate that free Americans are still raiding, thank you for your services and thank you for helping me with the ammunition to my vehicle, you are the best. New in town, stopped in today on a whim to a warm friendly greeting. The counter people were very knowledgeable, generous with suggestions, well stocked store, no pressure whatsoever. Definitely worth a visit. Seems to me it is always a good idea to shop at local stores especially when they are so friendly and competent

They can help … But inventory is not much … I have bought many items from this location… But I really don’t feel the Love… I have been in Customer service for 47 years… Was taught keep the foot steps to come back into the Location.. I felt like nobody went the extra mile to satisfy the customer… Just saying I have dropped a few hundred dollars at this location… I expect a little more Love to the customer not just there the only shop In this business… I myself always appreciated my customers business.

Excellent service, Incredibly polite, all of the staff were helpful and very knowledgeable in every question me or my buddy had on any product. I have been to many shops in my area and Atlas has the broadest spectrum of an ammo shopping experience around. All prices in the store were at or better than the lowest prices I could find at any other shop. I absolutely will be returning soon to shop because I have full confidence that the staff and products sold at this shop is the place to give my business to.

Great group of guys very knowledgeable and engaging in helping you with your experience of purchasing a firearm they know their stuff and do it right and by the book and they know how to handle the entitled people that cross their path if you have time I suggest taking a look at the negative reviews of atlas and getting a good laugh at the idiots who wrote them and check out atlas if you are looking to buy for the first time or 1000th time

I've been meaning to leave a review for quite some time. Gregg, Elf and Nick run the best gun shop in NE Pennsylvania. They are extremely knowledgable in the products they sell. They dont push people to any one firearm, but offer helpful suggestions based on customer needs and shooter ability. Don't hesitate to check them out when you're in the area.

Great shop. Picked up a little SIG 9mm recently. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Support your local gun shop*Edit* ...bought a GLOCK from these guys today. Fair price & good guys to work with.I'm certain I'll be going back for something else soon....*Edit II* ...I've been back to see these guys a few more times...LPVO for a 308 AR, RMR & sights for a Glock and all sorts of AR parts. I'm probably forgetting something too. These guys are always helpful and always have what I'm looking for.

These guys are great and have plenty of knowledge to bestow. Take a lot of the negative comments with a grain of salt. We should all recognize, appreciate, and most importantly respect the responsibility of gun ownership, the transaction at the storefront, and the right to which we were given under the 2nd amendment. If you fail to see the crystal clear reasoning behind their store policies and firm attitude, you should consider modifying your expectations before stepping through the door.

Let's get the one negative out of the way, these guys are a bit pricier than the competition. However it is easily the most professional, and helpful gun store within a 30 mile radius. You could easily make up for the very minor price markup with the advice, and light smiting (mounting irons, fitting parts) they often offer for free.10/10

Fantastic shop and very good selection and willing to help all levels of experience. They are also a full service gun shop that can provide most if not all of your gunsmithing needs. If you don't see what you want or need just ask and I'm sure they can order what you might need. Also they stock medical supplies, body armor and other non shooting supplies. If you're in the area stop in for sure.

They are extremely helpful, and have the best selection of optics and accessories. They also carry high end harder to find rifles and pistols . It’s one stop shopping . Greg and his crew , know all the little things , that you don’t . They also stock all those little things you need . Their attention to all the little details are what makes it worth the countless hours of driving back and forth not getting thing done correctly. They help you get it right the first time .

I moved to Milford area the end of 2021. I’ve been to a couple of the Gun Shops in the area, and I like this one the most. I just have to say Greg and his team are great! There very friendly and I felt very welcomed coming into this shop. I’ve done business with them from purchasing ammo and transfers. They also have a great variety of Handguns rifles and AK’s. If your in area come check them out.

Atlas are a great group of guys. The thing I enjoy about them it's they never try to "sell" you a firearm. Unlike many shops, they educate you on the ins and outs of each firearm you're looking at, and let you make your own well informed decision rather than just try to push what suits them. Top notch business for sure.

Turned me away for wearing my health mask to protect myself and others from covid. All my friends and relatives stop shopping there. Incredibly ignorant. Never again. They are incapable of separating their ideology and understanding (or lack there of) of a pandemic, from respecting customers. Obviously, you remove a health mask when you go to pay for something that requires identification. Shameful manner to conduct business in the 21st century.

Nice store. Friendly people. Bought a H&K VP9 od green. Will definitely go again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they are a little bit overpriced and as I went out the door the guy that sold it to me said something a little wise azzy. Not sure if it was meant to be that way or not, so am more than willing to give them another shot.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, great selection of guns and ammo for fair prices. No pressure sales, let me hold lots of different options and went over the differences between them. Actually discouraged me from buying something until I had tried/shot a few different types at a local range to make sure I was going to be happy with it. Didn't treat me like an idiot even though I was clearly a beginner with a handgun and probably asked stupid questions. Will definitely return for future needs. Highly recommend.

Owner and shop staff are the most helpful pleasant interaction you can get & want. They don't just sell you things for the sake of selling- They actually will help you make an informed decision. I have been lucky enough to ask about getting something odd and he actually had it on hand. They have been out of stock of some things as of late but that's of people going crazy over buying.

I stopped by the store to look around and found a beautiful rifle that I had to have but just didn't have the money. I live 3 1/2 hrs away in NJ and they were willing to take a trade in when I came back for my next hunting trip.When I returned a week later they gave me a respectable amount for what I had and was able to get the rifle that I could really use. Extremely knowledgable on the items I had and and willing to make a deal. Im so happy with Atlas and will be returning soon on my next hunting trip. Way better than any NJ store. Keep up the great customer service

I'm a first time gun buyer and Elf and the entire staff at Atlas Arsenal were excellent helping me select my first pistol. Elf spent an extensive amount of time with me going over my new pistol that I purchased and set me up with all of the necessary accessories that I needed. The paperwork filing was seamless. I highly recommend Atlas Arsenal and they will be my go to store for all of my firearms needs in the years to come!
