I have been using Scratch n Sniff Grooming since 2009. Katie is so gentle and caring. I love the work she does and the patience she has with our fur babies. We had adopted a rescue and he was a biter. She never gave up on him and was able to do things with him no one else could. I have never been disappointed with her work. We have shih tzu's. She does fun little themes and take pictures of your pets. My fur babies tend to end up with HILARIOUS results. I will add a few pictures that have been taken over the years I have been using scratch n sniff. While not typical shih tzu hair cuts they are what we like. I recommend her to anyone who needs a patient caring groomer.

Lost a customer today. My girlfriend took her toy poodle to be groomed. During the grooming (of which customers are not allowed to see) his gums and tongue turned blue. They got half way through the grooming before the assistant brought him out and said he was "freaking out". Obviously because he couldn't breathe! Most likely they muzzled him when they had strict instructions not to. The owner of the place never even came out to apologize. The assistant then proceeds to charge my girlfriend full price for a grooming. This place is a big joke. I've been told by others that scratch n sniff also charges people when they cancel an appointment! Really!? Owner needs to make some changes or find a new profession.

Hi, My name is Fruitloop, I'm happy to say this is where I get my lion cut . (lion cut is a style)I have been here several time's and they treat me purrrfectly. They even let my parent know if they see any flea's or ticks on me! S-N-S care's about me just like my parent's doooo.. Please don't be afraid to bring your furbaby here, maybe we will get to meet some time. meow!

Excellent and fast service. Less than 10 mins to do a nail grind on Baxter when it took the vet 30 mins to do one paw then tell us they wouldn't do the rest. Will definitely be back. Thanks.
