This is the best McDonald's, I've ever been too!!! We stayed for two hours on our way from traveling. Play area is outstanding.

Rude, slow, and screwed up order. Stopped here for take-out, wasn't even that busy, but took forever. Ordered 5 meals to-go and asked for condiment packets. Only gave us a couple. Asked for more since there were 5 of us and we each ordered a meal, but was told we had to pay for more condiments, which is ridiculous that each order can't get condiments unless they pay extra. Quickly checked our orders before walking out and realized they only gave us 2 fries, so had to go back and get the rest of our fries, which apparently was annoying thay we we asked for our missing food. We did see 5 sandwiches in the bags, so we left at that point. As we headed down the road and started divvying out the food, we realized we didn't get the right sandwiches. Of course the sandwiches that we ordered and paid for were higher price than what we actually were given instead. And we were already back on 322 and didn't want to have to turn around at the next exit to go back to correct our order (again). So we paid for food we didn't get, couldn't get condiments for the food we did get unless we wanted to pay extra, and our "quick" stop for "fast" food was neither quick nor fast.

I have to give this McDonald's location 5++++ stars for what they are RIGHT NOW doing for our Area M Special Olympics teams! They are accommodating all of the teams that competed at the Juniata college fall event today, with a head count of 161 athletes! And they have done a phenomenal job (yes of course we had this planned with the restaurant but even with that...)!!! The total bill was over $800. And the employees have been courteous, kind and sweet. So thank you to all of those hard working employees at McDonald's in Mifflintown, including Sapphire, who was both the cashier who took all the orders, and the manager!

I dont even want to give one star i get it i came at about 958 yall close at 11 not ten just say no if you plan to put 10 flat rock hard pieces of chicken n box I am working a 16 HR shift as a nurse i finally got the oppurtunity to get something to eat and its not even edible!!! You need a real nightshift manager so this dont happen

If you want "fast food" goto Sheetz across the street...this McDonald's takes literally forever to fill/bring your order. No exaggeration...I'm still sitting here 15 min later with a dirty table number...oh and here it is, 20 minutes we waited per the receipt...brutal... And although it was eaten they still packed our stuff up like it was take out...Editing to decrease the rating...burger wasn't done as ordered, ice machine on left isn't working...place is disgusting dirty...

This is a very nice and large McDonald’s. It is easy off and on for route 322. There is multiple drive thru ordering lanes, 4 self ordering kiosks, self serve drinks, but you can still order at the counter. There is a play area for kids. There is a lot of seating inside and the restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. There is a lot of parking with multiple handicap spots.

While on my way to LEWISTOWN, I need to use the restroom. I pass by several businesses, but lets face it, not many in those businesses will allow you to use their restroom, unless you is a customer.Not wanting to stop because of that thought, I press on, hoping to see a business I believe would allow me to use their restroom for free, and then I spot my good friend McDONALD’S.Overjoyed, I went inside with the biggest smile on my face and ask to use the restroom? An employee points the way.Now finished, and in the lobby, I continue to smile because I used the restroom hassle free.So, I stand there debating whether to thank them by buying something for breakfast? Yes to that thought, I now stand, looking at the breakfast menu.Lets see, EGG MCMUFFIN-SAUSAGE BISCUIT with EGG-EGG WHITE DELIGHT McMUFFIN-BIG BREAKFAST with HOTCAKES-HASH BROWN-APPLE SLICES…just wait a minute! I cannot possibly eat all that! What I should do, is see what beverage I want with that, and then order!There is McCAFE’ MOCHA-McCAFE’ ICED MOCHA-McCAFE’ ICED COFFEE-McCAFE’ FRENCH VANILLA LATTE-McCAFE’ LATTE-ICED TEA-SWEET TEA or REGULAR COFFEE.In the end, because there is so much more to choose from, I ordered 1 regular coffee and 1 EGG MCMUFFIN.Sandwich and coffee now in hand, I happily walk out of my good friend I call McDONALD’S!

Missing the big Mac had to go back to get it after waiting 20 minutes the fries were hot but no salt the nuggets were dry and hard gave the wrong sauce the double quarter pounder was a single could say more but you get the picture

We went through drive through to get our food, and sat in line for 20 plus minutes... then when we got our food it was mostly wrong! Ordered double cheeseburgers, which are supposed to have toppings, and they literally came with just meat, cheese and bun. We also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and were given a classic. It's incredibly disappointing when you're looking forward to something, and especially when you had to wait so long for it!

Tell me how the actual hell do you not put a sandwich fully together before you put it in the the bag let alone the wrap it comes in. Missing its WHOLE bottom bun and condiments other than pickles? And our 10 piece? A 4 piece and a 6 piece. Ridiculous. Checked our order before we left didn’t think we’d have to open it completely. Quit hiring people who don’t want to work, problem solved.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1. The weekend shifts have no clue what they are doing. My husband waited in line for over 15 minutes for a frappe to be told after he paid for it that their machine broke. It breaks at least once a month. As many as they sell and they are a multi million dollar business you would think they could afford to have an extra machine. This has happened many times.

🤢🤮GO ELSEWHERE!!! Although I eventually got what I ordered, it took over 6 discussions to get what I ordered and everything was disgustingly cold. This was the absolute worst service ever experienced at a McDonald's! PLEASE! I REPEAT! Go somewhere else. I used the drive-through as my family and I were running behind schedule. We avoided going to other establishments thinking the usual McDonald's Drive through would be quick and efficient. It was 2:00 pm on a Sunday so it wasn't the lunch rush. Upon ordering at the drive through screen, the employee didn't seem to be paying attention. When I saw he did not get the order correct, I told him. He told me to pull up to the first window and take care of it there. I pulled up, told the employee at that window all of the things wrong with the order. I gave him my card and he read back the order and still had it wrong. I gave him my order again and had him read it back to me. He returned my card but never handed me a receipt. When I went to the pick up window, they handed me all the things from the original wrong order and claimed no changes were made to my order. Keeping my cool, I firmly explained what happened. A discussion was made between the two people at both windows and they then asked me to go to the 3rd window as they had to get the rest of my order ready. Once I got this food, I still did not get a fruit smoothie I had ordered. I jumped out of the car and had to walk inside. I saw them find the smoothie just sitting there. All this after waiting in a sizeable line for a Sunday at 2. Once again STAY CLEAR, DO NOT STOP HERE!!!

Waited almost 30 minutes once ordering inside to get our food. Fries were cold and bland. Took my son for the advertised happy meal toy, which they didn't have despite the display in the dining room, substituted a girl's toy without telling us. Stay away from the Mifflintown, Pa location...they are always very slow, inaccurate, and food is not good.

Slow. But great customer service. Someone spilled a soda across the floor and it wasn't a priority to clean it up. We were there 15 minutes just to get a drink and still no one cleaned it up. They weren't even busy. But that guy at the counter was great.
